Check out ladies were not great. Kept talking amongst themselves. One woman didnt want to help at all.

It's great early during the weekdays. Nice and empty for the most part. Except Sundays, around holidays and a sale.

I was looking for a special candle. I showed the lady, the picture of it. She said it's an spring candle. I found two I like anyway.

Great experience with the company today. Very helpful and courteous staff. Kid friendly environment. Pet friendly environment. Wheelchair accessible location.

Very nice staff and the products sold at the store are real so amazing, even they are a bit pricey. I Enjoyed my visit, my purchase (I had a gift card) and I loved later using the products I could get and the feeling and the mood after I used your product.

Staff was very helpful with my wife an her purchase of lotions for a sales a coupon in which the staff made sure she got her deal for the free item

Everything I wanted was out of stock so disappointed & so many new fragrance there was no one to help with choosing a new fragrances I have to think outside the box & choose another form of fragrances

As long as the customer service stays the same I will ALWAYS enjoy my trip to this B&B location.

Let’s start by saying I love the great sales month of December had. Went to the location on 125st in Harlem. Was greeted at the door! When I got to the register I was greeted my Kayla. Kayla was so helpful, cheerful and really made my shopping experience a pleasure. I usually order on line, but because of Kayla I will return for the personal touch I received. Job well done!

This store is very clean and organized. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. So, far haven't had a bad experience.

Associates are very friendly when approached, especially the lady at the door with the dark hair (I forgot her name, very knowledgeable n helpful). But it's hot inside and small in the store.

It was okay my cousin had me shopping there for the past couple of months and they always ask me, put your email address so we can send you some coupons never got it

Went there for a gift. Sales person was assisting when someone walked in and asked her a question. Sales person forgot me and assisted the other person even after I interrupted. She allowed herself to be swept in with the other customer. Yes, she came later and I spoke about what happened, she apologized, but damage done.

I love this store, my favorite store in the world. My job happens to be right around the corner so I'm always tempted at least once a week to go in the store. LOL

There was a little wait to enter but it was ok since the young lady at the door was attentive to the patrons on line outside. She gave out coupons and asked if everyone was ok. The staff inside were also attentive and knowledgeable about the products and store layout.

Only allowed 17 customers in at a time which made the shopping experience more pleasant and not long lines.

Visited here today and was greeted by Melinda who was pleasant and very customer friendly awesome! Then Keyla who was very eager in makinig sure i got what i need another awesome employee last but not least Checkout with Melissa was grand she wrapped my gift and made sure I was a satified customer. I will be back! The store in coop city has nothing on 125

There was a line to get in but it also orderly and moved fairly quickly. All the store associates were friendly and helpful. Product is organized and neatly displayed allowing for easy shopping. There was a great sale and I had coupons. What a fantastic combo when shopping.

I love going to bath and body works their fragrances are lovely and make your skin soft and their candles are wonderful and the wall plug in are very lovely the store is small is not wheel chair accessible. Find their products on Amazon since they are closed for now

So I am pretty sure that this is not the only place that is doing this. I buy $69.00 worth of merchandise and you want charge me 5cents for paper bags that you used to put my merchandise in for free even if I spent $12.00? The ban on plastic bags I get and support. But you USED to give out paper bags for FREE. What is happening? Smh

Great customer service which is pretty much what matters in a store like this. I would shop there again, as long as the person that helped me is there.

It was Sale Day and it was great! My old favorites and new fragrances were 50% - 75% off! Coupons were honored too, I love this place!

That particular Bath & Bodyworks did not have what I wanted. I will have to check my location in Brooklyn.

I love the variety of lotions, sprays and body wash. The only issue is the really long lines and extremely loud music

The staff at Bath and Body Work helpful and friendly as usual very knowledgeable about the products I inquired about. The Palisades Mall on the other hand needs to improve on informational signage I didn't even know what floor I came off the escalator on, no sign to tell you what floor you came off the escalator on Palisades Mall needs to take a cue from department stores on how to organize customer information as you exit the escalators.

Horrible I dont even want to give a star, i work right next door at whole foods i called to ask if they were still open and the lady said yes, I walked over an then they tell me there closed, someone had to call Corporate and then they opened the door smh there the worst

They need to improve hiw their cliente is serviced and how their lines are all over the place with no order. Otherwise go customer service

They had 50 to 75 percent off today! Better sales than The Body shop! But the on 125th has been closed for some tine now.

I love all Bath and body works stores. Always smells good, many many sales, just make sure you sign up and use your emails. Otherwise you will pay full price and no sale. This location in Harlem is always busy and the staff is friendly and very helpful. It's a pleasure to shop at that store.

I’ve been waiting in line for 30 minutes at this bath and body works. Some of the slowest and most unhappy faces working at the counter. I witnessed horrible guest experience especially with the registers, which ones were open and who they were serving next in line.

Love the Place, the Service and the Sales. Plus in my way out one of the Salesgirl told me that Bath & Body Works and Victoria Secret were the same company and that I can pay with my Victoria Secret Credit Card. I did not know that so I went back the next day to get more Candles and now my apartment smells Amazing.

They always plug in the strongest scent, which is pumpkin spice! You cant smell anything beyond that, and after a few minutes you get nauseous. Then one of the associates started spraying an entirely different scent, i wasnt even done shopping but i had to get out of there and it was a great sale.

I went to this store during the last holiday shopping weekend. I was Christmas shopping for my sisters who love this product. I have to say- the staff were terrific. They were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. It was really busy but did not feel overwhelming in anyway. This store is very well run. I highly recommend going to this store if you are looking for bath products.
