I had a great experience at AutoZone. An awesome employee helped me find exactly what I was looking for. He helped me with pricing to replace two hinge bars for the back hatch of my Chevrolet Equinox. Prices are good.

Can't say much cause I didn't go in the hubby did and got what he wanted.

Both of the people working Were rude and dismissive. They didn't seem like they wanted to help me and when I had to exchange the merchandise because pieces were missing, it was as though I was inconveniencing them and they didn't want to wait on me. I normally shop at autozone but I will never shop at the Baldwinsville store again.
