The Best Buy store on 5th Avenue is wonderful, offering a wide array of high-quality products. However, the staff members fall short in terms of efficiency and friendliness. Despite the excellent product selection, the shopping experience could be enhanced with more attentive and skilled customer service.
The clique of "mean girls" sales team on the ground floor looked too busy to assist when I asked about Samsung watches. Would have bought my watch at the uptown BestBuy but they didn't have it in stock so they checked and said this one had a tonne in stock.yet they couldn't find any for me here, and the general "I'm doing you a favour looking for this" attitude made me just walk out. I'll happily spend my money elsewhere.
This particular Best Buy has been one of the most disappointing experiences. Despite seeking assistance, there was a prolonged wait of at least 20 minutes without any staff coming to help.
The products available are ok. The young girls that act as salespeople reflect that they don't want to work there. Especially the blonde one, sorry but I forgot her name, which is very neglecting and selfless. For god's sake you are selling very pricey items! Put some willingness on it. The guys are ok. But overall they seem more interested in chatting and gossip about their lives than running a Best Buy store. This location requires a more senior supervisor.
The guy working the television section is very nice and helpful. And the cop that works at this location is awesome. Very very nice guy, super helpful.
The attention was correct but it doesn't matter to them whether they sell you or not. Maybe I'm used to being helped and recommended and that's not the case here. I can't complain but there is nothing to highlight either.
Terrible service, no one helps you find what you need. The instructions were. "Look at the end of the hall and if you don't see it then we don't have it. " They have almost nothing available, all you have to do is order it online or look for it there.
Top of their game idk how y'all not 5 stars but ya Should. Great service great electronics decent prices and everything you need or want is there if not that'll order for ya. Keep it up
The products are good. The service is terrible. Total ill will. We spoke to 3 attendants. The 3 wanted to get rid of the service. Investing millions in advertising and having bad employees is leading companies into serious problems.
