They always had cars whenever I needed to get somewhere asap. The drivers were as polite and courteous as could be. Sometimes English is not so great, but they got you where you needed to go.

I have been using these guys for 15 plus years! The dispatchers are cool and know me so well all I do is say hi and they most of time know where I am and where I will most likely get dropped off. The drivers are friendly and helpful if needed.

TERRIBLE COMPANY, TERRIBLE EMPLOYEES, NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE. ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE LATE SOMEWHERE. THEY EXTORM MONEY. THEY STOP THE CAR IN THE MIDDLE OF THE TRIP AND DEMAND MONEY IN ADVANCE. AND I JUST ASKED THE DISPATCHER IF I COULD PAY THROUGH ZELLE. THE DISPATCHER'S NAME IS MICHAEL KATZ. HE ACCIDENTALLY SPEAKED HIS NAME, AND THEN GOOGLE HELPED. CANNOT, NOT A DISPATCHER.
When I ask, can I pay by zelle they stopped the car and said to pay now. I was heading to the airport. Didn't have any choice and paid beforehand. Dispatch blackmailed me. They are criminals. Don't ever use them.

Whenever you call operators, they are very rude and act like they are clients not you. If it was not cheaper than uber/lyft I would never call them. Not only their cars smell cigarette smoke and dirty, but also old

I often call car service, they work really fast. The drivers drive very smoothly. And I don't even wait for too long. Sometimes, I just visit myself, can't wait till reaching out my destination. Anyway, it's really worth to take a shot. And dispatchers are very understanding. And including drivers themselves. Although, sometimes in hurry I may say something "sharp, " without thinking of outcomes. But they never yell, or even show off their feelings. Always, caring, supportive, and understanding nature. Very calm people. The best part comes when, drivers reach my destination, and I can take my cup of tee or coffee before heading to other place.

2023 update
My driver is the best, because my mom doesn't speak English, he told me to pick some old Mandarin songs and Bluetooth the song to the car. Now my mom (80) able to listen to her favorite song while enjoy the ride. This driver is the most consider one I encountered so far. Thumbs Up to this wonderful driver.

I have been using this car service many times, drivers are always nice and cars always clean. Yes, it's not those top notch car, but I think this is what make it unique, it's like our neighborhood mama and papa store for car service. I use Uber too, but compare to Uber, I prefer mama and papa car service like this one.

Terrible! If you want to wait outside for 30-40 minutes go ahead. This is second time they telling me it will arrive in 10 minutes and I waited for more than 30 minutes. Okay, first time I thought maybe they were very busy, but second time they were just careless. Yes it will arrive in 5 min, and nothing! I had scheduled an appointment for my kids, they called me several times I arrived 30 minutes later for appointment. I will never use again, thank you!

Terrible customer service called for a cab they told me 10 mins then I called back to ask if they had a bigger car because I have bags he told me no and before I can even finish talking and tell him okay it’s fine he hung up in my face and didn’t tell me he was canceling the previous car so I waited and called back for him to tell me he cancelled the car all while him being extremely rude over the phone and hanging up again in my face.

Car arrived within the amount of time specified by the dispatcher and I arrived at my destination quickly.

I called for a pick up and asked for a price. Because of the dispatchers thick accent it was difficult to understand him. He rudely commented " What, are you deaf? "

Disgusting service, dispatcher cursed me out over the phone and forced driver to drop me off in a random corner halfway to my destination. I urge you not to use their service, I was terrified.

Great service and great drivers. Sometimes they pick up not on time, but I don't blame them traffic in Brooklyn is horrendous. Otherwise a great service.

Horrible experience. I have to type my address into his phone. Driver dont speak a word of English. Almost got me kill with his reckless driving.

I had to give 1 star because the driver was so rude to me, he was disrespecting me, had bad attitude. When I called them to request a car they were really rude to me and telling me to wake up really early and wait for the car. They were Russian. They got my address wrong and they took more than 25 minutes to come. When I called them again if they were close, they said they were near me and they took so long. I’d rather take the bus. So I do not recommend this service for any of you!

Had terrible incident thanksgiving day, felt like my driver was stalling me on purpose. Maybe due to the holiday. Taking unnecessary turns. Was later than expected for pickup time and arrival. Couldn't even open the door for me at my pickup spot. He didnt seem so right in the head. Nevertheless besides this driver/incident I had experienced exceptional services from other drivers here.

Driver demanded tips from my 12 y o daughter, told her how greedy her parents are and how he gives her very big favor to even drive her. For the price higher then any Uber or lift. When I called customer service their manager was the same rude bad mannered. "Don't call us again and use Uber". Tipical Russian business, never again
