The place is good. When you buy something and you don't like it oh it's not what they say it is. You just return it and they refund your money. But what I also don't like is that it takes a long time for someone in Spanish to assist you
Very bad customer service. I had to wait more than half an hour for a representative to get free to get me a bad open box computer that supposedly is windows 11 and turned out no windows operating system is installed on it. So bad
Seriously understaffed. There is literally no one to help you pick a product or answer your questions. Go there if you have like a so much ample time and no where to go.
Bought another laptop here for okay price but lied to me about a discount and charged my cc for the anti-virus program I didn't want. Now just spending hours on customer service to cancel. Typical click n bait. Welcome to NYC
I went to install my car's remote start and I have a very good customer service experience. It took 2 hours as they said to be ready. Thanks to the team.
I don't come here too often, but when I do, it is easy to know where things are in the store. Customer service is helpful as well. Overall I like this store.
Came here looking for a laptop offer, and when I find it. The employe tells me about this upgrade package and everything. I turned down and then she she scanned the QR CODE and tells me they're no more laptops available in that model in store. I scan the same code and tells me they have it in store right there right now.at this point in starting to think they dont want to sell because the low price.
I aks her to sell me the one on "display" she answer me telling that it might not work because the windows the laptop has is demo only. And it's not for the everyday use.
I went on and check the laptop settings: lenovo ideapad 3 (12gb RAM, 250gb ssd, Windows 11) in her face and told her that the laptop seems to work fine. And i want it.
Now she's saying that that windows is just demo for presentation and a i will need a diferent version in order to use it. Then I kind snap and told her I wanted that laptop due the fact it has 12 GB ram I dont care about the windows version anyway i can always install another version myself.
Manager came and literally was the same saying. Not helpful at all and evading questions with non reasonable arguments.
Is amazing how they dont want to sell the stock in sale and push customers to spend more.

I had to return 2 items from 2 different purchases. They attended me really fast and was able to return my items very quickly in less than 7 minutes I was in and out. Fast service is a plus! By the way the person in the front that greets people and can tell people what is where is an amazing touch! Very pleased with the service.
Meh, four stars. A few employees just wanted to congregate and chat rather than help. There was one who was super helpful - Omar with Geek Squad. He noticed that we had questions and was eager to help us find the best monitor. Low on inventory, but plenty of TVs.
I usually didn’t write reviews but The guy in the Verizon customer service is so rude. November 1st Time around 5-6 the professional people didn’t treat customer like that one star for that guy.
The sales person n employee are very accommodating to help n explain the different items i want. With a nice SMILE. GAVE THEM 100 PERCENT N RECOMMEND THIS TO MY FAMILY N FRIENDS TO BUY IN THIS STORE.
Those who works there are completely lack of experience. Also, there only a few persons are working inside and nobody are there for the helps when its needed and should wait for the person to come.
I came in today looking for the 4K Steelbook edition of Ran, the 1980’s King Lear inspired, Samurai classic directed by the legendary director, Akira Kurosawa. I asked Best Buy employee Brian about the availability of this masterpiece. He looked it up in the system and saw that the store only had one copy available. He searched in the movie section, he searched elsewhere, he couldn’t find it. Knowing that this was a tall order, I asked if he could find another Best Buy in Queens that might have the film. He told me that before checking, he knew of one other place where the film could be. After waiting a few minutes, Brian emerged with the film in hand! Unfortunately, the film was on a top shelf and Brian sustained a scratch on his arm. I felt bad about that and apologized that he had to go through all of that. I appreciate the effort and the dedication he showed in finding this film for me. He could have lied and told me that the store didn’t have it, he could have gone to the computer to look for another Best Buy store like I had asked. Instead, Brian showcased true character and integrity. He is to be commended for that. If the manager of this store is reading this, I suggest you do something good for the young man. He deserves it.
What a waste of time don't bother trying to shop for any item in store as they lie about having it in stock ; Good selection of Merchandise Online only ; absolutely nothing available in store ; employees don't know anything or don't care ; they don't stock the stuff they say they have online ; it's the absolute worst waste of time I now despise best buy for wasting my time ; also give consumers the option to order online and Pay Cash in-store ;
Had a 3080 ready to be picked up but it was canceled by BestBuy for no apparent reason. Convinced that one of the workers had noted the item and took it for himself. Cancellation email was sent to me AFTER store hours so clean up crew/ late shift must have had something to do with it. All online customer agents I have spoken with had no details on the cancellation either. I personally did not cancel the order seeing as I needed the item. I suspect foul play is at work here and all cs agents were useless. One even said he can reorder it for before he abruptly passed me over to another agent which had told me he could do nothing to help. No compensation for the inconvenience, no resolution to the issue. Honestly a terrible experience.
Best Buy like all mega retailers are having light traffic. People are holding back with luxury items. Hopefully 2022 can see a return to big box items. Still a great layout and very helpful Staff.
Customer service representative Bryan is absolutely unprofessional. I was trying to find some stuff and asked for his help, he didn't even look at me continuing stocking shelves. He was talking to me like doing a favor instead of being a professional assistant. Very disrespectful and trash customer service in this store. I was not expect this from Best Buy!
A very bad store, don't waste time, came to buy the right product, the seller is busy trying to connect other sellers, they sent them to the one who communicated with a beautiful girl for 30 minutes, there was a queue of three people who wanted to buy after I saw a cockroach in the window I left my patience ran out
When there to buy a computer one of the associates tells me they have a computer in stock. When I was offer the a bundle promotion and dint want to take it for 200 dollars she said they dont have it anymore.i left outside for 15 minutes check on my phone it said the same location had 3 computer available the one that I needed.get your own conclusion, when inconfroted the associates at best buy they said they had just received.get you own conclusion
I love getting lost in Best Buy. All of the electronics you need in one place. This Best Buy is easy to get to. It's near a subway station and near many shops. I was just browsing this day and found that they sell underwater drones! They have many accessories for action cameras, phones and DSLRs. I have not compared prices to other stores but BB is convenient and I don't mind picking up things from them. Enjoy the shopping.
This is the worst experience ever. I bought a TV online for pickup and a offer show up they offer me the same TV open box for less price (Open Box). I decide to go for the deal. I went to pick up the TV. I get home to install and setup ip TV and there was no control remote, which makes it impossible to installation the TV I try to put the TV on the stands and guess what didn't have the supports either, they make feel the most stupid person, how do you install a TV without a control remote? BEST BUY, you guys must be shame for selling trash to customers, selling troubles and issues, instead technology and solutions. Customer Service reps at this location, should be trained better to instruct Customers what they are getting when picking up, instead of treating the store like a hangout spot.

Tried to buy a TV here twice and both times was unable to get help. The sales rep here need to be retrained I think their more interested in texting or talking on their phones than assisting actual customers it seems.
Both times I came in, GeekSquad was very professional and accommodating. 4 stars however because they couldn’t fix my computer’s issue. The computer has to be shipped out to another repair shop and getting an estimate alone is $90 non refundable.
Claimed not to have an open box item that was clearly shown on their website. So I just ordered from the website for pickup. I go to the pickup desk and get my item, only to find that an item marked as satisfactory condition did not have a charger (satisfactory items are expected to have essential accessories). So upon opening up the bubble wrap the bare laptop was packaged in, I saw that geek squad has marked the laptop as failing testing. Therefore, had I not further questioned them about the state of the package, they would have sold me something completely unusable. Very frustrating way to waste an afternoon. Their staff ranges from professional to quite miserable. Also the fact they always push extra purchases on you is unpleasant. They certainly take advantage of people who don’t know any better.
