Thanks to the Service manager and crew, I had my Silverado back promptly. It was diagnosed with a lifter problem and fixed within a day. I will recommend this dealer and service center for the the great service.

We needed new wheel bearings, which should have been covered under our extended warranty. We were told our warranty was null and void because of the agriculture license plates. We were charged $80 even though I told them I only authorized work that was covered under the warranty. When I questioned why we were being charged, the service manager agreed to give us a refund but then told us to never come back. We were going to buy a new vehicle that day, but since we can't ever go back for service work, we chose a different dealer to do business with. It's a shame their service manager drives away potential customers. I would not recommend them to others due to the poor customer service from their service department.
They’re always quick and do a great job. Plus they will tell you if something is looking like it will be a problem down the road and what the expected costs will be (should you choose to get it fixed soon).
Not good leaked oil from engine! Concerned now what other issues might accur? Not impressed with service also? Should of kept my Toyota and problems still develop I’m getting rid of this truck!
Bidleman staff promptly confirmed my service appointment and sent me updates along the way. Service was prompt and they honored my warranty work with out me having to ask. Much appreciated. Will certainly use them for service in the future
