If you're a tourist from abroad it may be hard to buy in this chain of shops, because they use your phone number as the Client ID (and if you don't have an American phone number, purchasing validation can get tricky). My recommendation is to browse on the website and buy whatever you find good for you but filter to see only what's available in the stores at the moment you're there.

This Best Buy is always a pleasure to shop at. Good atmosphere and the staff is always really helpful. Big shoutout to the Italian stallion Louis For helping me with my pickup.

Food is good, sometimes I want to eat there but isn't available tables. People that finished their food stay there longer.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Repeat poor performance with putting on screen protectors. Terrible experience

It's a very big store and not lacking in products but the scarcity of representatives and lack of professionalism in some of them there make shopping for someone with questions and who needs help very frustrating. If you know what you want and know where it is, goof for you.

It’s a good, big store. Their pickup is the best. Our go to place when we want to pick anything up from Best Buy.

I was here for a phone trade-in /replacement. They have a parking lot across the road, which is nice for Queens. The employees were pleasant and the overall experience was nice.

Costumer service was not the best… I waited 45 mins for help and talked to 4 different employees, just to buy a laptop. I ended up leaving without buying it because no one was available to help.

Always have what I need, I have a local best buy but always travel to this location for my needs. Staff is always helpful

I'm not sure what's happened to this place but it's all half empty with the exception of Air Conditioners. They're also trying to sell camera bodies that are old, used, and missing everything for almost the MSRP. They even have some open-box and broken merchandise they're trying to sell at full price.

This was my first trip to this beatbuy. A person helping me seemed disinterested and preoccupied with their phone. A computer I was interested in could not be seen and a similar one was taken in front of me to reset alarm so I had to wait for 20 min just to see it. The person helping me literally told the other person to take it even though I just said I wanted to look at it more.

I usually go to the Union Square location and always had great experience but this one is much closer to where I live so I thought I should give them a try. I don't think I would return unless I know exactly what I want and don't need any help.

No one helps or asks if you need help and they avoid eye contact, I can't believe these guys still in business
