I do order pick-ups for myself. The lines are short and are quick. So far, I haven't had a problem with customer service. The store is not too crowded.
The people at the desk, a lady on the cellphone customer service, without even manners to have a proper conversation with a customer. Worst experience ever.
Today was my first time there. Nathaniel was helpful. When I went to get my screen protector for the iPhone 13 Mini the associate said store didn’t have it. I called earlier and was told it was there. She then told me where screen protector was But I will still go back to the store
It's a standard, standard Best Buy store. The location is very good for being close to Central Park. I was treated very well. Prices are very good on some products, rivaling online store prices.
Found what I needed. Was happy I didn't need a salesperson to obtain a simple item (ink cartridge). Surprised to see huge e-Bikes on display. They did not seem to fit the "decor" of the store.
It pretty good, to be honest. It is clean, and everything always looks like it in their place. Sometimes, the employees are hard to find available, not because of not working. More with dealing with people. Anyways I love this best buy and haven't gotten a problem with them. Staff are friendly and are willing to answer questions you have.
This place needs a refresh! Everything is falling apart. The staff is okay, but there aren't enough of them. The site has so many electronic everywhere it's like walking through a maze.
We went to the 86th & Lexington for eRecycling event. The Best Buy staff was very helpful in helping us complete the recycling process for the items we brought. I've been a customer for many years and their excellent staff is a reason why.
One of the best best-buy locations on the UES. Staff are super friendly and helpful. The pickup counter is super quick. They have a tiny in-house Apple store inside this Best Buy.
Worst experience ever in Best Buy and worst costumer service as well. People who work in this store must learn how to help costumers. I wasted 30 minutes in this place.
I had purchased a Philip 65 inch TV, from PC Richards, 3yrs back, to make a long story short they do not stand by their warranty no matter how many times you renew it. Bestbuy Greek service found the the problem that I was having and fixed it. I will never again purchase any other electronic from PC Richards.
They don't deserve a star. I was supposed to receive a stove 2 days before Thanksgiving! The delivery was a no-call, no-show. Then they edited the delivery information to make it appear as if I wasn't home. They messed up my Thanksgiving. Today, December 2,2021, is the follow up delivery date. Hopefully all goes well. I will never shop at Best Buy again.
An employee greeted me the minute I walked into the store and offered to help me. She assisted from start to finish. Very quick process and I am happy with the purchase.
Purchased an item online that was supposedly the last in stock got to the store and I turns out there was actually none left. Website should be accurate for real time inventory so people don’t waste their time traveling to the store and not getting the item that they bought online that was listed as available in store.
I was charged a tech support yearly membership without informing me and I was charged again for renewal even though I was supposed to receive email notification re option. I have tried several times to contact Bestbuy to resolve the issue and no one answers the phone, no email support option! Absolutely atrocious customer service, worst ever, never, ever, buy a a thing from them
Going into that store I was looking to get a new surface laptop. I was approached by Osvaldo at the Microsoft selection, I only have to say one word and that is WOW! The man is amazing and knowledge he made me a huge of Microsoft products as I am long time user of macs. The man should get a raise for not making me feel like I have to get one laptop or the other but he sold Microsoft so well that I only want to come to him for everything!
Worst attention ever. And it's not only here in this location. I visited 3 and personnel is rude and always seem to be bothered by customers. Prefer to buy online and pickup. Even the girl from pick up was only responding with "uh hm" to every question. Rude. Also told me a laptop was not available but it was. I purchased online and they had to give it to me finally
I don’t think they need to sell products anymore because all the time I was in this store I got nobody to help me. Then I asked one lady if they had anyone to help me and she said she would call somebody. Well she didn’t, and some people that got there after me were readily attended by someone around. I don’t give 0 star because there is not this option here. So frustrating, I was going to buy a TV.
Retail stores these days are hit and miss. Although the stock here is not perfect. The staff is knowledgeable and they really help you without being aggressive
Horrible experience. Ordered for same day delivery, called to check it was coming on time several times. Was told yes. Right when the store closed, it got updated to next day delivery. Waste of time and now huge inconvenience!
I brought an external hard drive here. The service was good. I was quickly directed to what i needed and they were able to price match to the same hard drive that I saw for cheaper on amazon.
T. Pena and a young man - whose name I didn't get (stationed at a circular help desk in the middle of the floor) were VERY helpful (kind and considerate). I was able to find what I needed at a great price with a share chuckle or two.
Large store with a great selection and plenty of representatives on the ground to help! My partner and I came in to buy a laptop today and we received help from Nana who was extremely helpful! He came up to us when he saw us waiting in line near the laptops and he took his time with us as we looked at an open box HP and helped to charge it since it was missing a charger (an earlier store we were at for an open box also had a missing charger and the sales associate did not want to show us that it could be charged by using a floor model cable so we really appreciated that Nana right away suggested this with us). We decided to purchase a brand new laptop though and Nana helped us through the entire process. He was super patient and took his time with us, never making us feel rushed. Thank you so much for helping us today!
Attendants are friendly and willing to help, wish it was open longer hours but conveniently located along the 86th street strip, they will help you past their closing hours as long as you are inside and will price match with prices you find online. Bathroom in the lower level!
