This place has the worst customer service. The general manager is very unprofessional, he speaks with a sarcastic tone and he thinks he speaking to someone who is simple minded. And believe me, I am not. The owner should consider re-evaluating his staff and making changes starting from the top.

Nestor and the entire team were outstanding!

They gave what we felt was a fair price for the car we qanted and did everything they said they would do. Also they are just really nice people and we enjoyed doing business with Nestor and the entire team.

The service department is basically a scam operation, I brought in a car that I bought there, all the safety system warning came on at the same time one morning, the service department said I had a mismatched tire and needed to buy an entire set of tires. The head light warning light was caused by the tire that was their conclusion. DO NOT BUY HERE! Th response is ridiculous, yes the tire is cause the headlight warning, they actually put that in writing! AGAIN WARNING DO NOT BUY HERE!

Just called the Service department to schedule a NYS inspection and they said the earliest appointment would be 2 weeks from now. Have been a loyal Audi customer for over 10 years now and don't understand why they could not schedule me for an inspection much sooner. Unacceptable!

I wish they had a zero stars option. Came to look at cars and when I went to leave the parking lot at 5: 50pm (they close at 6pm), they had locked all of the gates to get out and all the workers were gone. I got trapped in the parking lot with nowhere to get out. You would think the workers would check to make sure customers aren’t still in their car before locking up. I had to call a friend to pick me up and had to leave my car there overnight until they open at 11 am the next day. Not to mention this is my only car, I’m 8 months pregnant and so this is a MAJOR inconvenience. I’m extremely upset. There was no phone number to call. Was planning on buying an Audi this month but definitely reconsidering because of the TERRIBLE experience I am having.

Yanni was great, she went to great lengths to help me with this deal. Bill Diliberti, sales manager, was also great. When I left after talking to him I felt as if he did the best deal he could. I was very happy with them, they never pressured me at all. The finance guy, Sully, explained everything to me, offering extended warranties and not pressuring me into buying one.

When you buy the car they promised loaner when you bring it for service. That is mostly true when you are bringing for scheduled maintenance where you pay a lot for service. But if your car breaks down and need service then good luck getting a loaner. They once kept my car for a month and a half to diagnose and get parts. We did get a loaner then so that’s the reason for two stars. We have bought 3 Audi’s from them and a fourth one from another dealer. We had major service on all with less then 30k miles. I rate these cars as very unreliable. Had two Lexus trucks in last 15 years and put on more miles then all four Audi’s with only oil changes.

For a time when sales are down, service is down & well everyone a bit dealing with life. They truly truly know how to make life more difficult. Never step foot in these doors, I'd prefer Legend Audi any day. Or honestly honestly. Just go to a proper mechanic, cause these fools are grade A not interested in obtaining your business.

As usual, the crew at Audi of Smithtown took wonderful care of us during the leasing process. Rose found us the right car as she has done for the past two decades. Maurice made sure that the numbers worked and Suli kept the transition super smooth. Each explained all of our questions in a timely and professional way which truly kept the process hassle free and pleasurable. With the help of Matt Trubia, my lease transition from my A4 to my A6 was flawless. Matt was quite knowledgeable and professional in explaining the options that were available. Once I decided to upgrade to the A6, Matt was extremely patient in showing and helping me to understand the new features. I am extremely happy with the service I received.

Usually Buying a car is not such a pleasurable experience, but at Audi Of Smithtown, things were different, we easily swung a deal, we had sense of value, the finance person was also a good experience.and we drove away happy, this is what buying a car should always be like! UNPROFESSIONAL! My son leased a 2021 A5 on 3/30/21. He left the dealership at 5: 30pm with his NEW 2021 A5, that evening. Less than 10 minutes of driving, on RT347, the lights on the dashboard lit up suggesting the car needs service due to an electrical issue, along with a burning smell coming into the car. (15 miles on the car) He called the dealership and they recommended he go back in the morning and get a loaner vehicle, instead of asking him to turn around so they can fix it. Later that evening my son went to McDonalds and as he was leaving the parking lot, the vehicle starting shaking and all the lights on the dashboard lit up and then the car became immobile. He called a tow truck Tuesday night and went to Audi Wednesday morning to get a loaner car. At first they refused a loaner vehicle (A5) because the salesman, Nestor, wrote down the incorrect purchase information less than 24 hours before, and then was threatened to be charged for the vehicle if he didn't return it by 5pm Wednesday.
He didn't hear from anybody until 10: 30AM Wednesday morning from Nestor. He did not have any answers for him about the repair of the car or what steps to take to rectify the situation. Later that day, around 12: 30, a manager called my son to basically tell him the same thing. NOTHING. My son never heard from them again. He decided to pass there at 7: 30PM, before they closed, hoping they would have some answers. STILL NOTHING.
Today, Thursday 4/1/21, as I am writing this review, Audi of Smithtown, Nestor, any managers or corporate still have not contacted my son with a resolution. I am very disappointed and upset about how Audi of Smithtown along with Audi Corporate, have been so unresponsive and unprofessional.
AUDI OF SMITHTOWN SHOULD NOT BE OPEN FOR BUSINESS WITH THE CURRENT STAFF.

When our situation presented us with the challenge of finding a car within 48 hours, Renee and the staff at Smithtown Audi were all very quick to assist us in getting it done. All involved worked swiftly to accommodate our trade-in/leasing needs. Renee, in particular, went above and beyond (even coming in on her day off) to make it all happen. We couldn’t be more appreciative of the professionalism and cooperation. Highly recommending this dealership.

We purchased our 2011Q7 from Smithtown Audi and have been having it serviced here for 10 years. The staff is efficient and knowledgeable and every effort is made to accommodate costumer schedules and requests. Appointments can be made by phone or online, and I never have a problem obtaining a loaner vehicle, so my commute and work day continue seamlessly. The level of care and attention to detail is what one expects from an acclaimed auto manufacturer like Audi. They do not disappoint. Every member of the service team maintains a professional demeanor, and it is this positive welcoming attitude combined with prompt, accurate and honest service that keeps us coming back.

Took delivery of my 2021 S4 in January, and Rose was a most helpful sales advisor. Sully was also great at taking care of all of the financial details. No surprises at all with the final paperwork, and final delivery of the vehicle was smooth. I had previously had experience with the service department at Smithtown prior to my purchase, and they were also very professional. Would definitely return there for future vehicles

We were going to purchase a car from the showroom floor so they said we would test drive the exact same car with the exact same features as the one in the showroom. We drove it, agreed on a price etc however when we were leaving my husband noticed the tires were different. This lead us to stop the process and make sure all features were the same bc we really liked the one we test drove. Needless to say they were not. Then I had called, emailed and texted not to move forward with the deal until we spoke again. I did not sign anything authorizing them to run my credit to do financing bc we hadn’t finalized the deal. They sent a text saying I did not sign the proper paperwork to go forward with financing. They ran my credit anyway! This is a hard inquiry on my credit report! When i asked for them to then make one phone call and have it removed (i did all the leg work and gave them the number eventhough the credit agency assured me it was standard for them and they knew how to do it) they REFUSED. Saying “a hard inquiry isnt a big deal and it was a violation of HIPPA for them to call” thats no nonsense what they said. A violation of HIPPA. Just to clarify HIPPA pertains to medical records. This place is a joke. I’d stay away.

My wife and I were looking all over New England for a Q3 that was just right for us. After shopping around and dealing with a few dealers from Vermont to New York, Reneé and Sully worked on an incredible deal for us: a clean, one-of-a-kind used Q3 with all the options and with under 10k miles on it. When we got down to Long Island to pick it up, we were only there for about 30 minutes before we were enjoying our ride home a vehicle that is perfect for our family.

An excellent experience with an excellent team buying an excellent vehicle! Thank you guys again!

Renee is the best car sales person I have ever dealt with when trying to buy a car. She was so kind and didn’t pressure me into anything. She made the experience fast and easy. I purchased a used car that she made sure was completely taken care of before I drove it off the lot. Also, Sully was the business manager I dealt with. He matched Renee’s kindness. He answered all my questions honestly, no matter what they were. He had all the patience in the world. Without Renee and Sully, there’s a chance I probably wouldn’t have bought the car I did. But with their help and advice, they made it possible and they deserve praise.
