Place is a circus, the employees are teenagers, no knowledge of car parts. I was over charged hundreds & they argued who was going to get the parts. They bought out the wrong ones! Never again!
Such a great experience! Copeland was very knowledgeable about the products they had in stock and was extremely patient with me as I asked him so many questions. I'm sure I must have been driving him crazy but he did not make me feel that way and was very professional. I wanted to be sure I was getting the right product and he helped reassure me I was making the right purchase. I would definitely be returning to this Auto Zone and would recommend it to any one who is in search of professional assistance.
No matter what time of day u call, moment they answer ur the phone u hear " thank you for calling autozone, please hold". Why am I ALWAYS AMD I MEAN ALWAYS PUT ON HOLD?
I like this store. They have improved somewhat on customer service because the previous workers needed to be trained on customer service. However, there is some room for improvement. This is my go to place for auto supplies.
Really? !? 12: 30 in a Sunday and doors are locked? !? Not a sign on the door or anything explaining why - just a dude counting money at the register ignoring me outside the window?

First time at this particular AutoZone and let me tell you about how great their customer’s service is; I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door. The guy working there helped me pick the best equipments for my car and he even installed the battery for me. The Cashier was very pleasant and smiled through the transaction, very rare to see in this time of the pandemic. I will definitely come back. No wonder AutoZone is #1 in Auto Parts Shops. THANK YOU AUTO ZONE for helping girls like me that know nothing about cars.
Friendly knowledgeable staff. They will work with you on parts that must be ordered. When they say it will be there at a certain time, it's there. Thanks again AutoZone.
Save yourself the trouble and go across the street to Advanced Auto Parts, 100X better service. This place rarely pics up the phone. Nobody ever wants to help and you always have to wait to checkout for some reason even though you are the only one in the store.
I went to store# 4712 the other day. An employee, Katty Peralta, assisted me with a return. She was kind, professional and very helpful. I hope she will be there on future visits I have at this AutoZone! Katty should be applauded and recognized for her excellent customer care!
Well stocked - better than Bridge Auto (in Elmsford, NY) dont know about parts for DIY, but many useful supplys, tools, batteries for everything. Helpfull staff, short lines. Also reclaim for used oil etc.
The staff is good and helpful, but the stocked supplies are poor quality vs.what I would want for a top German sports car. I guess it's fine if you are tinkering on your Ford or Chevy, but not for the top makes.
Helpful place. Good selection of products but not a lot of replacement parts in stock for cars other than Hondas or Toyotas. Lots of oil, filters, and washing materials to choose from.
They lost my 20 dollars reward and try to overcharge me when the promotion price it's in front of him and try to make me pay for it and blame for it. Bad service.
Friendly and helpful staff. Well stocked. I just wish they had a full selection of LED bulbs (headlight, etc.). There's no point anymore to replace a burned out lightbulb with a similar old fashioned incandescent bulb. LED light bulbs cost about the same online.
