I came in to charge my battery come to find out 2 hours later I needed a new battery. 20 minutes left till closing and they were very helpful! After purchasing the wrong battery at this time, the store was already closed and everyone had left. Kevin, saw from across the street that I had took the battery out and that it was the wrong one as well. He reopen the store to switch out the batteries to make sure that I had got the right one. He was wonderful and very helpful that night. Wonderful staff here!
I came in, needing a headlight. The store was about to close and it was already getting dark. The manager Kevin said that he would finish up what he was currently doing and come out in help me. I purchased the light and Kevin came right out to help me (in the dark) put my headlight in. Complete life saver! Awesome customer service! Thank you again
The service is good. Helping system is also good but one day I went to buy somthing and in the counter while doing the price a guy exchanged my stuff with a not good and a old stuff. Which was really really really a bad job. A I am not happy about it. So that's why I am requesting to not to do this again with Customers Please. Thank you.
The wait is too long with just a few people. The workers don't have basic knowledge about the parts they're selling. Also, they tell you one thing over the phone and when you get there the produt (s) are not there!
I had an amazing experience, great customer service and it was my first time at this location! Wonderful and brilliant. I needed assistance reassembling my key for my 2032 lithium battery. Teresa took the time to put it back together for me, I will definitely come back again!
This parts shop has almost everything your vehicle needs. Parts oil, liquid everything is up to the mark. Staff helps to find accurate part for specific vehicle. Not enough staff onsite. You won't get any help about your auto keys. They don't duplicate or they don't get additional key from manufacturer.
I am a first time car buyer and I came in looking for an ox cord and I was very confused. THANK Goodness ANGEL R.was more than helpful helping me find a blue tooth. Bunch of new workers that don't know what they are doing. And can barely speak English. On top of the fact that the store shelves are practically empty.
Zero Stars. Worst service because they are ALWAYS under staffed. EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO GET IN AND OUT LIKE OTHER LOCATIONS. JUST TERRIBLE. They need Armed Security back in Autozone stores ASAP.
The staff have always been amazing! No complaints, only praise! Especially Angel who went out of his way when I lost my receipt. He found my receipt on the computer after several minutes and helped me return my items. Thank you Angel and your crew!
The staff are experienced and knowledgeable and extremely patient. Their manager Tray Davis helped install a very difficult steering wheel component that I surely wouldn't have been able to install myself. When it was fighting back he patiently & calmly told me how to help and we got it done. Good service is hard to come by! If you need help with anything and they got it there they got ur back! Def will be back.
Tray Davis is outstanding he took his time and explain ever detail about my car but did not take all day i will recommend my family and friends to to the AutoZone on Broadway and ask for him because he made me feel like family and tell him cre sent you lol. Thank you tray!
First time there wasn't a great a experience. The workers are hardly polite and besides that, their items are slightly overpriced. Either order it from Amazon or go to Advance auto parts
When the sales guy couldn't find what I needed (a dipstick that day). He called a junkyard that wasn't far from this location and they had what I needed and I ended up getting the dipstick for free from the owner! I still use this location because of their customer service.
