Recruitment team reached out to me for 2 different position.both interviews were set up with the hiring manager Sahithi Polamreddy.both times she showed up 15-20 mins late.no hi or hello.directly started asking technical questions.at first she turned on her camera then when I started answering she turned off her camera and remained off camera.she was very unprofessional at her work.at the last she did not say anything about the interview and the next hiring steps.
I found her behavior very odd and unprofessional.

Tell your drivers just because they put their hazards on doesn't mean they can block the whole road. PULL TO THE SIDE.

The receiving is as inhumane as it gets. They hold truckers in yard without amenities for 3-5 hours before starting actually receiving. Every instance they make up stories but it doesn’t help if they took the time of people’s precious lives. It’s clear as day they have no sense of empathy or respect and it is tragic the place it so big and affects so many lives in the most horrible way.

Don't waste your time here. If you come here and don't see this review before you take the load, keep this in mind. If you feel that leaving is better, do it. I felt it like this was the right choice, and here I'm, the appt was at 8: 00 am and it is already 3 pm and just got a door. They said they were having issues with their system, like power was off, updating their system, and I check back in at 1: 00 pm and they said they are taking trucks like that anyway, it's ridiculous because they should follow their schedule, I don't know who's brilliant idea was to take trucks till their system was back operating properly, those issues I been told by the guard check. No overnight parking,

According to the epoitment, there is no overnight parking. They unload quickly. In general, it is better than everyone else around.

Owners operator don’t come to this place the system it’s always down my appt was 9am an it’s 2pm and they still don’t have the paperwork ready if you come here, be prepared to be here for the whole day

Wonderful folks at this location. Their dispatcher sends highly aggressive deliverymen onto the upper east side and berates low test cucklezwerth mcgillikuddy’s. Very entertaining. I really did enjoy the time when a baldor driver ran over an upper east side resident and literally took her life. Regardless, that’s one less vote for Brandon. Oh, wait, he will still count her vote towards his presidency. Let’s. Go. Brandon.

It's good place to deliver but sometimes their warehouse is full and you come back tommorow, but good people

Good place to work! Lots off positions available. 90 days then u get permanent spot all depends on your work performance

I was almost attacked by one of the drivers. I have it on video. He was very intimidating. Very scary. I thought he might have had a weapon. He kept up with me in car to antagonize me. He even tried to run ome off road. He should be fired.

We've been a vendor with Baldor for years and we love them! They are excellent to work with, they really care about their farmers and producers. We feel super fortunate to work with them. Highly recommend!

I need product and the entire company is down
Now I'm scrambling to figure out where to get product for tomorrow

It's a great place yo work in and they are always hiring new people every Wednesdays at 2: 00 pm
