I came into my local autozone store in Baldwin, New York. And I had a great time. The cashier recommended I purchase 2 of the window washer fluids as they were on sale and I also got a veterans discount. Which I did not expect. This is a great community store in my town that I have never shopped at but I will be making it a habit to stop by for all my car care and truck needs.
One of the worst ones to go to. If you see this save your trip and head to Freeport. The attitude here is disgusting. They try and make you feel bad when they rush things and you want to add or use your credits toward something better. Screw this place. I typically give them a shot because they are closer. Bald dude can blow a fat one

Customer service skills need improvement here. I am not sure if the employee who interacted with me was having a bad day or what. If it were any another day, I would’ve left and gone elsewhere to make my purchase.
Every time I come to get a part is not in stock even when it says online that it’s available. Usually the counter is more helpful, but not today. I ended getting it as a pick up.
Came here with my mind on 1 thing, just getting a new battery. Explained to these people all the things I’ve heard that’s been wrong and they got me set with everything that I needed, for just an additional $40. Customer service is everything with my industry, come to these people here.

I drive a Jeep Cherokee 2016 limited and I urgently need a bulb replacement on the left side. Yeah! For those that know the difficulty in replacing those would know what I’m talking about. Came into the store and met Mr Gregory. Right away he knew I was a bit worried but assisted greatly with educating me on what and why the right bulb to get. He gave me a break on the purchase having notice the task at hand and also I’m an active customer. He offered me a touch light because my cellphone cannot do Justice to the task at hand. He was hands on right away and assisted in ensuring that we were able to get the bulb Into the difficulty terrain of the path to victory. Achieve great success over here ant this store today. Greg was amazing! I had gone to a different auto parts store and was left with windshield wipers and a wish. When I couldn't get the wipers off, I decided to try my local auto zone. Not only was Greg able to get all 3 wipers off but he was able to show me how to do it safely and efficiently walking me through every step of the way. Thank You Greg

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your Baldwin location. Your website states that you check engine lights, but when I brought my car in for this service, the employee told me that I had to do it myself. This is unacceptable, as I specifically chose to come to your store for this service.
I am disappointed that I was not informed of this policy beforehand and that I was not offered any other assistance. I hope to see improved communication and customer service at this location in the future.
Bibi was the best. Ramel installed my my battery at a desperate time. I was greatly appreciated for the both of them. I need to give them my first born. Never spend so much money at one place at one time.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, the system had the wrong wiper blade for my car, i found this out because i ask if the can install the one i bought, i was able to get the correct blades, because of they assist me by installing it.thanks again.

Horrible customer service. I purchased a part online for pick up. There were three employees and no customers besides me at the time. They completely ignored me for 10 minutes. Until I said if anyone would help, they answered "we are doing some other stuff boss". I replied: there are three employees here and no one can help a customer in the store? They gave me attitude when handed over the part like they were doing me a favor. Completely unprofessional behavior.

Great experience. Needed some help with wiper blades and the gentleman working helped me find the right size even came outside to help put them on as he saw I was struggling. Best visit to autozone yet!
Don't go here. I am so disappointed the way staff treat customer here. When in to purchase a battery @ 8.30 the supervisor was very poor is his service. Auto needs to send mystery shoppers and see the results.
Staff vey helpful and courteous. The Staff who serviced ne at last helped me discover some rewards I have accumulated and applied them to my order. Moreover, when searching for some online discount I ahd earned and couldn't find it, the clerk did one better by offering the same and a better discount. Great Job!
The cute sales lady found me a better car battery than online for the same price. Installed it myself with their tools. In and out in 30 minutes. I'm impressed!
I got great service at AutoZone in baldwin. Gregory came out tested my battery replaced it for me and even checked that the new one was in good condition. I'll be sure to return.
I shopped here only 2 times. Both experiences weren’t so good. Idk if it was consequences or they do it for fun. And the manager’s attitude wasn’t what I expected at the end. Don’t know if it’ll keep happening.
While being a basic chain auto store, Baldwin's AutoZone service staff has always been extremely helpful. Take this past week: went for a simple muffler assembly screws, they weren't where the computer said they were. The worker / manager went throughout the back to find the package, instead of shrugging his shoulders and giving up. They've always treated this casual customer like this.
I found the best auto part store on Long Island — period. Derrick helped me out fast and gave me the best deal in the parts I needed. Amazing customer service.
