Everyone was very helpful. I needed a car in a rush and they were able to help me find and finance a new car before my deadline. Will definitely come back for any future purchases.

Unreliable and lacking professionalism, employing a bait-and-switch tactic.

Upon calling, I received confirmation that the vehicle of my interest was available. I promptly scheduled an appointment and arrived within two hours, only to discover that the vehicle had been sold several days earlier.

Purchased 2022 Taos SE that turned out to be a nightmare, service department ignores the issue.
Left car there for 2 days once and it was never touched.
Head Gasket leak found after I brought it in 3 TIMES for a coolant leak and they stalled to repair.
Service Manager BASIM HANIF rude and nasty and basically threatened me 9/30/23 when I had to go to dealership on my day off because he dodged weeks of my phone calls. No calls from Management to apologize this dealership is HORRIBLE!

Excellent staff. Our salesman Billy is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time for 1st time Audi purchaser like myself. He spent an ample about of time explaining the components.

Mohegan Lake Audi was able to repair our recall and fix the service engine light free of charge. They researched and found that it was covered under the warranty saving us a lot of money. Our car is running beautifully.

If you’re consistently placing your clients on hold for 5 to 10 minutes on service calls, you show a clear disregard to people’s time and inability to properly staff your dealership. Not excusable for a brand considered to be luxury. You can’t just build great cars, you need to provide great service….

Terrible service. The staff can put up a show with their suits and dresses but the ACTUAL QUALITY OF WORK IS POOR. Most of the staff just walks around doing absolutely nothing, playing ping pong while customers are dissatisfied with the service they are recieving. If you try to speak to a manager you get sent to voicemail. It’s ridiculous. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Needs NEW STAFF/ MANAGEMENT.

Took the time to show me exactly how much pad I had left on my brakes and showed me the actual cost of the parts.
Also took the time to check and confirm the work someone else did for me was done correctly. And little things like covering the seat and steering wheel mean a lot, last place I went left greasy finger prints all over, with Audi you get your car back cleaner than when you dropped it off and you know you are getting what you paid for with quality work and materials.

Bought a 2021 A4 in september 2022. Fast forward to may 2023 and i’ve begun to have issues with slipping transmission, transmission overheating warnings and occasional loud thuds from the car going into gear at 23,000 miles. Brought car in for warranty repairs and was told “nothing is wrong pay $500 diagnostic fees. ”. Complained and got it reduced to $215 after taxes.
Fast forward to july 2023 and the AWD clutch has completely failed at 28,000 miles. Car is rendered immobile.

—*currently Another Audi dealer is repairing this.
Contacted audi mohegan again as they obviously overlooked this issue being there and was told there would be no refund by an angry advisor and service manager.

My advice is to steer clear of this place. There are a few much more professional audi dealers nearby that will treat you like a human and not act as if you’re making problems up.

I bought a brand new $60k Audi S4 from this dealer. I’d assume I’d get great treatment for when I’d wanna service my car, but that’s completely the opposite of what I experienced. I call and ask to bring my car in to get a issue checked out on the phone, I ask them kindly when I come have to have a loaner vehicle ready for me and they promise that to me. When I get to the dealer I’m denied a loaner because I’m 23 which, I’ve never had this issue with my BMW or previous VW as I was granted a loaner right away. The service advisor was very rude to me and wouldn’t let me explain on how I was promised a loaner and had no way of transportation back. Then he proceeded to start randomly looking at my car and tells me to recreate the noise on the spot, that felt very unprofessional. I do have a after market air intake installed and that was what crossed the line for me, the service advisor proceeded to basically scold me on why I shouldn’t have done that to my car, and making me feel insulted. I own the vehicle it’s not a lease so I can do whatever to the vehicle as I desire. The issue wasn’t even coming from that area and had I no idea what his issue was. This all could’ve been avoided if I was originally told on the phone a loaner vehicle wouldn’t be provided. I’ve never dealt with a service department that disrespectful to me, and took my business to Audi of Danbury.

I went to 5 other Audi dealerships looking for a new A-5 Cabriolet. A car in high demand this time of the year. Not one of them could locate one for me. Billy at Mohegan Lake Audi seemed to do the impossible. He was relentless in his search and did an excellent job communicating with me.
