Went in to buy a bulb for my headlight and was helped immediately. Jess provided amazing customer service in finding the right bulb and asked if I needed help replacing the bulb without me having to ask. I appreciated the help and the service provided. Jess was amazing!
I stopped by today and was greeted and checked out in a very professional and attentive way. The store is clean and stocked. This definitely will be my auto accessories go to store.
Doug went above and beyond when fixing an emergency for me today. Without Doug, this store would lose business I guarantee it. Not that the other staff wasn’t amazing or anything. The Lakers have Lebron. The Port Chester AutoZone has Doug.
Pulled up last minute (I called ahead) they were cool and welcoming. It was closing time so I felt bad asking for help replacing a bulb on my car. Doug and his coworker could not have been more helpful. Looked up what I needed, looked at my car and Bada bing boom done. Quick and fast they had me back on the road before doors locked. Great spot, great peeps.
AutoZone Auto Parts Store 6766 in Port Chester, NY, has an amazing team of individuals who are kind, understanding, knowledgeable and professional. Nothing but great service and wonderful things to say about this establishment. Would absolutely go back to them for my cars needs. Both Jackie and Adriana were terrific! This autozone is the worst I was just there spend over $100 dollars come back out and my car dosent star I ask this people to plz help me jump the car and they say we don't have a jump Star to help customers out. I just spend money on your store to get my car fixed which I bought the part from you guys and you won't help customers.never again would I come here to buy from this location lesson learned
I think autozone has good products for car maintenance like tire shine seat cleaner and new windshield fluids and fuel system and lubricants to help you pass car inspection and make car look nice. Old cars are better if you maintain it if you don't want all the technology.
I bought a lock for my steering wheel and after consulting with the manager I was hesitant re an auto, universal charger for my cells would work.he assured me that it would, and it doesn't.
Let's talk about how amazing Jess and Adriana are! I'm not from the area, and am in town on work. On an incredibly snowy and crazy day, I had a malfunction in the rented company car that I'm driving. I call and inquire if they have the replacement piece I need. They immediately find the type, and I schedule to come in within the hour. I walk in and pay for the piece. But they are so fast that by the time I get the receipt in my hand they'd already changed the piece on my company van that was right outside the store! I suspect that Jess and Adriana are actual well-trained Ninjas, but if I was to ask them directly, I'm sure they would say no (to keep their identity as Ninjas a secret). But the job they did was with the actual speed of Ninjas, and this location of AutoZone is in perfect hands with them!
Jacqueline handled an emergency battery change for me. She was courteous, thorough, and knowledgeable. The other person helping her worked with her very well. His name started with a J.
Customer Service here at the PORT CHESTER NY store is off the charts. If I could give a 10 star review, I would! The 3 women employees there work as a team. They are professional, extremely knowledgeable, and service reigns supreme. Adriana. Jess, & Jackie ALL assisted me. They deserve a raise. It was a very pleasant experience for me. WHAT A CREW! All I can additionally is. GIRL POWER!
Everything is always out of stock. Manager is unprofessional and rude. Don't waste your time going here go to any other one.
UPDATE. After being told where to go to explain what happened and that they would look into this. I gave a full explanation of what happened. I was told someone would contact me and guess what no one did. Replied back to find out why. I was told they will make sure someone gets back to me. Guess what still nothing. So just like I thought they make it look like they care and will fix the problem but not actually do anything.
Went to buy a new boat battery- Jacqueline was most helpful! She was very friendly, personable, and most of all, called another store for the battery we needed that was not in stock at her store. We paid for it at her store, and went to pick it up at another store - and it was so easy! She went above and beyond and we were so grateful! There should be more customer service people like Jacqueline out there!
They are not too professional, they look don’t want to work or do they job professionally. I went today to return something. And the manager almost didn’t received my Stuff. And at the end they didn’t ask me for my phone number, and when I ask him about my phone number, the guy said it’s too late. I didn’t like, looks like he is the manager, he was a little rude, I didn’t like it. There is other auto stores like medallion or other store near by. They are kind and very professionals. They should be more kind.
