Worse Auto Zone Store in town with Very Bad Attitude Employees. At that time there was no customers at the store, I was looking for help but the employees Ignored me, I felt racism.
Walk-ins make a return as I went to counter to make a return and purchase where I needed employee said I did not bring in the item that I was returning I said please check cameras he said no he’s going home he took my merchandise and I would not give it back and kick me out
Carlos Luckham was amazingly helpful. Not only did he help me find the right battery for my car he went further by installing it for me and I can’t thank him enough for that. Definitely will be coming back.
Best Customer Service Ever Carlos Lockham is one of a kind. If you want to be treated like the only customer in the store this is the Auto Zone Employee you must ask for. Carlos attention to details saved me thousands of dollars. When my F Pace error message said I needed coolant, not only did Carlos make sure he had the right one, he poured it in, checked my oil then checked my windshield wiper fluid which was so empty it took the entire gallon. While he did all this Carlos gave me a tutorial every step of the way. Appreciation doesn't start to explain how I feel. This young man was not only raised Right, He makes The Brand Auto Zone SHINE.
Service is soo slow all those workers and only one person at the cashier dropped off my old battery had to wait like 30 minutes just to get store credit then and when I purchase a new battery I asked if they can install it they said no went again another day to buy spark plugs they didn't have none in stock what kinda business is this location just close it down.
Apples is an amazing supervisor along with other team members at her location. She really knows her stuff and she goes out of her way to get you what you need. I'll be visiting this location more often due the great service
New hub location terrible place for purchases. Especially returns. Hope autozone goes bankrupt. Unprofessionalism at its best at commercial counter. Buyer beware!
I’m the costumer of auto zone since 2016 this is the worst experience I had on this location. The short lady who is a manager is unnecessarily rude and don’t know how to deal with costumer. She made me wait almost 35 minutes for no reason while returning the item. I recommend to go another location. I just want to tell that rudeness is not the key to grow business and everyone’s time is important.
Staff is knowledgeable and willing to go out of their way to make sure your ride stays on the road, I went here for touch up paint n the staff was able n willing to explain how to use the paint n helped me get everything I needed.highly recommend
I visit this store frequently and always felt that they need to train their associates more on customer service. Some of them are very reluctant to help and I have faced this on multiple occasions. Some of the managers are nice hence the two stars. I hope they'll work on it.
