I am extremely disappointed with Best Buy! I purchased a vacuum and a refrigerator on July 8 2023 (in store purchase) it had to shipped to my address. Upon receipt of my purchase via email I recognized that the vacuum is going to be shipped to someone else’s address, I called in to the store sales person who said to me that he cannot make any changes to the address, I immediately walked in to the store and was told that I have to allow the vacuum to be sent to that incorrect address and then sought my refund. Shipping address for the refrigerator was correct. Trying to get my refund is a nightmare back and forth with Best Buy and my credit card company which is capital one. Now after three months Best Buy refunded $613 to someone else Best Buy credit card and is refusing to credit my credit card which was used to make the purchase for the vacuum. Tell me isn’t this FRAUD on Best Buy behalf? What a shame! Please refund my money to my account capital one. Don’t ever make purchases at Best Buy. Will now go to the Credit Bureau with my complaint because this can happen to someone else! Be aware!

The staff (Brian and associates) in the TV/Home Theater section are very knowledgable and helpful. They really helped put me on a path. I strongly recommend this location and having them point you in the right direction when it comes to TVs/accessories.

I went for a return. Customer service is good. The only issue was I don't know why but it was low on inventory in certain aisles.

Got everything I needed in one place TV and home appliances can't believe they had land line phone what!

Typical best buy modern display. I was just there to check something out and didn't interact with staff so can't say much more.

I brought a super73 rx (ebike) the whole staff and especially the manager Gene were very helpful and patience open up a Register to not hold up line delivery was on time the two delivery men were great (4th floor) bike was clean no damage I love it thanks Gene

Very large, well stock with merchandise. Staff very friendly, and helpful. Enough Parking and accessible for handicap

The customer service is great and many products have great promotionals/warranty deals. I recently bought an s23 from this location. It was not too pricy and I was able to get the color I wanted even though it wasn't in store.

The Geek Squad, as it is affiliated with the Best Buy in Mount Vernon, NY, is a complete fraud. Resolution center? They lie so much and are so dishonest, they can't even maintain their own lies. They were supposed to send me a gift card for a terribly botched delivery. Despite their own promises, never did. I was a repeat customer until now. Now, Best Buy has lost me, my family and any and all friends I can tell. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BEST BUY! They are DISGRACEFUL in every sense of the word! If anyone in management is reading this review, take heed. Your store is the WORST from a customer satisfaction respect ever. You know NOTHING about treating a customer right, no less a repeat customer. That is why you will lose more than just myself as a customer in this matter! SHAMEFUL, LIARS, and THIEVES. No need to say more. PS: Most reputable establishments respond to a repeat customer's concerns. Best Buy doesn't! Fits right in with their non- reputable status! PATHETIC FIRM.

A lot of televisions are not working and it's hard to make a decision as to which one you want to purchase. I would go else where to a different Best Buy that has more televisions working in order for me to make a choice after I have viewed them.

Low on merchandise at the present, certain yes others no, yes things have changed the store is loaded with what we need, large TV plenty of a conditioner, just come in and have a great day,
