Read this post well. This is the worst autozone there is.they don't have enough people to serve people.the wait is bad and up to 30 minutes for them to serve you.the customer service is the worst of all.and it is It's a lie that they don't charge batteries, making people buy.many times the batteries are good and they don't charge them there, be careful.

This place is so nasty and not organized the store manager never does anything always over working his employees and they have people stealing and wanna blame it on other people who don’t steal and fire them this store needs to shut down or get a new manager all the other workers are great Helen levin all of them even samantha and they let her go they can’t even control the parking for customers in the back

The store at 9501 Northern Blvd was disappointing on the customer service level walked in at 10 PM. They close at 11 PM total of 3 employees I needed a 10m back up, fuse for my Honda hybrid… I didn’t want to drive without a spare else I would’ve walked out. One guy pointed me to where I had to sift thru and help my self …no big deal but then I go to the register to cash out there’s nobody available. I waited 10 minutes which seemed like forever. I started calling the store number nobody picks up the phone the one guy that’s sweeping the floor. I asked him how can I get some help he has no clue. Normally auto zones are busy there’s two people in this entire store and I’m the only one at the register…. Autozone if there’s three employees in the store and two customers it’s time to get some robots or kiosk or retraining … I felt like I was being pranked … and I was an intrusion to the operation…

Ssociate has no sales experience. This kid is probably 18 or so, with tattoos up to neck and braided all over his head, make him think he’s some kind of gangster! He made mistake on my order. I bought almost $500 part and not even thanked. I was going to buy more, but no body there would help me or other customers. It’s like we are the one in problems and it’s our fault that we are going there. Really bad customer service. So I went to 77 and 31 st Ave one which is totally opposite of this branch. My advice do not go there and feel uncomfortable.

Terrible customer service. Came in the store with a dead battery past 10pm tonight. The lady said in order to do the warranty they had to test the battery. I said okay no problem. This was the first time I was using my warranty on this battery. My car was on the side of the hwy.the boy working there told me the battery was dead and it was way below 12v but he needed to put the batter to charge in order to process the warranty. Which didn’t make sense. So you I had to wait an hour for it to charge. I told them it was a emergency and I needed my new battery I couldn’t wait because my car died on the hwy and I was an hour away from my home. I ended up buying a new battery bc I didn’t have a choice.what’s the point on the warranty. I wasn’t there tonight because I needed help and all I got was more headaches from Autozone.

We like shopping at Autozone. Prices are fair and parking is usually free and available to customers.

Bad sales tactic.
Bad customer service.
I came to buy a new battery for my car. The sales person tried to sale me an anti corrosion washer as part of the warranty. He said if I don't buy the washer, the 3 years warranty for the new battery won't apply. I didn't budge. And he said it's just 3 dollars. He was trying to make us feel cheap. He was very sneaky too. He was talking really fast and was already about to scan before we stopped him and told him we didn't need it and that we know it wouldn't void the warranty.

I don't actually own a car yet, but if I did, I'd go here. In almost every Autozone there's a resident middle age dad named Todd who's entire personality is being a helpful, stand up dude.

Bryan is a superstar. Battery died and even though it was late, he offered to change it. It's fabulous team members like him that make the store what it is - an overall great place to come to!

The line was short, but very slow. It seems there are many DIY folks out there who don't know how to use YouTube and waste everyone's time asking questions.
I guess they thinking sales clerks are moonlighting mechanics.

I was able to get everything I need in no time. They had a line, but they had all register occupied to reduce the queue before they can attend to any car outside. Also, the floor guys that are stacking products, are so sharply dressed and neat. Great service.

I gave them 4 stars only for the fact of their location, this area of Queens is always crowded, other than that this AutoZone is great, they are open until 11PM

Purposely stopped here to buy and replace the light bulbs for my car. However, i needed pliers to get the job done. Went in to ask if the store loaned out pliers, they directed me to the aisle to get it. When i went back to the cashier to check again, they told me i had to buy it. As i went back to put the pliers back the short lady said to her coworkers "we don't loan, we sell". Total discrimination and unacceptable obnoxious customer service.

Great Auto Zone location! Staff is very helpful even though they are a super busy location!
Smaller location, so inventory is not quite what larger suburban locations have of course.
There is a parking lot in the back and street parking in the front!

My wife and I came here to buy new light bulbs for our car. We couldn’t find the ones we needed so we decided to ask the employees behind the counter for help (there wasn’t anybody between the shelves). One of them tried to look up what light bulbs we need online, but he couldn’t find them, so he sent us to his manager. The manager told us to hold on because he’s busy. After waiting several minutes I asked the manager if he could please help us – it was morning, we were short on time and my wife had to head to work. The manager asked one of his employees to help us and the employee simply ignored him saying he’s busy. Then the manager asked another guy who was watching the entire situation take place while standing around and eating chips, to help us. The employee agreed to help but he couldn’t find the right lights online either. Finally, the manager went to the lightbulb section and helped us pick out the lightbulbs. In the end they turned out to be wrong and we had to return them, but that’s okay. The manager did the right thing: he showed us the best possible option. Meanwhile the employees could really use some customer service training. They’re at work for a reason, not to just stand around having snacks and do whatever they want.

There wasn't a lot of customers on this day, so my wait in the cashier's line wasn't that long. And the items that I wanted to buy was right upfront by the cashiers, so I had a great visit to my favorite AutoZone store.

Always have what your meed and good customer service. Only bad thing is sometimes the lines are way too long, but hey that juat shows their level of service.

The staff is very friendly and treat you like family. They swapped my car battery for me quickly since it went bad. Very good customer service.
