This is a good AutoZone to get what you may be looking for and need. The staff is friendly and willing to assist you with whatever you need.

Generally friendly and knowledgeable. They reliably have parts I need now rather than waiting for them to be shipped.

Service here is fair. 4 stars only because when I went there they had me run the diagnostic tool for the check engine light instead of doing it themself.

Decent selection of products, pretty standard prices. Not overly impressed with the attention from the employees in general.

The team at this branch are very knowledgeable, helpful and full of ideas, i personally drive 45 mins past other big box stores to deal with the guys in Salamanca. One time an employee personally came on his own time to help my daughter start her car after a cold winter storm.

Most of the time you receive great service here. Just be careful to double check your purchases before you go home so you don't need to make a second trip.

Tonya at this location needs to be terminated, she is RUDE has sworn at me! Refuses to exchange garbage parts at my expense. I will be calling her supervisor, this is now the 3rd bad experience I deserve to simply buy quality parts and if they are no good return them electrical or not. She needs to go! If I could put a zero I would!
