Bought a part that ended up being bad was told I had 30 day w warranty when I went back and returned the part I was told icould only get store credit he was nasty and rude and refused to give me cash back how do you give store credit to a junkyard it's not like you go shopping there everyday.

They are selling not working parts. I bought alternator guy show me alternator turn one side mechanic told me belt turning side already stuck not turning. They are telling 30 days warranty. If you don’t wanna spend extra mechanic money go somewhere else. They already know parts not working they gave wrong information and sell parts

Sold me a "guaranteed" transmission that was physically damaged on the outside. I brought it back for a refund, Kevin talked me into going to "their shop" down the street and they would fix the broken connector and seals and install it. Transmission turned out to be blown. They expect me to pay another $1000 to have it removed and returned to them for a refund. He shouts over me on the phone and wont let me speak. Now I'm filing a lawsuit against them.
