Bethpage Car Wash

20 for an exterior wash which is fair just wish when I finally stopped my car after the wash that it was done well. 1 side was great the other was still streaky. The ppl were nice, not the cashier tho

This place is an absolute scam, they charge more than the signs state and cover numbers. The car wasn’t even clean and it was $20 for a basic exterior that they don’t even do anything for. Stay far away!

Went to this place just to get the interior of my truck cleaned paid 40 dollars for a terrible cleaning job and when the lady at the front went to roll up the window to wipe it off she broke the window switch when I ask for the manager I was told that the lady in front told the manager she had seen me go break the switch myself when I asked to have them fix it I was told bring it to the dealer it’s a new truck they will fix it when I ask for the owners info I was told get out of my car wash and the police were called I waited for the police officer to come when they arrived they finally accepted the blame and said they will fix it if I bring it to there friends body shop which when I bring it there I’m sure they will not have a clue as to what I’m talking about do not bring your car truck to this terrible excuse for a car wash manager women is an absolute disgrace of a person that thinks she could scare ppl into accepting damage and a horrible job disgusting place go elsewhere

Go to a drive-thru auto wash instead.
This business is only open because of the volume that they do.
When asked why they didn't complete the cabin, clean one of the windows, or finish the exterior of the car, I was given the reason, "the car was very dirty"

Perhaps they only clean cars without dirt.

When I drove away and realized they had not closed the trunk, I called the manager. The manager said, "I will inform them". Whom?

Expect more of that.

I paid an extra $40 dollars the worker charged me just to clean 1 seat, all he did was just spray it extra, no scrubbing nothing And the car is never really vacuumed clean. I drive to East Meadow to get my cars washed now when I live right down the block from this one. Such a waste of money

The girl cleaning the inside wondows accidentally and admitted to me that she broke the phone holder mounted in the car, and when I mentioned it to the owner, instead of apologizing, she became defensive and belligerent. The mount had been previously glued because it was broken by them once before, and I was given a heartfelt apology, all was good. All I wanted was an apology, or maybe a free car wash, ProClips are rather expensive. I have been going to this location for years, if this is how she resolves issues and complaints. I will go elsewhere. That's $54 every other week they won't ever get from me again.

The lady up front “ Manager ” had the audacity to give me attitude, then cursed at me I paid 42 dollars for a car wash the floor was still dirty I went back inside, that’s the customer service I received horrible! I do not recommend this car wash. I’m pretty sure the only reason she felt she could get away with speaking to me this way is because I was in my uniform. Mary needs customer service training ASAP!

Biggest rip off car wash and terrible wash lasted a week and already looks like didn’t have car wash. Other car washes I go to last at least 2-3 weeks. Place is a rip off and they do a terrible job.

This car wash is the best I’ve been to in a long time. The staff works hard to do the job right they are friendly and courteous.

Third time going, they don't clean the cars
Multiple people complaining today and nothing was done. Don't give in to the free car wash. Scratches, still dirty, didn't remove the mats or anything.

I work for a company that has a fleet account with Bethpage car wash. Everytime I go there the service is good. However when it comes to cleaning the inside of the car the service could be better. The workers should be diligent with cleaning the inside of the cars.

Always do a great job. They put multiple people on each car so you get a great job quick. One of the best in town. I’ve been coming here for years! Thank you for great service!

I will never get my car wash here again. They did not do a good job. Car was still dirty after being washed. My husband had to clean it again. The next day it snowed and they did not honor the 24 hour rule. So I found another car wash that does. Also the lady behind the counter is not the friendliest. Miami car wash in East Meadow. They did an excellent job and they honor the 24 hour rule. Better price and better job. I definitely recommend MIAMI CAR WASH in East Meadow

This is my neighborhood car wash, I have been coming here for years. The employees here work very hard and I have always been pleased with the service!

Came in and got the deluxe, $31.95. Then got hit for $2 fee for suv up charge. They were slow and real thorough. I tipped and got in, slipped on my side step bc everything was basically waxed. The guy cleaning made sure i was okay and i left. Got home and realized they broke my license plate cover, and the bumper has bugs still on it. The passenger floor mat wasn’t even put back in the slot, they moved the seat up and over it so i wouldn’t see. This is the third time I’ve come here and had bugs still on the bumper.

They've got a great crew of hardworking ladies that leave a shine on your car. Reasonable prices for all services. I just get the exterior wall for about $20 with tax and tip.

Place is excellent. Service and amenities (including a toy crane that has Yeezy's in it?) It is one of the pricier in the area, but I've tried them all, and Bethpage is by far the best bang for your buck.

This is a good car wash. When you first walk in there is a lounge area with Keurig coffee machine and tv. Any car accessories you want, they have. I'm don't go all out with the way package. I like there is evening stay in the car and drive through packages.

They are amazing under the new management, they use the new ceramic wax if you get the deluxe package which makes the car look brand new with showroom shine, totally recommend

After change of ownership I can finally say I found my favorite carwash. From the moment you enter you can tell service is their top priority. Everyone is very polite and actually cares. I definetly recommend this car wash.

Pretty standard car wash. They take your car wash it and you pay they give it back. This one is no better or worse than any other. My car was clean, undamaged and that was all I can ask. If I was in the area and needed a wash, I would not hesitate to go back

Was once 5 stars for you but not anymore. Not only was my entire drivers door ignored by the vacuum and the staff wiping the car down, but my center consol and cupholders were barely wiped down. I paid $33 for an expert car wash, not laziness. They spent less that 2 minutes at the end wiping it down. The same rag used to clean the outside was used to clean the inside. My rear windshield was impeccably dirty amd smudged when i left. Totally not happy.

Been getting my car washed here since living in Levittown. It has undergone a change in ownership that has shown some marked improvements to the cleaning process.
Prices are competitive with others in the area. Used to get coupons but haven't seen those in a while.
The dryer's on the back end do a much better job, when the owner is out front watching. Shouldn't have to be that why, for the prices of the wash.
My biggest gripe is that when they remove the floor mats, they dont put them back in properly.
Over all unless you want to wash it yourself, it is still a good deal and a good car wash.

I paid for the third most expensive wash and they didn’t even clean my dashboard. They also missed garbage under my seat. Horrendous job this is my second time and same careless job never going here and I suggest you don’t either.
