Came to this location twice to pick up my online orders, the person at the pick up counter was very pleasant and helpful both times.
Service eith a smile. ;)
Store is very neat.

I love my experience at almost all the locations I've been to, but this one even if it's busy with people you can always find a staff member that can help you find something new or a fragrance that you normally buy as they're always getting new things every season and may move things around.

Told the cashier coupon only allows 20. He said it's okay. They will come off.
Should of did my math. 32 * 3 is 96 not 130. Returning all tomorrow. Didn't check receipt.

I'm blind in my right eye and going blind in my left.she physically brought me around to gather everything on my list and more.

She would smell items with me and give me her honest opinion. Because of her sweet and honest nature, I bought more than I intended. Even purchased a new scent because of her.

Always well stocked, clean and the most helpful and friendly associates. They are knowledgable in the products and always try to help without being over bearing. Love this store!

Great place for body wash, soap, candles and perfumes. Prices are good, salespeople are friendly. My daughter love this place

I love many of Bath & Bodyworks products. I miss their True Blue line, those were the best. What I can't stand is the over zealous people that work there. They don't give you time to browse and test the new scents without asking if they "can help", "what are you looking for? " "What kind of scents do you like? ". It's too much for me.

The entire staff is welcoming and helpful. When I walk in the door until I leave the store it is a pleasant experience. I was not sure what to buy someone and quickly I was given suggestions by the sales staff. Overall great.

Abiding by the COVID-19 CDC rules. Your hands are sanitized upon entering the store. The check-out counter is cleaned after each customer that has been checked out at the register.

Glad the 23rd St store has finally opened (2/12/21) after being closed for almost a year during the pandemic. Great prices on sale items now. Staff is always accommodating and willing to help. BUT the pandemic is still on, and I found the store to be too crowded for my comfort. They should be limiting the no.of people in the store and have a line form outside once the limit has been reached. They weren't doing that. Signs saying that there should be 6 ft of social distance between people were posted, but that was a joke, I can tell you, after staff and customers alike continually brushed by me throughout the entire time I was there.

I love all the bath and body stores. This location in particular always seems to have extra people on hand to assist if you need it. That is a great thing to have. Keep having that extra staff!

They have a very large selection of products that where on sale. The sales ladies where really helpful. I'VE BEEN GOING TO THIS STORE FOR OVER YEARS.

Many staff members were conversive with guests in the mix of heavy traffic.
They discussed options available while mentioning their fav options.
