On 8/25/23, I arrived at the Baldwin branch to make a withdrawal & ask a question. I was greeted by 3 wonderful ladies. One of them being Patricia, who was attentive, friendly, and informative. She provided me with wonderful customer service. She was able to help me with my issue with some assistance from the person in charge. The staff is friendly & helpful, Thanks again!

HUGE thank you to Diandra, Ivonne, Whitney and everyone else at the bank. They were absolute lifesavers in helping me deal with a fraud scam involving my mother. They were unbelievably patient, spent hours with us. I can't possibly thank you all enough!
If I could give a zero, this would be the case. Such a horrible experience with the branch manager (Yvonne). She was very rude and condescending when denying to open an account for my Aupair to deposit her wages while having all the paperwork in order, She was requesting proof of citizenship or green card. Aupairs come to the states legally to help with childcare needs. Called corporate and they are useless, just like the branch manager. Stay away from this bank and take you business somewhere else.
My favorite bank! I just went in on a Friday few minutes before closing and yessy the manager and the whole team were great and Thorough. Welcoming and professional. Thank you Bethpage Baldwin you guys are the best.
Stopped at Ballwin branch to pay car loan off, needed lien release asap to give new buyer Manger told me after I payed loan off in cash, that it had to be mailed out 7-10 days, I was very upset, had buyer on way to pick up car, later. She said nothing she can do its policy. I called head quaters and they said that the manager could in fact do a lien release on spot if she wanted too! I was mad stopped at a different branch in Westbury which was packed and Manager there helped me in 5m and gave me one! FYI Baldwin branch had no customer at time guess she was either clueless or lazy. Thank you branch manager westbury.

Recently I walked in to request information about opening a new account and transfer founds from my other big bank account, bank agent told me straight up need an appointment while no body else was in, as a first time client I definitely should’ve better welcomed service, therefore I understood their rules and set up an appointment to open 2 accounts, and a minor account as well, base in their website requires they denied me, surprisingly it was the same lady from the day I walked in, she clearly said “ the website is wrong” the lack of service definitely made me choose another bank for my personal accounts and my business accounts.
Bank is open till 2, was lined up for ever only to be told that no more cars were to be let in to drive through, shouldn’t of been aloud to wait then, security then give me an attitude
