Banana Republic Factory Store

Highly arrogant and haughty store sales people. Definitely not a typical BR experience. Plus they have now closed off the restrooms for customers

Both store clerks, Cashier 1172950 and 3432000 were extremely hospitable, but when Cashier 3432000 insisted on going back to find me another sweater without the thread rift, I knew this whole group represented with "Class! " The store personnel definitely understand "Customer Service! " Ten Stars!

I would give a zero star if I could. I call theirs number eight times and they hang up every single one. What you guys leave phone number for then?

Customer service is actually not even a thing here. It’s crazy because the workers are of minority and I felt very excited in a sense. My sister was even trying to ask a question and they walked right by her. They definitely need to work on their customer service because the Florida locations have it together. First time I went into banana and didn’t receive any sort of greeting or customer service.

Be prepared they close the mens changing room (why?) So there is a huge line for the women's. Huge line to pay too. Lots of people working there chatting amongst themselves. Does banana Republic want our money?

Best Customer Service Experience

I am happy to be writing this review because I just came back from North Dakota, which was terrible in every way. I came in after looking online at all of the significant sales that were going on. When I walked into the store and was directed to the men's floor, all the men's department agents were super helpful. They asked if I needed help but genuinely helped me when I said yes. Jordani was lovely and helpful in the fitting room, but RANDY was terrific. He not only helped me find every single thing I needed, but he also rang me up and ensured I had everything I needed.

The most important thing is that I was trying to buy a bunch of random stuff, and he helped guide me on what went with my skin type, what fits well, and also utility. To all the salespeople, customers will like you way more if you are HONEST and build a rapport. I ended up signing up for a rewards card and can't wait to return.

Bad customer treatment. Person needed to go to the bathroom urgently. When they opened the bathroom door, they told him he couldn't go in because it was for employees only. Be more human. She had an emergency. It didn't even have a sign that said for employees only.

I always have a great experience at this store; everyone is helpful. Especially on April 5th, Fatima helped me immensely. Great team!

Really disappointed at BR quality. Have been their customer for years. Their quality only gets worse. And the store manager is really disqualified for this position, saying that it’s three month past order date, and tried to rush me away. So is customer supposed to blame for your poor quality merchandise?

Huge BR selections. You may consider some differences of price and stocks compare to their own website.

Extremely helpful and welcoming staff - they offer to find my sizes and advice on my styles. One of the best shopping experiences in NY, I instantly became a fan of the brand after the visit. Highly recommend!

So organized and nice ambience where I visit often after my work. Good service. The girl with scarve is very helpful and polite. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Worst ever online shopping platform.
They know how to take money from you but they don't know how to send a package.
Got a 1 from 4 items that I ordered and the customers service told the package is lost haha. Never ever again use this.

Massive store and I really like the Factory price points. Clean and stocked during pandemic.

Carmen is an amazing associate! It should be called Carmen Republic. She gave me great customer service. Carmen went above and beyond her duties and gave me exceptional service! Please keep her and give her a raise.

This place is very clean, staff are courteous and helpful. Prices and quality of clothing are reasonable.

I liked some of selections but the need maybe new younger or hipper designer and/or designers. The styles are boring. Staff at this location are great and friendly!

The quality varies widely (a lot of the clothes look like they will not wash well). Good for putting a work wardrobe together in a pinch, though Express has slightly better quality clothes at around the same price if there isn't a good sale at BR factory

I used to be employed here.they treat employees terrible constantly lie and put the workers down. The store is always a mess and it’s always our fault. Just a negative environment overall! If I could give it 0 stars I most definitely would.

That was worth. I am their regular customer, I wanted to return they told me, u can't because we are fashion. I walked almost 25 min to get their.

This is NOT a regular BR. This has been converted to a BR FACTORY store. Bummer as this used to be great location for the latest BR clothes.

For factory items, selections were decent and the customer service was awesome! Every corner at every floor the staffs were very helpful in selecting your items! They also have complimentary charging stations^^

While it was supposed to open at 10a on Sun, I got there at 1030am but was still closed and I was informed they will open at 11a instead. Need to be more professional.

This place is very cool because it has not too much promotion of all sorts and just tons of clothing that you can go through. Easy people to work with and good quality clothing to wear! Sometimes just call ahead to check on the piece of clothing you looking for so as to avoid a trip to a sold out section of the shelf

Not sure what is happening with Banana Republic lately but their men's clothing looks horrible. This a factory store so you already know the prices are cheaper and so are the looks. Sorry, I use to love BR.

As Banana Republic closed the stores in almost all Continental Europe I have to confess that shopping in New York on 34th street was a really pleasure. 60% discount is amazing and the store is huge. For sure you will have an opportunity to buy something as far as the brand is well-tailored and still has good quality. Bravo!

Low quality product with very high price. In a nutshell, very unsustainable. I hope people realise this sooner than later. We went there to return a product and the assistant told us to go a ‘regular’ Banana Republic because their store is a ‘factory’ one. Terrible!

The clothing seems off-brand (made for outlet). Real Banana clothes have linings, are good quality. Most of the items in the factory store are unlined, not great quality.so while they seem to be "on sale" from regular Banana prices, it's really apples and oranges.

I went to BR to return a couple of sweaters I purchased online. I couldn't believe how cheap and flimsy they felt when I tried them on at home. When I checked the label to see where they were made, it was China. I was shook!
While there I thought to get some jeans, but they didn't have any in my size, a size 42. I was told by a manager that the larger sizes were sold online. Funny, cause the manager who told me that, wasnt skinny either. So I guess he has to go online to buy his jeans, also. Yeah, right. BR needs to start keeping large sizes in stock. It was never like that before.

Great prices and big selection for both men and women.good place to shop I will definitely go back!
