Alicia was pleasant, professional and very helpful. She confirmed I selected the right size and type of windshield wiper for my vehicle. When she asked me if I knew how to put it on and I said “no”, she put the blade on for me. When I expressed interest in learning how, she gave me a tutorial.
We shared a good laugh when we realized we both had the same name.

They sucks, on tv they say can help you with the battery when ask for if they can do the testing in the battery they don’t even have a tester not help at all

Assistant (?) manager today at 8pm was awesome. (His name starts with an M?) Helped me find the right headlight and was kind enough to also help me put it in! Dedicated to his work even while the place is apparently short staffed and extremely busy. Couldn’t give him a tip at the time but dude deserves a raise! Everyone else was also polite despite the rush. 10/10 experience thanks autozone

I went in to get a replacement battery for my Honda 2012 Civic keyless remote fob. This was really an emergency as I couldn’t open the fuel fill door and wasn’t able to put gas in my car. An employee named Trevor went above and beyond with his customer service. His kindness was greatly appreciated and restored my faith in the goodness of people. Kudos Trevor!

Thanks to OSCAR I will never be back! He’s very rude, sarcastic and condescending! I asked for help with a price because my item said one price on the shelf but it rang up a different price. I would have paid it with no problem but when I asked about it he gave me a very RUDE response and when I asked his name he said and I quote “my name is Oscar, what are you going to do? Call corporate? They won’t do anything about it or say anything to me so go ahead” DISGUSTING!

Alice is a great manager, very friendly, knowledgeable and goes out of her way to assist customers. Definitely recommend this place in Nanuet.

I was so satisfied! I was very nervous because my check engine light was on and these two guys that works here danny and Trevor helped me out and calmed me down and made me feel like everything was ok and they helped me out and I brought what I needed and they helped me so I’m so grateful for them I give them a 10/10 for sure and I will definitely be back!

Went in there since my brake light was on and I wanted assistance to see if my brake fluid was low. The employee working told me the fluid level won’t cause the brake light to go on and offered no help looking at the fluid level. I took my car to a mechanic the next day and the light, was in fact, caused by low brake fluid since I had a leak. I would have appreciated if they at least tried to check the level. Instead, they dismissed my concern and offered no help

Not exaggerating, this as a matter of fact my, Da lay out of AutoZone stores make it very easy to locate items, without even asking da Techs on duty.

Shout out to my boi Kelvin F.who skilfully and professionally sold and installed a new battery into my RAV4. He was patient when my car's old hardware acted up and fixed everything without breaking a sweat. All the while providing excellent conversation with a happy disposition. Management, if you're listening; you'd be smart to treat this gentleman with respect and realize that you have a gem of an employee and do what you must to earn his loyalty!

Went to get my battery changed. The person who helped me was super nice and thorough whoever he sold me a used beat up battery as a new one. My car completely died, I had to get a jump and then died again and had it towed. Took the battery to a different autozone where you could see acid already on the battery and legitimate holes and gashes in the battery. How dangerous! Luckily I didn’t have my baby in the car!

I come here when I need a new headlight bulb and I know exactly which one I need. I went to pay and the cashier seemed nice but started adding extra things to my total like grease which was a nice gesture but when I told him I didnt need it he put his hand up to me basically saying let him continue. I told him I didnt need it and he added two "complete fuel treatment bottles" and I told him no again this time annoyed and he then tried to add paper towels. I then again with a kind voice said "sir I really dont need any of these, I have some of this in my car. I just wnat the bulb" he gave me an attitude took everything off and ripped the part of the bottom of the recipet with his name and survey questions and threw it out. I know how my car works and I've fixed it myself. He assumed I didnt know even after I told him no. I assumed it was just a kind gesture with the grease but he didnt even ask, he almost had me pay double of the amount I came in the get. I have to say, it's a first I've experienced it here. I have friends who work there and they're pretty nice, if I see him again I will be asking his name.

Generally, my experience with this location is 5's but twice in one month I left disappointed, don't know if it's the new crew, who seems to need more training or what. But I left and went to the Auto Zone in spring valley where I got all the parts help and information I need.

Horrible service, i literally Will never come to this location i left To go to a further store. The gentleman whose name was Estoy it Im correct had no enthusiasm was very disrespectful and kept drinking his drink while making slurping noises. He told me he thinks he had a battery and i had To ask him to check if they had it. Disgusting. I didnt Care that i had To go to advance auto parts to pay more because the service there was better.

Horrible service they discriminate me because am Hispanic, asking many question about my account from commercial like if a were stealing from them, I hope this go to another intuition and regulates discrimination, it was the manager itself how treat me like garbage

Got disrespected. Person behind the counter accused me of cutting the line. I was clearly instructed by an employee if I am paying by card come to this counter. A customer walked out angry because he wasn’t called. Later another employee walks up to the counter and tells me I cannot cut the line (I didn’t, your guy instructed me to). Employees here are untrained and unprofessional. Never ever going here again.

Negative stars if was possible. Employee broke my wiper blade, then instead of offering to fix it, immediately got aggressive and threatening me in front of other customers. Sad way to do business.

Joseph was fantastic. He helped me throughout the buying of the lightbulbs for my car and even came out on a rainy day to install them for me. It is impressive to see such amazing service for even small purchases you buy at AutoZone.

I needed a battery for my van and Joseph helped me. He was patient, knowledgeable, and kind. He tested my old battery and installed the new one. He made a stressful experience an easy one. When I go back to the store, I will definitely ask for him to help me.

Why is it that every time I go in the day time its more people working sounds like a Latin club and i get horrible service but when i go at night after 6 i get the best service and there's only two people working

I had a great experience with your technician, Joseph P. He was knowledgeable and was able to determine that my problem was a battery. He ruled out an alternator issue by removing the positive terminal from the battery after the car was running. He is a credit to AutoZone and I will be back because of him! BTW, he was juggling other customers at the same time! Fantastic employee!

This is a good store and the staff is really good. The issue is that depending on the day and time, there sometimes aren't enough workers to help if you are looking for something specific. I have found that week days are better than nights.

I bought a tail light bulb for my 2013 hyundai elantra.i had the slaesperson look up the bulb. He sold me the wrong bulb. This was very frustrating
