1-star CLOSE THIS BRANCH YOUR WORKERS ARE LAZY AND SLOW. An employee of Best Buy Andrew in the t.v department had his mask off, eating chips on the floor. I CAN NOT MAKE THIS UP! NO one seems to wanna help you. You have to wait til your up to the register to get your item. Smh please move to Bay Plaza Bronx fordhan is not it.

Honestly one of the worst Best buys I've been in. Good luck finding anyone to help you unless you're buying a television or computer. Displays are all beat up and the store usually looks empty. It's really not a pleasant or comfortable store to shop at.

This is the store with the best customer service. I just left Best Buy. Thank you to the gentleman and the lady who helped me at the pick up line for o line orders. I was having an issue with my sim card on my phone and could not order my uber after picking up merchandise. I needed to remove and reinsert cim card but I did not have the tool to do it. The associates helped me and went out of their way to make sure I could order my uber and get safely home. Once again thank you.

Would have given it more but the staff is demanding about giving them a high rate. And I don't like the location.

They didn't have the USB to ethernet adapter I needed, just a $120 docking station. Despite that very small selection and I was only pointed in the general direction of the product I needed by super busy associates. Not so many customers though, weird.

I buy ALL of my electronics from BEST BUY and has never had a problem with my merchandise if anything breaks I can bring back they fix and back to me it goes LOVE BEST BUY

HORRIBLE! I went to buy Beats and the sales associates are just chatting it up and I had to AWKWARDLY interrupt the conversation to ask for help. Of course the one that looks up doesn't have the key. He proceeds to go find it and I'm waiting, minutes go by and he doesn't come back, I look for him and he's like wait over there "over there" is nowhere near the beats display. He's telling me this as he decides to help someone else, Instead of saying to the gentleman, give me a moment I will be right with you. Needless to say I did NOT buy anything and I will NOT be back

The worst best buy store in the whole NYC area, goes beyond and below the street definition of a "Hood" store! Horrible customer service, Horrible employee management per floor/area, horrible inventory management as well! The way BB Corporate operates nowadays, they don't give a **** about everything that goes down in this location but a complete personnel overhaul must be conducted SOON!

Scheduled an appointment a week in advance to be told that the person making the repairs isn’t there when I arrived in person.

My favorite place to buy household appliances, everything is original, I like to buy the good stuff, that's why I go to this store and I recommend it.

Walked through the store. No sales rep assistance. Checkout was eliminated at lower level. Had to wait (long wait) at the Customer Pick Up area. However, cashier was very pleasant and helpful.

REASONABLY WELL STOCKED STORE AND THE STORE STAFF WAS HELPFUL. YOU KNOW WHEN STORE STAFF ARE KNOWLEDGEABLE WHEN THEY KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A POWER CONVERTER AND A POWER ADAPTER. THE MOST WELL STOCK BEST BUY WOULD HAVE TO BE THE ONE NEAR 149TH STREET - BRONX TERMINAL MARKET.

Well when I got there there was a young black man he was the only one there he had a costumer one only but when he finished with the only costumer he had he saw me and when walking by he told me that I have to wait for someone to get here/register I felt that is racist and this is not the first time that happened in that best buy store why he couldn't attend to me?

Employees of the fordham location are disrespectful, not helpful, rude and will not even help you if you ask them for help on a iteam. I hope the location will be closed soon and they will all be out of a job. Remember you need your costumers to keep your jobs.do better.

I experience that every time I go to this store, it is a waste of time and energy and horrible customer service. The only reason I go to this store is that it is near my home, but honestly, it is not worth it. So save your time and have this store as the last option in your Choices, or instead, buy your stuff online.

Another horrible experience with GeekSquad. Had and showed up on time for a 340pm appointment. The manager needed to clock out and told me the person for the next shift was running late. I wait until 430pm before I can see anyone. Then the rep comes by and says he can't help me because I have a microsoft surface and he doesn't have the credential. Even though their website says otherwise. Drove from NJ to waste my time here.

Excellent service and they're employees helped carry out my new flat screen smart TV and load it into my vehicle. Great customer service.

The workers are young people who are constantly on their cell phones and they know nothing about the products.
