Honestly, this is the best pharmacy. Their customer service is amazing. When calling their store, I have never had to wait on hold longer than a couple minutes. They are super nice and understanding. I was able to get my medication delivered same-day at no extra charge. Definitely recommend! Thank you to all the workers at Apotheco for your great work!

Now a D from an A-. For the second time on the same Rx the wrong formulation was delivered. First time 3 weeks to take back the wrong one. Now, 2 separate couriers delivery/ pickup. Website out of sync with reality. Long hold time leading to "leave a message" with no callback. 3 strikes you'll be out.

Getting your prescriptions through Apotheco Pharmacy Manhattan feels as if you have a fancy, concierge prescription service for ZERO additional cost. I don't know how they do it. Was very easy to use - my doctor sent my prescription to Apotheco, they figured out the best products that fit with my insurance, called me to verify payment / pricing, and sent it via a courrier. I was able to track the courrier, he came right to my apartment the day after I ordered and handed me the products. Would highly recommend (they also respond to calls and messages very quickly)

This is seriously the best pharmacy (who'd ever think they'd say that about a pharmacy?). In particular, Jair provided incredible assistance today, but in general their customer service is ALWAYS spot-on. Apotheco always finds the best prices (often even beating Express Scripts) and their same day deliveries can't be beat. Hand down, this place is the greatest.
