My right passenger tire is pancake flat, and the suspension warning went off on my SQ5. I called the dealership to let them know that my car was going to be towed to them (through Audi roadside assist) and was condescendingly told by a service representative that even if it's towed, they won't so much as look at it until Wednesday of next week at the earliest because they're JUST SO BUSY and people book their appointments at least 2 weeks out. The service representative literally said to me that "it makes no difference to us" that it would be towed through Audi as an emergency, and that the service advisor wouldn't even call me until Wednesday of next week to discuss (but maybe he could call me on Tuesday). When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told that the manager is out until Monday because he is sick. This isn't booking an appointment; this is an emergency tow arranged by Audi roadside for a relatively simple issue, and they are the only Audi dealership in the area.

Meanwhile, my husband had an issue with his S4 last week, (which would not be covered by any warranty), and they squeezed him in next day for a 3-day repair- no issues- because after all, his car would be undriveable in its condition. I asked the representative about that discrepancy, and he told me that he couldn't comment.

So, it seems that when a man calls for a repair, they can make the appointment as quickly as possible and squeeze him in, but when a woman informs them that the car is being towed to them by Audi roadside assist, they simply can't be bothered to so much as look at the vehicle for a week because I didn't make the "appointment" 2 weeks in advance. My husband is now driving 6 hours back from his work trip to fix the car. I can't even believe I'm writing this in 2023, but it feels very much like if my husband called initially, somehow, they would have found the time.

I insisted that the service advisor call me today instead of Wednesday (but maybe Tuesday). An advisor named Paul did call me and apologized for the other man's behavior on the phone, which I did appreciate. However, the entire experience was just gross.

Dan at Audi of Rochester was professional, informative, and friendly. He didn’t hard sell or get pushy at all which I appreciated.

Dan Brendan was wonderful to work with in purchasing a new Audi. He was extremely knowledgeable and took time to thoroughly explain the features of the car. I highly recommend him as well as everyone that I dealt with there.

Awesome experience at Audi Rochester. Elly was great to work with and had everything all set up for me when I got there. Jabin and Nic also made everything super easy and quick. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new/used vehicle!

We had an impeccable experience in buying our new car at Audi Rochester. David Mcaloose went above and beyond to help us with the documentation and deliver the car within 3 days. David was professional yet very helpful in every steps. Post delivery of the car, he took extra ownership to explain every function of the car with minute details. David and Audi Rochester is highly recommended.

Zach was phenomenal! Brought my 2021 S4 in due to a “coolant temperature too high” error on my dash. This was the 2nd time it had popped up, previous time was about 2 weeks prior so I had brought it to Audi Ithaca. Audi Ithaca had told me there was just an air bubble and sent me on my way. Less than 2 weeks later got the same error on my dash, found out it was leaking coolant. Immediately had it towed to Rochester, once it got there Zach and his team immediately got to work on it. Found out my vehicle had a broken thermostat and much more. Zach and his team replaced everything coolant related in my vehicle after finding all the damage that had been caused because the previous dealer didn’t do anything for me. The issue was found immediately, Zach and his team worked diligently to fix any issues with my vehicle and did a fantastic job! I would highly recommend Audi Rochester to anyone who needs any work done on their vehicle!

The BEST car buying experience. Allison was our ideal salesperson; extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and addressed all the things that we were looking for in a new vehicle. Never any pressure, gentle and very personable. Drives like a dream, We are sooo happy with this car! Jackson was amazing! Explained all the financial information and helped us in making warranty and maintenance decisions (these always seem to be the toughest part of purchasing a new vehicle!) Thanks so much!

I travel all over the State, so to buy a vehicle from another Acura dealership would be easy, but it wouldn't be easy to find the sales personnel or service department that Acura of Rochester has! Christopher Wood, my sales person, is the ONLY person I'll buy from! I trust him to always be honest and give me the best deal. This is probably my 5th vehicle from this dealership.

I just leased a 2023 Q7 at Audi Rochester - I expected the experience to be daunting and tedious, but Christian was so knowledgeable and well prepared - he took care of every aspect of my trade and new lease. I was super short on time, and he accommodated my need go get the new car immediately - the entire process was completed in one day - I was so grateful. In fact, every person I interacted with was capable and personable - all smiles! It’s obvious that the Audi team emphasizes excellence and customer service, and I sincerely recommend Christian to anyone considering an Audi purchase or lease.

Literally impossible to get in touch with the service department. You'd better pray nothing is wrong with your vehicle because your SOL. My new vehicle has had persisting issues. I'm lucky to get a call back after 3 weeks of leaving voicemails.

We just picked up our 2023 Audi S5 Sportback Prestige from Audi Rochester. We special ordered our car in January. Our Audi Brand Specialist, Elly Snyder, explained/helped with the special order process and provided an estimated delivery date of June. She kept me informed throughout the process, letting me know when our build was confirmed, when the car arrived at the port and finally when it would be delivered. She was spot on every time. Car delivered on schedule, equipped as ordered - what a great car buying experience! Thank you Elly!
