I highly recommend Jake VanBuren and the team at Audi Albany. I was in the market for a new vehicle and in addition to Audi I explored Mercedes, BMW, Range Rover, and Volvo. Buying a car is one of my top ten things I Do NOT like to do and Jake made my decision much easier. He was very knowledgable and converted me from a Mercedes and BMW past owner to Audi with his professionalism and understanding of how my personal car needs could be met by the Audi Q7. I am so happy with my Audi Q7 and will continue to have my car serviced by the Albany team. What is the saying? Audi for Life? I think I may be!

It has been over three decades that I have dealt with this dealer and its predecessor, Langan. Kevin Langan and I became friends and I dearly miss him. Rik Woldring, the G. M.is wonderful and does a superior job.

I had my Audi A6 in for major repair due to running over manhole cover at 15 mph during construction on a road. John Whalen my service advisor was clear what repair would be keeping in touch w me during the process.
He worked state farm to get A6 fixed properly. Chris Licght the mechanic answered my questions about repair.
I picked up my car and to my delight car was perfect. What a relief!

I brought my car in to have a battery replaced. It took them a whole week to even realize they had it there. Then they charged me for a bunch of tests but refused to do the work to fix the issues that the tests revealed so I paid $1,300 and all I got out of it was a new battery.

Then the moment I shut my car off when I get home, the electronics all die and the car won't start again. I jump it but there is a host of new problems.

I called my service advisor a bunch of times and got no response. Then I filled something out on the website saying I wanted the manager to call me - I never heard from him.

So now I'm stuck bringing my car somewhere else to pay them to fix all the problems that I just paid Audi Albany to create.

Quick friendly service. Took care of everything that I asked them to. Will continue to service my Audi through them

We had a screw in our run flat tires while we were out of town. We called the dealership and they immediately got us in even though it was a Saturday afternoon on a holiday week. Super appreciative that we could get back safely on the road!

With all do respect, everyone was very nice at this dealership. However, my daughter had a bill to replace the brake pads and rotors on her little A3 that was $2000. My large truck cost a third of that a week ago. I realize that service writers work on commission but that was completely unethical. I am sick about it and any remaining work will not be done at this dealership

Inquired about a used vehicle online with Jon Martin. The experience was quite substandard given Audi’s stellar reputation. I very much enjoy my 2021 Q3 and was shopping for a car for my son. In this case Audi has simply done a poor job appointing sales employees to welcome customers to the dealership. Mr. Martin even refused to have the Sales Manager contact me upon my request.

This is the second car that we have purchased from Audi Albany. In a few words.it is the easiest, most straightforward, honest and customer oriented experience possible. We worked with Stephen Clark and he could not have been more helpful and accommodating. I give it 5 stars and highly rec both the dealership and Stephen!

I made an appointment 12/1 to replace the viser on the passage side of my A5. The reservationist give me a 9am appointment on 12/2 but when the email conformation came it was 9: 30am. I asked if the part was in stock. I was put on hold for a long time he said the part was in stock. This morning I arrived at Audi, check in and ask the Adviser if the part is in stock, yes. I waited 45 mins, then the adviser tells me the part is not in stock and come back tomorrow. I live 1.5 hr away. I got a sorry. I asked if I could have a loaner. Not available so they say. 10 mins before heard Alan Horsfall telling his team to move the loans to the other side. But no loaners for me. The adviser them said they could pick up my car. I have called two times not one answers and it goes to voice mail and so far no call back. WE have gotten 6 Audi's at this dealer.

During a business trip, I had a problem with an Avant's wiper blade. They sorted it my issues

I brought my car in for service, and Sean was professional and very helpful. I was very impressed with the level of support offered by this company.

Made an appointment for a simple NYS inspection. Typically takes about 10 min for my car. Appointment was made for 9am (two weeks ago). It’s almost noon and I’m still here. Don’t consider this place for inspection unless you’re willing to give them your whole day…I’m at the three hour mark and still going.

Great experience. I waited for my car to be serviced, and my only complaint was that it took longer than I was told to expect. But otherwise it was all great.

Poor and rude service for the second time in the row only to appraised the car. Mark David and a woman that didn’t introduce herself for the whole time are the worst. They didn’t only loose a sale yesterday, I won’t service my cars there anymore neither. Rude amateur.

Sean in service was extremely helpful in helping us get a tire replaced by working with our insurance company (wheel/tire policy) and providing prompt service.

Audi Albany’s Service is outstanding! The facility is spotless and staff extremely professional. My vehicle serviced completely to my satisfaction.

I was in for a few issues with my 2017 Q5, they diagnosed and took care of the issues with my front axle and windshield wiper motor quickly. I was pretty upset that they charged me TWO diagnostic fees because it was two different issues. Plus parts and labor which I expected these expenses. As the car came around the corner my license plate was bent forward like it was wrapped around something, my first instinct was what did someone hit, I was assured the car wash had snagged my license plate and bent it. I am not happy about the license plate and expensive diagnostic fees. Anisa was extremely professional, kept me in the loop with the progress all day.

Anisa at Audi Albany is awesome. She takes care of everything and makes getting service a breeze. She goes above and beyond for the customer and should be commended for her dedication.

My car was fixed and I was given input on what else could be maintained or replaced so I can prepare for that expense down the road shortly, instead of being shocked in a few months that I need something else replaced. I appreciated the offer to complete all work at this appt or just the essentials.
