Steve had great customer service and was extremely helpful. Went above and beyond helping with everything we needed. Made a bad day way better.

Buyer beware: This location does not offer installation with battery as advertised in the commercials. The person I spoke with told me he knows how to do it but doesn’t make mechanic money so he has a right of refusal. Advanced Auto on Central Ave.is doing it today with free install

Service was slow. I guess that is to be expected when there are several others having them look up parts, etc. It was nice that they offered and did put on my windshield wipers.

The woman that helped me was amazing, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful! I have never had a bad experience at the Auto Zone in Watervliet!

Sales rep took time to install tiny park lamp bulb.it was hard and he did it. 3 cheers 4 the top with the tat on his neck!

Walked out. Was asked for brake pads and rotors then had to start over with a new person. Went to Napa

Excellent service here! I just stopped in to grab some oil, and unfortunately that's when my battery AND alternator decided to stop working. Fortunately, the two employees there were willing to go above and beyond to get my car working again! They were very nice and made sure to recommend the best products within my price range, and even explained their reasoning to help me decide. Adam and Jesse, thank you for everything, you have no idea how much I appreciated it!
