Friendly! They get you in fast and you are only there for as long as they quoted. They go above and beyond if you are due for something under warranty or if an open recall.

Make sure everything is in writing before you pick up the car or don't pick it up. I was promised accessories installed and when I picked up the car they told me they would mail me the papers promising the accessory installation since they couldn't be installed before pickup. When I didn't get a We Owe in the mail I went back in and the manager told me that I should have made sure it was in writing and that the salesman I bought from was no longer working there.

What an amazing dealership! Wish I could rate it over 5 stars! Larry is a great salesman and very helpful with my long distance purchase. The whole process is definitely the smoothest and most importantly quickest purchase I've had. I definitely recommend this dealer!

I took my parents' truck here to get it inspected and the staff were friendly and the waiting area pleasant. They've certainly treated my parents well over the years.

Went in for oil change and inspection and ended up with a bill for $722.44.the bill says I had concerns about the brakes. I never mentioned them at all.if this vehicle requires new rear brakes after 14000 mi. I am concerned about the quality. Will probably never go here again unless covered by warranty. May not buy another Ford either.

I can’t say enough positive things about my experience! My salesman (Coy Whittaker) worked hard and quick to make my deal happen! He took time to answer any and all questions I had. He was knowledgeable and was quick to respond any time I reached out. My 5 year old came along with me and all staff we encountered were kind to her and made her feel welcome during our transaction as well.

These guys are awesome! I Just purchased a 2019 f250 powerstroke from them after a 8 month search for the perfect truck. I had delt with atleast a dozen other dealerships and Bidleman was by far the best experience I had. My sales person was Matt Bartolomeo. When I initially contacted Matt about the truck I informed him that I was 4.5 hours away in Pennsylvania. Knowing i couldn't come to personally look at the vehicle, he took it upon himself to look it over for me and sent me pictures of even the slightest imperfections, wich were very few. They worked with me on the price wich most dealerships wouldn't even consider. After I decided to purchase the truck Matt was able complete all the paperwork over the phone, through text messages, and while I was at work. When I made the trip to pick up the truck the following day all that was left to do was sign the papers. Even after I committed to buying the vehicle Bidleman went above and beyond on detailing it to the point it looked like a brand new 2022 rite off the showroom floor. Matt took it to the gas station personally and topped it off to ensure I had a full tank for the drive home. I couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend Bidleman and even with the 4.5 hour drive they will be my first call next time I'm looking for a vehicle.

The service department came to the rescue. Needed a oil change for my 2020 F150. They accommodated me that very morning and I was extremely impressed. I had tried another Ford dealer with the same request and I was told it would be two weeks before they could service my truck. Bidleman has earned my business. And where else could you go to see a $108k mustang on the showroom floor?

Got my truck back today.todd did a great job on it.it needed a part ford could not get because it was on back order.i looked in pick and pull at the time they had nothing.a few days after todd went in and found one.two weeks with out it was crazy.every one did a great job.i am very happy now thank you.

Staff was incredible- really seemed sincere and helpful. The Service Department was the best I have ever dealt with. I will come back to look at new cars there because I have the feeling they are fair, honest, and they care about their customers.

Started on line, great selection. Found perfect truck, Devin my sales person was great and worked hard to make us feel comfortable. I have worked with a lot of sales people over the past 45 years, Devin I feel is at the top of list. From day one and even now a week later answered any questions I have. 2020 Explorer in to Bidleman Ford twice for intermittent issue with infotainment system failures, with no resolution. Should be replaced under warranty if they can’t figure it out, but just told us nothing to be done…. Very frustrating!

My Salesman Coy Whittaker was awesome! He showed me everything about my car that I bought and made sure everything was perfect. Great staff also, everyone is so nice. Very bad experience I have a new truck. I just bought it 11 months ago. I've put 12k on it and the power steering pump went they had my truck for 28 days before I got it back. No rental either. The service department just kept shunning me off every time I called. Very Very disappointing.

There for servicing. Was overchgd for labor. Charged for more than 2hrs, yet I wasn't even waiting for 1.5 hrs. How does that work (?)
