Returning customer to Armory Garage. The sales process was great and painless. So two months after I bought my car it had issues. I call make an appointment that was 12 days out. I get a text message the day before appointment they have to cancel it. Please call and reschedule it please. I am sorry you should have called me and rescheduled right away do not use AI. So needless to say I am done with Armory Garage they have no clue about customer service or hospitality to customers.

Been going here for around 15 years. I have had almost zero complaints about the service department and the Sales Department. Caroline is is our salesperson and Paul is the best Service person on staff.

I would like to start by saying - Our sales guy Jerome was great. However after we went to the finance lady around 1: 00 she said she wanted to work the numbers as she thought she could get a better payment and asked if we could give her an hour, I said sure I would take my mom for lunch and be right back. When we got back we waited until almost 5: 30 before she could get us back in her office. Finally signed all the paperwork and contract on the lease she comes back and says they can't honor what we agreed on or signed. Then another guy came out and was very rude and persistent that the deal had to change. Mind you the plates from the vehicle we were trading had already been turned in, new plates were on the Jeep, insurance had been canceled and new policy in place on the Jeep. We got to the dealership around noon and never left until 8: 45 that night. For something I thought was going to be quick and easy took most of my day and was very emotional for my Mom as we traded in a Yukon Denali that my Dad had got her one year ago and had recently just passed away unexpectedly and then to be jerked around for a few hours over a mistake they made.
At this point we did not get to go over everything in the car, asked about winter floor mats still have no idea about those.
So would I buy a car from Armory again no but I would buy from Jerome again if he was to ever leave there.

Called SERVICE 3 times yesterday leaving messages. Needed an inspection. I drove there today and had to make the appointment in person. Usual excuse, ‘understaffed’.

Olivia and all the staff at Armory provided excellent service in every way possible. This is my third vehicle I bought there because they are very professional, accommodating, informative, friendly, and fair. I have had interactions with staff in all the departments over the last 10+years and have always been treated with respected and assistance with whatever need or questions I had. Marlon has always been a pleasure to talk with when I bring in a vehicle for service or need other assistance as are all the service staff. Armory should be proud of their staff and the service they provide. From the "money man" to the mechanic and Mark who has driven me home several times, I can and do highly recommend them.

Brought my car in for an inspection, got it back with grinding breaks.but it passed inspection? Went back the next morning and the service manager argued with me as if I was making it up. Paul said I was trying to get a new car out of the deal.well he was right, I bought a car from a competitor a week later! Won't be back here again!

Picked up my vehicle this past Monday from Armory and quite frankly had a positive experience. I was referred to senior sales rep Jerome Rucker who came highly recommended. Mr. Rucker was both insightful and knowledgeable of all the vehicles i inquired about and went way and beyond to gather the information I requested, test drive the vehicles and set me up financially to close out my purchase. This is my 3rd Jeep and 2nd dealership. I'm extremely disappointed with the quality of my Grand Cherokee. The vehicle is is six years old and I have had to replace the transmission, ignition, and have had numerous electrical problems.

With that said, the service at Armory Garage has been nothing but aces! The service department is incredibly helpful, polite, thorough, and accommodating. Marlon is the service department is first class! Marlon is an asset to that buisness and I hope they realize that.

Dave in the service department was the best! He understood, and fixed all of our issues! He made the experience stress free and kept us up to date every step of the way. When I need something done on my Town and Country. I go right to the source. The service technicians are the best. I call in, and they absolutely put forth their best efforts to get the job done. This week, my “check engine” light came on. Called in, and the technician, Marlon, told me that the shop was booked… and it would be difficult to get done… but to bring it in anyway. Marlon checked the car, ran the codes, and asked if I could leave it for the day… told him I could… and a few hours later, I was back on the road, my Town and Country ready for any weekend plans…

I arrived an hour before closing on a very busy Tuesday night. Was greeted and they let me know the next available sales rep would help me. I went outside and started looking over the car i went there to look at and was greeted in the lot by Dave. I was quickly put on a test drive. When i arrived back from my test drive we went straight to business.i told them what i wanted (realistically) and they made it happen! I went in knowing exactly what car i wanted and how much i wanted to pay.i did my research to make everyone's lives easier, i went in the next day and within 45 minutes i was driving away with my new car! Everyone there is very nice and doing everything they can to help all of the customers that they had. The building is immaculate! Thank you Dave for the quick and easy experience!

Very positive experience. I had brief online contact with Patricia and worked with Peter at the dealership. Very low inventory.couldn’t walk the lot and point to a vehicle for me.not what I’m used to. As a result i was skeptical of the buying process. Anyhow Peter looked thru the ‘in transit’ inventory found what i wanted. Grand Cherokee slate blue exterior. He said it would be here in 2 weeks and it came couple days sooner. I picked it up … very smooth all around.

Paul in service was very nice. But I think they charge way too much for their service and they tried to get me to pay for something I didnt need. I was told my car wouldn't start. It needed a starter. Had car towed to my son in law to change starter. Tow truck driver asked him why it needed to be towed. He said "Because it wont start". Tow truck driver said he drove it up onto flatbed and off. Son in law started it multiple times no problems. He checked the starter and no problems there. I called paul about them being wrong about starter. He insisted there is a glitch in starter and that it will give me problems in the future. I paid $168 to have car towed when I could have drove it to son in law. I live in Tennessee and I'm a woman. I'm sure they thought they could get some extra money out of me for the repairs. I actually do a lot of my own repairs. Fortunately I couldn't this time. I'm also originally from NY so no wool over these eyes. I'd like to get back the $168 for tow but I dont see it happening. Will never do business with them again.

We were promptly greeted by the Sales Mgr. Lisa and sales rep. Sal upon arrival. I had contacted Armory the previous day and expressed my interest in a Ram 1500. Minutes after arrival they had the vehicle pulled up front and ready for our test drive. A brief discussion was all that was necessary to agree on a price to move the transaction forward.
The financial Mgr.was truly helpful in the search to match our requests for a payment schedule. He also tailored an extended warranty coverage program to fit our needs based on our driving history.
We were shown the entire new facility and it’s up to date service dept with drive in, drop off operations.
We spent no more than 3 hours total at the facility including the sale, the finance, new plates, insurance transfer and entire delivery checklist before driving the vehicle home. Very Impressive.

Had an appointment for 1: 30 and got there at 1: 15 to check in. I needed NY inspection, oil change and tire rotation. 3 hours later I was still waiting! Checked with service agent to see what the hold up was. There was a mix up with oil change and would have to wait another 45 minutes. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER after 4 hrs of sitting in there waiting area.

Just ordered and picked up a '22 Ram 1500. Armory was the lowest price on the order and the best price on my trade-in. Really easy process. The day after picking up the truck I found a ding on the door and they fixed it no questions asked

I have delt with Armory Garage for years. I live in Florida now and brought my 2015 Jeep back to have it serviced, I called and Daniale set my jeep concerns very serious set me up with a appointment by the next day. While my Jeep was being serviced Nick was awesome called me to let me know exactly what has to be done. I am very pleased with Armory and highly recommend them.

A rear brake caliper overheated and froze while descending Mt. Washington. A service associate answered my call, checked on parts availability, and confirmed a fix the same day. They discussed the scope of the fix, and it was done by 3: 00.

There was a lot of curve balls thrown our way for trying to purchase my vehicle on a holiday week and at the end of the month. Armory was great with making sure everything went as smooth as possible and I am now a proud owner of a new vehicle.

Meh. Bought the car here 2 months ago. $108.00 oil change today. Cost went up 20% as they slid the final bill over the counter because "that oil filter was really expensive". This, the same oil filter that they ordered the day before, prior to writing up the 'estimate'. At least jiffy lube would have vacuumed the carpets.

Everyone was great to work with. Nick and AJ assisted me when I dropped the car off. An issue that was left undiagnosed at two other garages was identified in an hour at Armory. I'm grateful for all the help and hope this fix prevents future stater issues:)

Went to Armory for an oil change and rotation of tires today.
Everyone was very helpful. Check-in was very quick. Jeep was serviced and I was on my way in less than an hour and a half.

I have used Armory Garage for my last two Dodges. (Charger & Challenger). I have been very satisfied with the Dodge specialists that worked on my car. They get it right the first time, without any problems afterwards. I will continue to use Armory Garage in the future. The people who work there are very cordial and the waiting room is very clean and comfortable.

Oil change/tire rotation service was completed timely, but I was overcharged $10+ from the coupon. $75 coupon, add $16 for two extra quarts of synthetic oil, add 8% tax, and total still less than the $110+ charged.

Poor communication and deceiving management. Called and contacted dealership about a car, and had an appointment set up to make a deal after test driving the night before. They claimed they would take the sticker off and off the lot so that the deal could be made. Called 45 minutes ahead of appointment to ensure the car was available and was told it was, but then received a call 10 minutes from appointment that the car was sold earlier in the day. Either poor management, or purposely deceitful. I will not be shopping here further.

I have to say that everyone was super nice and helpful. I have to give Dave from the service department a HUGE thank you! I had some car trouble for a bit, I was put in a loaner the entire time. He kept me updated and I always felt like I was being taken care of and not just forgotten or ignored being that it was a stressful time. I left today happy and grateful and will absolutely send friends and family their way.

I left my car for service and Marlon and the other guys and girl at the front desk were very attentive and professional as usual. My experiences with the Armory Service Department staff have always been enjoyable, and I'm really glad I bought my car at Armory!
