Our windshield wiper broke during this last snowstorm and we went to AutoZone and the gentleman got a windshield wiper and put it on and we're on our way in less than 10 minutes. Thank you, AutoZone

Austin is so rude in person and on the phone. I hate doing business there because of him. If you are going to work in a customer service related field you should be a whole lot nicer to the customers.

Great staff! I had a problem with a battery that was bad and just out of warranty and the staff worked with me to get the best reasonable outcome. Great people!

I really wish part of their hiring process included some education about what products they sell, and a general knowledge of the automotive business! Maybe require some classes, contingent upon hiring? A worthy investment into their employees, would make a world of difference!
