Love going here. The products are high quality. Smells great and feels great on the skin.

For the first time in a year I shopped at Bath and Body works in West Babylon. Usually I walk through the door and I am greeted by each associate even if I know what I want. Instead this time they picked who they wanted to greet or even help or offer a basket until I got closer to register and one associate I am assuming offered me help. It made me feel like I was not good enough to shop there or put down what I was buying and go somewhere else. I thought customer service was number one but I guess not. I hope that no customer ever has to experience what I did during the Christmas season or any other time.
