Everytime I visit this place, the gloomy workers makes me feel bad.
I’m not saying that workers should always smile and make customers happy. But at least they should not upset the customers. I don’t think throwing the broom with annoyed looking right in front of customers that waiting for pay is appropriate behavior.

Very helpful staff, went in to use their obd2 scanner and they were patient and went through what issue was found and why it might happen and printed out the report. Was not busy at all when I went at night.

The manager was very helpful when I asked him to check the life of my battery. Very kind thank you

I took my car because they battery wasn’t working well. They connect the computer and confirm it needs a battery change, then it worked well for one day. Then, the next day my car doesn’t want to start. I take it to two mechanics and they both tell me the computer they are connecting is not working. At this place the used a bad one and they screw my car computer, because it was working when I took it there and now it is damaged.

Do not shop here. Manager should get fired. Customer service is poor. Cashier disappeared for 10 minutes while other counter employees pretended not to see a line of at least 6 customers.

I was a loyal AutoZone customer, but I'm never shopping here again. I bought an alternator but when my mechanic installed it he informed me that it was defective. I wasted $200 in labor just to install AutoZone's defective part and they don't want to give me a refund for the wasted labor they caused. I had to get a new alternator and repeat the process all over again. This was a nightmare to deal with and I'm really disappointed and never shopping here again.

Went for a battery replacement and they check the warranty, nice and honest. Feel better for my life in nyc.

I came by the store located on 155-05 Northern Blvd on Sunday, December 20th, and I wanted my car battery changed, however a friendly staff, (I think his name was Andrew), offered to test my battery instead. Then he informed me that my battery needed to be changed ASAP and he'll change it for me for free. He performed all labor in a short period of time and I didn't have to wait long which I was very impressed by. He was very friendly and accommodated all my needs. Will be returning back to the location for any other problems I come across.

Absolutely wonderful staff and great prices. I was looking for oil from other places and here, and they had the cheapest prices. I also was looking for a plastic license plate backing, they had a super affordable one for like $6, and one of the staff hooked it up with some zip ties for me.love them, definitely recommend and would come again!

The staff is generally helpful and knowledgeable, they dont usually keep everything in stock but this is a high-traffic area. The problem with this place are the mechanics working in the parking lot preying on unsuspecting car owners.

Awful.levit town is the worst.had my father on hold for 30 minutes, after selling him a damaged radiator, Advance auto for me

Had a great experience! Came in for a battery replacement, no fuss, no hassle. The associate was very friendly, he helped me with the battery exchange. I was given my 5$ for leaving the old battery and I was off! Considering they were pretty busy when I go there they took care of me pretty quickly! Very satisfied.

Convenient location. A big selection of car care products. Those are about the only positives with this location. Parts are always sold out at this location, you can never find anything here. This trip i came here to find flange bolts for my exhaust. How do you run out of bolts!? It's also way too busy here for the staff to be helpful. Do yourself a favor and go to Advance Autoparts or something.

First, let me start by saying that I rarely leave any reviews on places/stores I visit but I must now. I walked in to the store, waiting on a small line to get a an answer on a simple question for a part at the cash register. While the employee (s) there kept staring me down as I stood there, as soon as I tried to make an attempt to ask a simple question the employee at the register kept trying to avoid it and walk around nearby not doing anything and it was so clear. SECONDLY, after I found the part I was looking for my self, I bought it up to the register to confirm that the part is the one im seeking and I was literally IGNORED while this employee (different than the first) kept chatting to his colleage next to him. I stood there just waiting to see how long he's going to ignore me RIGHT IN FRONT OF A CUSTOMER. HORRIBLE STAFF HERE AT THIS LOCATION. My question to the manger here is, why hire these embecils who are just gonna be lazy and rude? Not good for business.

First time going to any auto zone and the worker there. Named Tae K. He helped me right away went above and beyond and since they didn’t have a single 14mm wrench he let me use the ones they use and since I was struggling he used it to unscrew my bike seat for me and while I was there he was also answering all the questions to this guy and his car and even the cops that came class act #1 customer service ever

Besides the employee connecting the battery tester incorrectly and starting a small fire, I had a good experience. There was a customer without a face mask on though.

The first time I came here, I bought something, I felt good, bought a battery, the staff was very enthusiastic to help us replace it, the service attitude was very good, I don’t know what the name is, but the Asian face does not speak Chinese! I will come back next time!
