The service at Autozone was excellent. Taran put in my windshield wipers and was very pleasant. I will continue to go to this Autozone.

This was the best experience or is all AutoZone locations. After getting a discount for an alternator, a staff never even installed it & replaced my battery for free that was under warranty. I gave him some cash for helping me out. He was awesome!

Sugeen & Marlon take really great care of me as a customer there at that AZ location in Queens NY, no matter the objective or purpose of my visit to the store.

Taran, Sue were really helpful. My car battery was dead and they were able to provide a brand new battery and the service to change it as well. Great spot!

Slow service.lots of people walking around behind register but only 1 open.that open one was occupied for a long time.air conditioning very low to none.

This place is always crowded, long lines, and a bunch of hungry "side street" mechanics inside and outside the store parking lot.its greasy and dirty.
Garbage is always over-flowing.
This is undoubtedlty the most GHETTO autozone location

The tech Arnold c.was very professional and very helpful. He took his time to research the items I need for my vehicle and help me with changing my battery. Excellent customer service!

I tried to return an item and was told I had to return it to where I purchased it. I found it odd because even tho they may be privately owned, I should be able to return the item at any autozone location. I then returned it to where I purchased it and asked them if I had to return to the same store, and they said no. So this location on merrick blvd LIED. IT'S NOT RIGHT AND IT WAS TOTALLY INCONVENIENT. IF this is the procedure at this location, it should be written on the receipt OR at the register prior to purchase.

You cant even drive into the parking lot without someone honking at u for them to "help" you install or repair whatever or be followed into the store too see what your buying. The store needs to work a deal with all the street mechanics so they arent doing that.

In the process of making my purchase, my credit card kept declining. Lisa the cashier was making every attempt to troubleshoot the problem but to no avail. My wife was outside waiting in the car so I asked her to come in with another card. My wife approached the counter in frustration and was rude to Lisa the cashier. Lisa maintained her composure and rectified the problem with extreme professionalism. AutoZone is fortunate to have Lisa as an employee and representative of the company. I normally don't do reviews but I was so impressed with the way this young lady handled the situation. 5 stars to Lisa.

Great customer service, fast service 10/10! My battery was no good I was able to recycle my old battery and receive a new one. They even installed it for me for no extra charge!

Excellent service.tbey replaced the battery in my remote contro. I gave them permission to.

Product was mislabeled and thus mispriced. Customer service moved quickly to assist me, but the actual product could not be found.

Came here to buy a bulb for my Mercedes Benz, the security guy was nice enough to help me with other bulb that I needed
