I was buying a product and the sales representative was completely rude and aggressive, offensive. He ripped of the price tag aggressively in front of me! I don’t know why this kind of people are hired as sales representative. Shame!

Terrible customer service at this location. I never write reviews but this auto zone really got me livid. Spoke to two individuals at the counter and both of them had extremely unpleasant customer service. Definitely will never return even if I have to drive miles away to avoid this location. Workers here urgently need training on how to talk to customers.
