I went here to get my hair done for my birthday. I just needed a wash and set nothing crazy. I was greeted upon entry and taken to the back to have my hair washed. The lady shampooing my hair was scratching at my scalp with her nails. I’m a cosmetology graduate this is not the way it’s supposed to be done as you can cause scalp abrasions. When it’s time to put rollers it takes the stylist about 45 minutes. These were the worst rollers I’ve ever had done in my life. They weren’t tight, they were loose. Once the blow drying process starts.the catastrophe begins. The lady is continuously going over my hair with a flat iron.in an attempt to make it straight. The top was barely blown out because it wasn’t smooth, you could feel it just by gliding your hand across the hair shaft. I guess they thought I wouldn’t notice. It was stiff in the chair. I wouldn’t recommend going here if you don’t have a very smooth texture. I was actually really disappointed, it was a complete waste of my time. Then the stylist tells me it’s because of something I did to my hair.little did she know I did that MONTHS ago and have been getting wash and sets regularly since then. Anyway take your money else where. Not worth it.

They are way too expensive. They charged me $70 just to dye my hair. After I complained about the price I was told it because of the area that they are in. Pure rubbish. I usually go to Forest Hills and I don't pay that much to dye my hair. I will never go there again

Extremely poor customer service. Went in to get my hair toned and cut. First of all, the toner alone was quoted at $180. Thankfully she lowered the price after I expressed how expensive it was and her reply was that it was because of the area they were in. I decided to do the toner only and when she washed my hair in the sink she SOAKED my sweatshirt and face. Was extremely aggressive with my head when she was scrubbing it. In the end she cut my hair, it did come out nice. But overall experience I have to give a 2/10 was not an overall pleasant experience. Would take my business elsewhere.

Nice wash and blowout but the customer service is not the best and it’s way too overpriced. I rather go another mile to pay less and have a better experience.

Great service. Great staff. They do all kinds of hair and treatments. I recommend to anyone. I don't go any where else.

Hair cut skills good but they have no sense of customer service here. Not one smile or greeting. They just make your experience very awkward.

It's just ok. Staff is not friendly at all. I went here a few times because its so close to home, but I now travel further out & get my hair done at a warmer & friendlier salon.
