Had a wonderful experience with Auto Outlets USA of Canandaigua. I dealt with Lauren, who was recommended to me by my sister, who also bought a car at this dealership, and she was able to work with me in a very difficult situation. In the end, we were able to work together to get a great deal. I would 100000% recommend Lauren and Auto Outlets as a whole to anyone who needs a car. Lauren worked extremely hard to get me into a vehicle that worked for my budget and lifestyle, and I could really tell she cared about making the car buying experience work for me. I will be going back in the future whenever I need a new car!

Bought a car that I really like, a Tesla! Ironically, am the worst at technology and gadgets, but I love 'em! So, I was really lucky to have Dave, at Auto Outlets of Canandaigua, to work with on my new/used Tesla. Dave was super knowledgable on all the different aspects of this totally electric car! From the "farting noise" the car can make to adjusting all the components that this car is capable of doing. Dave was very easy to work with, has a very calm demeanor, answered all my crazy questions and is not a pushy salesperson! (As an older female) I actually had a nice experience buying my car from him. I would buy another can from him again, 'cause you know you tend to buy from people you like! Plus, he delivered the car right to my doorstep in Syracuse, NY!

Dave was great to deal with. Very upfront about condition of the vehicle. Nissan Pathfinder we purchased had some minor body damage that they fixed before they delivered it to us. Also it was delivered with a top notch wash and detail. Dave kept in touch from start to finish.
Would definitely recommend if your in the market for a nice used car.

Great sales staff. Very patient and accommodating. Only complaint I have is that the hitch cover on bumper was missing and we never got an answer on whether or not we were going to get one.
Otherwise we had a great experience!

Highly recommend following through with the cash offer, mind you I only want to sell and not buy a car, and not once did they even try. Exceptional service. Didn't notice no spare till we had vehicle home. Our salesman Herb stopped by to drop off our old plates. Mentioned it to Herb, expecting to eat it, but they ordered the inflation kit for us. Cant say enough good about them.

If you are in the market for a car, this is your place. I will never go anywhere else to buy a car, and to be honest I HATE the car buying process. They were so patient and friendly with us. At no point did we feel pressured or like we were bring taken advantage of. Lauren was so friendly and made the process incredibly easy and relaxed.

I purchase a car last year from them and today my wife left the car on and the battery went dead.not a big deal but the key fob would not work so I used the key that came with the car.come to find out it is the wrong key.when I bought the car I called them because they only gave me one key and I asked for the other one and they did not have it. I wanted to return the car under the 5 day return because and they would not let me.so beware of the 5 day return it is a lie. I called a locksmith and new key is $500.life lesson learned
