I was stuck with a garbage car in a rut and came in Keith spoke to us and we were able to get our dream car for Christmas thanks to everyone involved here.

I purchased a vehicle 2 weeks ago from Auction Direct Victor, NY. I have driven it less than 200 miles. It starts when it wants to. I called to have Auction Direct uphold their "warranty". What a joke! I had to have it towed FROM MY DRIVEWAY to a body shop, that Auction Direct told me to have it towed to. I paid for the towing AND the diagnostic AND the repair.
After all of that - I went 19 miles to the grocery store and was left stranded!
Auction Direct said they would reimburse me - now I can't get them to respond.
I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!

Update:
Auction Direct has reimbursed me for the towing, diagnostic, and repair. They also had my vehicle towed to their facility and had the repairs done at no expense to me. They also put new brakes on and offered to get me a loaner vehicle if the repair would take more than a day.
After the repair was completed, they delivered my vehicle to me (this saved me from having to take time off from work).

Third car I have bought from Auction Direct! Process was seamless and easy. Frank was very easy to work with and very knowledgeable!

I bought a pre owned Volkswagen Jetta TDI for close to 15,000$ from this Auction Direct in Victor, the vehicle gave me constant problems and I didn't even own it for a year, but I had already put over 5,000$ into the car for replacement parts to keep it running, then I bring the car back in almost mint shape like I found it on the lot and they were only able to give me 6,000$ for trade in, then they took the same Volkswagen after I traded it and put it back on their site for 12,000$, these people run an elaborate scam and will only do the bare minimum to help customers, I'm sincerely disappointed by the practices at this business and I will be spreading the word to stay away.

After a long and stressful journey of finding the right car for me we finally came across Auction Direct here in Victor. Jared did such an amazing job taking care of us throughout this whole process. Jerod Cassidy met us at the door and put us into a model with far more features than we'd thought we could afford - all within the price range we were comfortable with. The firm's finance expert got us a great rate, Jerod spoke with my insurance agent, and we're about to drive my husband's dream car out the door. I had a great buying experience at Auction Direct USA. Found the car I wanted and Jerod was great.

I went to a lot of dealers and they all were trying to get me to buy a car too expensive. Then came to Auction Direct and James found me a car I love at a payment that I wanted.

Alex is the worst. He’s horrible at his job and sold me a car that won’t pass inspection. The muffler started hanging off of it the day after I bought it. I looked at it and it’s held on by a single piece of chicken wire. The car also overheated on the second day I got it after 5 minutes of driving it. They lie and say they do a 125 point inspection. Clearly no one even glanced at the car. Now I have to wait a month to drive it. I’m waiting at the rental company now because they’re taking the loaner given to me as it was only rented until the 20th of November. Even though they made the appointment to get my original car fixed on the 7th of December. Alex has lied to me and been completely unhelpful and uncommunicative throughout the entire process. I’m seriously considering legal action.

Great experience at Auction Direct today! The salesman, Ignus was friendly, helpful, and let me look at the cars without being pushy. The trade in and finance aspect was quick and easy! They even price matched my trade in value and interest rate.

When I came to auction direct Nygel was very professional, personable and well spoken! He is a great salesman give him a raise!

No pressure from salesman (James) who was very helpful identifying possible vehicles. He spent hours with us, took us on test drives, helped us think through the pros and cons. Never felt rushed to make a decision.

Best experience I have ever had at a used car lot. Kyler was definately not your typical used car salesman. I had already had an idea of what I wanted to buy. He did not try to upsell me in any way. Kyler was very professional. The next day I went in to complete the paperwork. Kyler explained all the forms I needed to sign before I signed them. I felt very comfortable and know Kyler had my best interest in mind. I would definitely recommend Kyler if you are looking for a good used car. I at no time felt like I was being pressured. Kyler was more like a person who wanted to help you get the vehicle you wanted than a typical used car salesman.

We worked with Todd and our experience was excellent! Our schedules are odd and he went above and beyond to meet us for test drives and getting the quote. He helped us buy the car we wanted that was in our budget! Thank you very much!

So i was So upset after going to a few dealerships and no one could seem to get me approved, i came In one day to auction direct and the next day i was Leaving with my new car I’m such a happy customer they helped me so much and tried to figure out things that would make me happy and comfortable they are all great down to my sales person Kyle! Bought a car here 12 years ago (which I still own!), and it was a very positive experience. They are 2 for 2 with my new purchase a couple of weeks back. I recently bought an Infiniti from here and the entire buying experience was great! Looking at the vehicle/test driving and the buying procedure all went smoothly and the car was in great condition. Alex did a great job throughout the process and made the purchase very easy.

Cannot say enough good things about this place. I can attest first hand to the lack of exorbitant mark up on vehicles here. When they say they have the best price, they do. Not your every day run of the mill used car dealer. These guys take great pride in the product and service they provide. Worked here for a couple months (no longer do, so this isn’t a “yay me” review) and I can honestly say some of the best people I’ve worked with in any job. I’ve seen sales people go to any length to ensure that a customer is satisfied with not only the car, but the service as well. Picking people up at airports, driving them home etc. Allan ensures that all his employees understand that customer service is what sets places apart, and sells cars, not just the large selection, not just the expedited service department, not just the catchy slogans and posters on the walls. Truly a one of a kind place, that I would recommend not only shopping at, but applying.

Great place! Comfortable open atmosphere with a wide inventory to browse through! Dan Moraldo hooked me up with an amazingly affordable Jeep Grand Cherokee and guided me through the purchasing process flawlessly without a hitch! Awesome guy and the experience was definitely 5/5!

Ignis was a phenomenal guide through the entire experience. We test drove several cars on the lot before coming to a decision on a 2015 Honda Fit for a great price. The service department made the rust spot disappear and they sent me home with new tires and brakes. I am very happy with the thorough treatment from start to finish without the sales pressure. I never felt rushed and we spent most of a 90 degree day scouring vehicles. Very professional operation all around. I am a happy customer!
