Best Auto Spa is a very nice place to go to when you want to wash your car etc. The price is pretty reasonable! I enjoy talking my car to get washed there!

Always prompt attention. Plenty of accessories. Final touch up of car wash by the guys is done well. Now if they could only fix the puddle in the back.

It is very tough to judge a car from its looks so I came to best auto to get me a car with the best features. They helped me and now I have a second hand car with the features of a new car.

Had my brakes done by Muhamed. Brought 4 rotors and pads and he installed and found I had a bad rear brake caliper he replaced. Truck is back on the road good as new

I had gone to repair some issue with my Ford. Found this garage to be very genuine and they will suggest only what is required.

Service charges were surprising as I was expecting them to take advantage of my out of State issue. Good people to go to.

I would have easily agreed to pay few thousands for the issue that i was facing. But their team was smart enough to fix the problem with some common sense and resolved the issue in just few hundreds.

This place treated my grandma's car very nicely and it was really clean when we got it back from them. The place you wait for your car is also very interesting and even had arcade machines. Definitely worth the trip

Received a car wash today and after the worker wiped down my vehicle he walked away and left my vehicle running without obtaining the claim ticket. That is a HUGE problem, in addition to bumper dents that were not present before the wash.

The cashiers are rude and my car was not cleaned properly inside. I am not happy with this entire visit and I will be requesting for a refund.

Interior of car was not cleaned, windows dirty, etc. It was as if the car had not be clean. Money wasted. There are far better car wash.

The guy Muhammad Bilah helped me out. Was referred to him. As a retired mechanic, not only does he knows the mechanics, he knows the electrical engineering and he fixed my hybrid perfectly. Thank you Auto Spa.

Payed $32.they didn't even clean my WeatherTech on top and take them out to vacuum my carpet for the car wash

Horrible experience-oil change turns into a leak, then you are hustled by the service team to do unnecessary repairs-DISHONEST mechanics. Some weird Indian guy lurking around for ways to upsell customers. STAY AWAY! @!

Poor service. Received a notice that everything was ok after the bill was paid and upon checking it was not done. Spoke with the “manager” about it who was very unprofessional. Be aware and don’t make the same mistake I did.

They like to overcharge for car parts. The car parts that were 20 something dollars, they were about to charge me $80 each. Please do your research on pricing before you come here. He also gave me the wrong answer when I asked what was wrong with the car.

Horrible. I went to get my car inspected @10am and they had 5 cars ahead of me So decided to go back after work. When I arrive at 3 pm the manager said to me to come back tomorrow he have too much work. I don’t understand what that have to do with me. I just needed a inspection not repairs. People are so lazy and disgusting now if your hours are until 5pm why are you telling me you can’t inspect my car until the next day? So annoyed!

Horrible place. Poor service. Spent a lot of money for nonsense. The manager had to clean my car because of the embarrassing situation he was place in by his workers. First time and last time going there.

Before going in, I called to see if they was doing the Geico inspections. The lady on the phone advise me to come in before it start to rain or get cloudy (I arrived 15 mins later). Once I got there the guy advise me I need to get my car wash. I found this oddly strange because #1 my car was not dirty at all and #2 I thought the car couldn't be wet for the pictures. I still went ahead and paid 18.50 right on the spot in their location for the car wash. The same man advise me get the wash and he will do the inspection. After my wash, I park in front of him, but another gentlemen told me to reverse and drive up front and wait for him there. I did as I was told, 2 mins later that gentle came back to my window and said the man was busy and he doesn't know when he would be available. I advise him I just paid $20 for a car wash, I don't want to have to come back and have to pay again and plus it should be raining that same day in a few hours. He said I probably would have to come back and pay again for the carwash. I advise him I called before coming in and I did everything as I was told. He then said wait let me see what I can do. I waited another 5 mins and when I look through my mirrors that gentlemen just standing around doing nothing. I approach him and he said I told you, you will have to wait hourssss. That's when I became enraged, I demanded to speak to who was in charge, he just pointed to anyone. I went back to my first gentleman. I advise him I did everything he told me to do and now the other gentleman stating I had to wait hours. He went and got me a clip board to fill out and another gentleman (3rd person) took my inspection. What should have been a 10 mins top visit turn into an hour. I will neverrrrrrrrrrrr go back. So unprofessional and hectic.

Expensive but great cleaning for your vehicle. Paying the extra for handwash is not cool when they don't reach the full top of an SUV roof. They give excuses on why they don't actually handwash up there. The step chair doesn't help. They need to provide another tool for SUV's to handwash the full roof.

They need to remove detailing from there services offered. I went there 4 times in the past 2 weeks to have it done and was told not today each time. Was told yesterday to come today that they start at 8am just to be told not today again

Customers please be aware do not take your vehicle here for inspection they will try to rip you off. Took my 2017 vehicle for inspection and they failed my car then I took it to the dealership and it passed.

I took my truck here a week ago and I was very disappointed when I drove off the truck just needs to was my wife was very upset at the price for the VIP package and the truck still dirty.
Over the years i used to take my company vehicles here and was satisfied the standard drop bad.

BEWARE! BE CAREFUL! These guys are scammers who will rip you off. They will look for ways to make money off you even when there is nothing wrong with your vehicle. I went for annual inspection a few weeks ago, the mechanic told me my left axle is bad and need a replacement. Less than 30 minutes later, he came back with a bill and said that the problem is fix. Axle is not a 30 minutes job, which was a red flag. 2 days ago, I went back to the same mechanic because my vehicle is driving differently (tires wobbling), he said that “the drive shaft needs to be replace and will cost me $1,500.drive shaft replacement doesn’t cost $1,500 because the parts itself is around $400-$600. When I asked the manager why the cost is so high, and how much is the labor cost, he said $275. I told him, the part is less than $600, plus labor $275. Why did you guys say $1,500? He said I will get a warranty.now the warranty is more than the part? I forgot to mention that my vehicle was in very good working order, was running very well prior to going to that location. I went to a different mechanic who told me that my drive shaft is fine, it’s the axle that BEST AUTO SPA claimed to have fixed that is the problem.the mechanic only charged me $185 for the repair. BEST AUTO SPA created the problem to make money off me. I wish that could give them a ZERO STAR. Please get a second opinion, don’t trust what they are telling you. The worst place I have been to. One last thing, my vehicle is a 2011 that never gave me problems before I went there.

Really stands out in their service and customer experience. Very thorough cleaning. Lots of staff which makes things quick even kn a crowded day. They always have the service you really need for your car at that time. Value for money!

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE FOR A CAR INSPECTION. THEY WILL SCAM YOU AND SAY THINGS ARE WRONG WITH YOUR VEHICLE WHEN ITS NOT AND FAIL YOU SO YOU HAVE TO PAY THE $37 ANYWAY!

BEWARE OF THIS SHOP!

I called to inquire about car inspection and was met with a friendly voice over the phone. While the "inspection was going on" I looked over and noticed the mechanical removing ALL of my tires - which was odd. When I inquired on why my tires were removed and if this is normal during a routine inspection, the mechanical insisted everyone does it this way and it's been happening for a while now.

The mechanic then advises my breaks are bad, back and front even though I had my breaks done 3 weeks ago. Still giving the benefit of the doubt I asked if they could do the work, the mechanic agreed and quoted $300 for the front breaks and $300 for the back breaks.

At this point it became obvious that I appeared to be someone they could scam for money - they were clearly unaware that I've been a professional driver for almost 30 years and have had hooptys to luxury cars over my lifetime.

Once I started taking pictures and called my husband the mechanic became nervous, took my car down and didn't charge me for the "failed" inspection.go figure.

Its sad how people take advantage of other! They will take you for a ride of your naive enough. Get several opinions before letting

Poor wash. Poor drying effort. Gradually worse. Been going there for years. Its almost as if my rims weren't cleaned at all. Other customers complaining around me. Too bad. I used to like this place.

Paid 37 bucks with tax for a little more tlc on my car, rain x and wax and such and ended up asking twice for my interior front glass and driver, front passenger to be cleaned and still left with my glass not cleaned correctly. I mean for that price that's the least they could have done. Makes me wish it was summer, I could have saved the money and done it myself at a hydrant.

The Worst service l ever had in my entire live, they did a wrong work on my car brakes and when l came back to check it, they refuse to even look at my car, the worst experience on service, advance part replace my brakes, but you are responsable for the instalation you are charging for, l had to pay double for your lack of profesionalism, but the worst you have is how you treat the costumer

Very quick customer service. Unfortunately over the years service has diminished. I was proud to attend this car wash with my father as a teen growing up. Now I find it difficult to go through the wash with my vehicle as interior wipe downs after vehicle wash is not as reputable as before.

PS. Please get this adjusted as customers will move on to find a better provider.

Been going there for over 10 years. One of the better car washes in the area. A little pricey yet they do a good job of cleaning your car. I'm fussy with my car so I can say they do a good job cleaning it inside and out.

So i went there because my brakes was rubbing he looked at it and said i needed brakes and rotors i ask if i pay for it would this stop he said yes so i paid 200 for the parts and another 200 for labor that was only 3 to 4 days ago and now my wheel is doing again but a whole lot worst as soon as i lift off of the peddle the car start to immediately slow down now the jerking is worst and it almost caused a pile up on the ave yeah there great with communication but i feel like he over looked the main problems to get my money

ZERO STARS I have been getting my car washed here since I had a car which has been about 4/5 years usually when they wash my car when I get in it feels and looks like a brand new car. Well it today. Apparently the owner has changed the rules and instructed them not to wash the inside of your car or wipe down the OUTSIDE AFTER THEY WASH IT. Today they supposedly claim to have finished my car and when I looked at it inside and out it looked like nothing had been done! I had to MAKE THEM wipe down and re vacuum my car after getting the “manager” Ali (Who was of NO HELP) And to top it off they never informed me when my car was “ready” and when I asked who had my keys NO ONE KNEW I Will NOT BE RETURNING SADLY. I will take the trip to my dealership which is 7 miles away and have them wash it there! I should’ve recorded The Whole experience but I wasn’t thinking. Unbelievable

Well that’s my point I got a super wash that was supposed to be hand wash because I don’t use brushes on my car so please tell me why they did not vacuum the inside of my car nor did they wash the windows inside or out which is something they usually do!

Free car wash with oil change.sounds good right for 35 bucks. But not if you bring your own oil. I paid for a FULL oil change PRICEand it should not matter which oil i used. I paid the FULL PRICE and was refused the included car wash.
WHAT KIND OF CHEAP SERVICE IS THIS?
LESSON LEARNED, I WILL NOT BE GOING HERE AGAIN! I didnt ask for a discount. Your policy said free car wash with oil change, no where does it say must use store oil only for free car wash. Anyway I paid for the car wash. Done deal. Money isn't a factor here.

Worst place to get your car washed.
Very rude and disrespectful people.broke my side mirror and didn’t even informed me and when I asked they were so arrogant and telling me they’re not responsible for any damages at all.
