If i was able i will give this store a -5 i would they have very rude staff when u call on the phone they cant never help you they want you to come in store so they can tell you they dont have the part and when they do tell you they either have the part or they can get the part they overcharge you claiming they giving you original parts but they take whatever package it comes in so u wont notice that its not original and when u ask to see the package to make sure u not getting ripped off they catch an attitude that was my experience

I called the place and they say they can’t give price over the phone or details about parts.
Worst experience ever.

They are one of the only auto parts store that is still open they outlast a few major stores they know what they are doing if they don’t have what you need it’s only because it’s a manufacturer’s item I myself have been going there for 25 years hassle free

It is the worst place, it treats customers badly and the customer service people treat them badly and speak badly to them and are racist and also if you don't speak perfect English they speak badly to you THEY ARE RASISTIC DO NOT BUY THERE SO THEY DO NOT MISTREAT YOU AND

Lousey service and mng not helpful at all. I purchased an alternator and a frt seal.never opened the seal package, But wouldnt return after found didn't need the Sal 4 hrs later, still in un-opened plastic dealer package. Very nasty Spanish guy, said "I am the mng" shop somewhere else

They have great products but customer service here is so rude. They also never want to give you a price over the phone ever. Train the staff for better customer service because that alone can make you not want to do any business there B&B.

They really need someone to give pricing over the phone instead of waisting your time going to the store

Had massive problems getting (the right quality parts) for my my Jeep is has many trim levels and getting parts =? $? $$. Until my Mechanic sent us here. At first I was taken aback when the counter person made fun of my searches, by stating " If you had the Vin# (vehicle identification number) this wouldn't be so hard. " He was/is right and now if a parts department doesn't use a Vin# for parts I suspect a problem! Dealership or B&B from now on.

Great place to buy parts more affordable prices than Autozone and Advance Auto got my alternator for $225.00 with the core the other places was asking $408.00 with core big differences on prices it you ask me I be coming back for parts in the future

I would never order from here ever again! They sell cheap parts that don't last a month and when I went back to tell them about it they basically told me that's not there problem. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR PARTS TO ANYONE! Buy your auto parts somewhere else!

Great auto shop. But you need to make sure the parts work. I found out my 400 ECM system that I bought from them 3 months ago was not working. The brilliant solution was to buy another one from then at a "discounted" price, $300 and give back the one I already have. With nothing in return. This is very disappointing

I went to the store on a Tuesday they quoted me a price of 125 for each intake control runner for and Audi Q7 2011 left and right side i went their today 10-20-22 and the price jump from 125 to 225 each

Besides the extremely high prices that the "OWNERS" make up to get rich off of the customers they have, they also SELL USED JUNKYARD PARTS as BRAND NEW when clearly they are NOT! Please save yourself the headache and your precious time of the back and fourth with these guys & instead head over to your local AUTO ZONE, PEP BOYS or ADVANCED AUTO PARTS. Heck, Might as well just go to BSFII! Beware when doing business with these guys!

B and B Auto parts have all the parts for your vehicles. The staff are very friendly and if they don’t have your part in stock then it’s just matter of an hour wait

I called for help on looking up a part. The weirdo who answered made it seem like if I wasn’t spending money he couldn’t help me, after making it seem like the part number I gave him was bogus “that’s not the real part number” is what he said. It was a sonnax part. “It’s a 50/50 shot In store and 0% over the phone”. Lol What a guy. When I was 100% gonna get the Part oppose to ordering online, Now it’s a 0% chance I’ll ever spend money with them again. Why should i have to waste money getting to a store and your not even sure you’ll have my part. Makes no sense. Must be a slow business day and they looking for charities. He said his name was Larry which i know was a lie. Pretty lame. Still gonna go just to show face but definitely not spending money. Place is old and played out anyway, they need a revamp cosmetically and in customer service

They alway have right part today! Very busy. Well worth the wait. Lots of aftermarket body parts. Counter personnel are very helpful. Better the the box stores.

For years these guys have been the best, They were there for me when I was in a jam recently. I would definitely recommend this place

This is the 2nd time I came to this place… the 1st.time they sold me a compressor for my AC THAT DID NOT WORK when I went to back to return it…it became a hassle. Second time I went to buy a car part and the kit that included the same part was cheaper than the part itself they tried to double the price for just one part…. Price gouging

Disrespectful people horrible customer service rude disrespectful lied about prices and added 50$ when I came to pick up the part. Wouldn’t recommend at all. First and last time coming here. Stay away.

Rude customer service and overpriced. Go somewhere else to get your parts. It’ll be worth your while then dealing with this shop.

Very poor customer service. Very argumentative. They never can find ur part. Then try to force a part that they’re not sure will fit your car just so they can make the sell, making it a inconvenience for the customer

Worse possible customer service alive. Sold me incompatible electrical piece for my vehicle, called them and explained to them my current situation and they don’t want to refund my money, and when I ask why, the guy just hangs up the phone. Very unprofessional of them to do. Don’t waste your time here!

Bought BMW X3 front and rear brakes, rotors.pads and sensors for $300 cash. BMW wanted $540 for rear parts. I say great deal. Great folks.

This place is expensive what was 35 at autozone is 95 here no biggie so i go to get the part they take your money tell you to sit down 5 mins ive been here 45 mins now the guy just told me 30 more mins and they tell you overr the phone the prices are wholesale yeah right horible.

I went to this store many times and was always helped their store is very full all the time and i do not work for them just a valued customer.

Had to wait 48 minutes for a part that they said they had in stock, overall happy I got it price was reasonable, time was too long of a wait.

Very unprofessional, called to see if they had a part in stock and was told yes but yet they asked for my vin.how could they know without running the vin which I had in hand but they refuse to take other the phone.called a second time asked to talk to a manager a second person came on stated he was the manager but couldn't even give me a name, and told me that I would have to travel to the store to give them the vin it was store policy. I explained I would be coming from New Jersey and wanted to know were the parts in the store, he state we have different warehouses in ny.unreal

The policy is the worse and when the worker gives you of the wrong part you are still responsible and there is no accountability by the store be very careful when ordering parts from this location.
