After multiple road trips and a big house move - my car was in rough shape. I had no idea it could look so beautiful. THANK YOU, Aqua!

As far as car washes go Aqua consistently does an excellent job. Priced competitively with the other wash on NY av there us no comparison
The gentleman spend the time to do the job correctly.

It is a bit far from where I live but I think Aqua Car Wash is the best one in the Tri-State Area. I have tried many places before and this business is by far the best one I have been to.

The staff here is so committed to provide best customer satisfaction. They take care of all the nooks and crannies inside and clean the car mats very meticulously.

I have never seen such meticulous and detail-oriented work quality at a car wash. I will def come back!

Seems like the quality of washing/cleaning decreased here, my last wash wasn’t bad but it wasn’t all that good either. If I paid 20-25 bucks, I’d be somewhat satisfied but the amount paid doesn’t really equal the value in return. A lot of spots missed on the outside that I wiped off myself after, same thing inside and the vacuuming wasn’t up to par. Popular car wash place but I won’t be coming back.

This is the second time I came here told them no brush and they still tried to use a brush the owner needs to come up with a better system make the windshield with an X so the cleaners know not to use a brush. Your business name says Touch Free. I don’t understand

The guys at Aqua car wash are a step above so many car washes I’ve been to. Met one of the owners Andrew a really nice guy and he runs a tight operation. The interior of the building is clean, bathroom is spotless, has a great selection of products and toys fir the kids and the front desk people welcome you with a smile. A real 10 out of 10.

Took my bmw here and ohhh man, honestly this is the first place I’ve ever seen that actually tried and managed to get all the break dust off the wheels so already I loved it, did a fantastic job on the interior and dried the exterior quick enough to where there were no water marks, my only complain is the machine that guides the car through the wash left two decent sized chips on my wheel, other then that fantastic service.

Super detailed car wash for my large SUV. Mostly hand washed by a five person team. Interior was well vacuumed and wiped down. Higher cost than other washes around, but it’s a premium wash service. Looks like a full detail at a premium car wash cost.

This place is slightly expensive but it is s close to getting a detail without paying for it.
They really take take the time and clean your car inside out and properly dry every inch of it after.
I live in a different town but I only go here even if I have to wait longer to clean the car because it's worth it.

Always the best place to go and get your car washed in Huntington village. They work story hard to provide a fast clean service, and I never have any issues here. The car always comes out spotless! Definitely recommend and ten out of ten!

Got the Deluxe wash, and it took only 20 mins to wash my 3 row SUV? ! After the guy supposedly finished cleaning the interior of my car, I had to show him everything he missed. TWICE! He only wiped down the glass and the electronics, never even touched the actual interior panels that were soiled by the kids, which was part of the package I selected and paid for! When I left I could still see the many spots that he missed and it's not like they were hard to reach or not noticable.
I don't think they did a horrible job, but they could have done a lot better.

Did an excellent job and didn't charge extra when they could have. Nice guys, fair price and all around positive experience. I recommend this place without hesitation.

I’ve only been one time, but they did a great job top-to-bottom on my Sonata sedan. No leftover water drops, interior perfectly cleaned, and spent (easily) 10 minutes wiping it down inside and out once it went through the hand wash bay. Only reason it’s four stars is the price; it’s hard to justify nearly $40 for any car wash, no matter how good. I’d still come back, but can’t come as often as I’d like since it’s so expensive.

It’s ok. They ask quite a lot of money and don’t do a great job. Last car wash the guy doing my inside windows must have had grass on his feet so after paying for the deluxe - after they finished drying I had to pull the driver’s side mat out and shake it out right in front of them.
Also inside windows not clean at all. It’s convenient but I’d prefer another place.

First time trying this place. Got the premium car wash service ("Best" package). Terrific service from start to finish. Very pleased, and a big step up from prior establishments I've tried. Manager, Andrew, is extremely personable and onsite, supervising carefully. The techs work very hard to do a great job.tip generously.

I been a loyalty customer for almost 4 years with Aque car wash & detailing but the last 4 times I washed my car with them was awful terrible bad service with the cleaning! But today was the worst time and I say I’m not going there anymore! They lost a customer bc they did a terrible job as you can see in the pic the car still look dirty and it’s not the first time this happen

Payed 35 dollar for the car wash and the inside was still dirty after return, would not recommend…

Finally a car wash that actually cleans the inside of your car! I had been taking my car elsewhere before finding Aqua and they literally would not even touch the center console, so the same coffee stain and crumbs I came in with would still be there…not at Aqua though! They take their time with your car and do a superior job! Highly recommended.

I normally wash my own car. Due to the weather, (Cold) I decided to try this hand car wash. As expected, my wheels and glass still needed to be cleaned by me afterwards. It’s a shame. I had high hopes.

First time here and was happy with the service. Full staff hand washing, vacuuming, cleaning and polishing. My car looked like it rolled off the showroom for $40. Only ding was I was there for close to 40 minutes but happy with the results.

It was a wonderful first time visit, I will definitely recommend it to friends and family. The front desk young lady was exceptional she was very caring and understanding. ACW&D is were to take ur car for a detailed caring wash!

I have been coming to Aqua Car Wash for at least 10-11 years, and wouldn't think of brining by Jeep (s) - 2 Grand Cherokees, and Cherokee, and cars (Sonata, and Caddy) elsewhere. From the guys who greet me and give me my ticket to the guys in the tunnel who wash my car (s) -even when I asked not to use Brush-they always respect my request so willingly. Like when they see my vehicles and I come it is like they know my cars already. I been to the other car wash in Huntington (awful), I been to the one in Dix Hills (not even close to Aqua- This Owner should come and learn a thing or two from these Owners) and even Commack (stupidly expensive for what you get). So, I don't need anyone to tell me I don't know what I am talking about. I have had all (3) Jeeps detailed, as well as my Sonata, several times over the years- and the work is spotless, and well worth the price. The (2) Owners-I believe are brothers, they are very friendly, speak with many of their "regulars" that come and even and those that might not use them that is Customer Service. So, when I read and saw some of these other reviews that have been written, I thought it was extremely important for me to say something. Social Media is not always good, and I personally believe some of the posts that are written (not good) are from people that are "just aren't happy" or have some other issues or challenges. So, take it from someone (myself) that knows what it is like to work 100-hour workweeks (Hospitality Industry), I don't think Aqua would still be in business if they were as bad as the 1-2 writeups (mean ones). And lastly (from experience), If Aqua was so bad (as those 1-2 write ups say), why do they constantly have lines to get their cars wash? Why, because they are good, they are honest, and they value the business. Huntington is like a small NYC. We are very demanding and if we aren’t happy with something, we will take the business elsewhere. Thank you to all the hard workers at Aqua Car Wash

They are by far the best car wash in Huntington Township! Attention to detail makes them the wash to get when you want your car looking its very best.

This place is the best car wash in Huntington. They always do a very thorough job, and I especially appreciate the care they take with the interior cleaning. They found stuff in my car we thought the kids had lost forever.

The guys do a good job cleaning my SUV. I love going to you guys because you do a great job. I just have one question for you guys? I brought my Toyota RAV4 yesterday to get it washed. I got the super wash and the guy told me the vacuuming the inside of the vehicle is not included. Last month I took it to get washed and the vacuuming was included. Is there a reason why the vacuuming was not included this time?

Beautiful job on my WRX. They always double check that my car fits because of its ground clearance. Hand wash by 3 staff members. Very nice job. Very happy with the result.

Have been a regular here for over ten years. As of late the price has gone up and the quality down. Inside was hardly vacuumed and outside they left a bunch of dirty spots I easily removed at home. For 40 bucks I expect my car to be clean.

They did a good job on the outside and internal hard surfaces but the vacuuming was mediocre at best. For $32 I will have to go further out of my way to another place that does a better job overall.

1st time customer. My car was a mess from flowering tree pedals. Owner made sure the team power sprayed all the pedals off prior to washing. Thank you. GREAT JOB!

They get the cars clean well and the price is reasonable but I would not recommend if you’re a woman because the men stare at you.

Been using aqua for years and they are consistently the best around. Leadership of the owners is what sets this place apart. They touch every car that comes in here. First class establishment.

Just moved into the neighborhood and gave this place a chance, after $40 I had to come home and vacuum. They did a great job on the outside of the car but the inside is another story. Not sure what they vacuumed but it wasn't the matts or the floor, I was never at a car wash that did not move the matts, I will never use them again,

What an amazing job and attention to getting it right. Even though my car is just a Mazda 3 & over 10 years old they gave it all the attention as if it was a brand-new 2021 Lamborghini.

I have a small Fiat and was charged for a super wash $32.21 + tax, the same as a full size vehicle or truck! That is totally insane! The woman at register was rude when I questioned why is there no better price for small cars? So disappointed about price but they did an amazing job cleaning my car.

I can’t believe I spent $40 and drove 30 mins to get a car wash from this place. It was nothing special and over price. I paid for armor-all for my tires and my tires look dry in a minute. I would not recommend this place.

Andrew, Scott, Carlos and the team run the best, most attentive and courteous hand wash and detailing center in the NY, NJ, CT metro area. The team is amazing, treat every car with extra care and vehicles leave gleaming inside and out. For the level of service the pricing is incredibly fair. The customer comes first at Aqua!

This is my number one spot in recommendation for hand car wash is in the Huntington area. For the price these guys do an exceptional job and you’d be hard-pressed to find a higher quality outcome for such an affordable price.

Aqua Car Wash did a decent job but they are a bit overpriced for a standard hand car wash spot. If you are paying for a detailing job then you will likely be very pleased but for the regular car wash options, it is an average job for above-average prices.

For example, I paid $42 plus tax and $10 tip for their "best wash" option. The "best wash" is their most expensive option on the boards outside when you drive up to the spot and apparently comes with express wax, interior, exterior, tires.etc. You get the idea. My car, a Mazda CX-5, is pretty clean in the interior normally (no kids, pets, etc.) so I don't expect more than a simple vacuum and wipe down but as you can see from the pictures, the trunk was not vacuumed properly and there were crumbs and fingerprints left on the back seats. There were a few other areas that were missed or just not wiped down at all on the interior but the exterior was washed well.

I have been to many car wash spots and I would say that the car wash I received was about a $25-30 value. It was better than a quick rinse on the exterior but nothing to get so excited about. There are many positive reviews on here that seem overjoyed with the service they received and I did notice several luxury vehicles getting special attention so perhaps it depends on the type of car you bring in. One fellow customer did go over and ask them to pay special attention to certain areas of his vehicle and the staff member did so without any issue, so that was nice to see.

In terms of COVID awareness, all of the staff were wearing their masks properly and maintained the proper distance from the customers. The staff were friendly and professional at all times including the cashier inside.

Overall I gave Aqua car wash 4 stars because this is hard work, it was 100 degrees out today when I went in and it was pretty busy so perhaps that is why they rushed on the interior. I will give the cheaper option a try next time and see how it goes.

Out of all the car washes i have tried, they did an extraordinary job! They took their time with everything and they cleaned every part of my vehicle. Recommended to everyone at my job! Will definitely be my go-to car wash from now on!
