Very slow. Employees act like you are a bother and no one is willing to help unless forced. I'm sorry not all employees, but person at check out did not care for her job.
I usually am a big Best Buy fan. I've been shopping with them my whole life and have never had any issues. Unfortunately, at this location, it felt like the staff weren't always that knowledgeable about the products they were selling. We also pre-ordered an item from here and showed up to pick it up and it was not available leaving us to cancel the order and find somewhere else that had it in stock. On the up side, the staff were nice when trying to help.
All your electronics are under one roof. What more can you ask for? The employees are quite knowledgeable and were of great help. And returns are easy as pie.
I HAD TWO APPOINTMENTS FOR BEST BUY TO. COME OUT TO MY HOUSE TO TROUBLE SHOOT MY OUTSIDE VIDEO CAMERAS THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP TWO TIMES FOR THE APPOINTMENTS. THIS IS WHY I GAVE BEST BUY ONE STAR.
Horrible customer service. Went in to buy a tablet, waisted more than 30 minutes for an available staff member and then it was as if they didn't care to assist. Poor service
Al in the back with the computers was a great help he reiterated everything I saw on YouTube plus had more knowledge about the hp envy 15.6 and his coworkers were patient with some disgruntled customer. I would recommend from my experience
ON DECEMBER 24,2021. I BOUGHT A WASHER ONLINE FOR PICK UP AT BEST BUY LOCATED AT Valley Stream, NY. I PICKED THE APPLIANCE AND I ARRIVED HOME I FOUND THAT THEY GIVE ME A DRY. I CALLED BEST BUY CUSTOMER SERVICE TO EXPLAIN THE SITUATION. THE REPRESENT SCHEDULED A DELIVERY DAY FOR DECEMBER, 30. TO SEND ME THE CORRECT WASHER. WHEN THE DELIVERY PEOPLE WENT TO MY HOME THEY SAID THAT THEY CAN NOT DELIVER THE NEW WASHER BECAUSE I HAVE A DRY, THEY SAID THAT I SHOULD HAVE A WASHER IN ORDER TO EXCHANGE WITH THE NEW ONE. I EXPLAINED THEN THAT WHEN I BOUGHT THE MACHINE BEST BUY MADE A MISTAKE AND GIVE ME A DRY INSTEAD OF A WASHER. THEY SAID THAT NOTHING THEY CAN DO. THEY TOOK A NEW WASHER BACK TO BEST BUY AND NOW I STILL HAVE THE DRY. I BOUGHT THE WASHER FOR MY MOTHER CHRISTMAS PRESENT, I MADE THE PURCHASE WENT I WAS IN NEW YORK. I LIVE IN OHIO, I 'M NO ABLE TO RETURN THE DRY TO THE STORE. MY MOTHER DOES NOT DRIVE. SHE IS NOT ABLE TO RETURN THE DRY TO THE STORE. IN THE BEGINNING, THE BEST BUY CREATE A PROBLEM FOR ME THAT ONLY THEY CAN FIX. THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE QUALITY IS UNACCEPTABLE. THIS SHOULD NOT HAPPEN AGAIN TO ANY CUSTOMER IN THE FUTURE.
My Husband and I walked in the media area, and came upon a worker who was cleaning a glass case. Upon approaching him we asked if he would help us. He said ok, but never stopped spraying and wipping or giving any eye contact I told my husband to please stand back. He seemed dismissive to us maybe because we were senior citizens. We explained we wanted a surround sound and he was quick to tell us the area we were in was too expensive for us. We were very insulted to think this young man insinuated that we couldn't afford what we wanted. I asked what was the least expensive speakers in this area, he would Not tell us.but yet told us we wanted one that cost about $300-$400 we walked out. Please can someone train these young people how to treat customers, we will never come to this store again!
Not many available models to choose. Didn't get what I want. Upgraded mine instead. Somewhat crowded. Slow at checkout. No more than 10 people ahead of me with 4 cashiers. The line was moving very slowly. Shop online is better
Brought a laptop for my nephew for Xmas first department representative was kinda snoody.found another one that was much more helpful and knowledgeable.also was found the charger did go with the laptop that I purchased thankfully the device used a common charging wire I had from something else
This is the worst Best Buy store, don't go there. I ordered a TV online to pick up at the store in 1 hours according the website statement but they make wait there for 3 hours. They closed the store and came to me saying that I won't get it that day. The manager started an agument saying that the stament on the website saying that I should get in 1 hours that day does not matter that I should wait for the email saying the order is ready no matter how long it takes. I explained the manager that the only reason I made the purchase was because Best Buy stated that I will get the TV in 1 hour that day. I almost miss a fly due to this issue at this store. They will never see me there again.
I truly enjoy easy shopping, especially the ones wherein you purchase online, walk into the store, greeted by an associate who then verified your purchase through email in your phone and ID, then hand you your brand new television. Did I say easy, yes it was. Thanks best buy, see you soon.
Horrible customer service.lazy saleswoman in the laptop section told me they were sold out on a specific item and seemed unmotivated to offer me an alternative.their system showed 1 "open box" of the laptop i was looking for but she was annoyed when i asked her to locate it, which she couldn't.she was content doing the minimum.several items on display that were not in stock.get it together brick and mortar or you'll be out of business.
I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Tablet. Ear plugs and insurance. I was able to sync my Samsung Galaxy cellphone to my tablet and so far I am please. Thank you
The clerks were very helpful when you asked for their help. In other words, the clerks didn't impose their help on you; they allowed you to look around until you figured out you don't know what you're looking for. Wait, maybe that was just me. Anyway, it was a pleasant shopping experience; and I don't particularly like shopping.
At 7: 00pm sept 2 a Lady with a Mohawk in a black shirt kept yelling at customers walking in that were closed and she continued to pull the gates to the doors down. (closing is at 8pm) and it’s. Or fair to customers if people get off work late rushing to a business that’s closed at 8pm to be told at 7pm we’re closed
