Third time and it continues to be a great experience. Sofia is extremely professional. This time I had Catherine who was gentle to my skin and explained everything to me. I felt very pampered. Looking forward to my next visit!

Megumi is awesome! A friend referred me several years ago. I followed her from another location because she has earned my loyalty. I will follow her anywhere she goes. Not only is she warm and friendly, she is an expert at what she does. She nurtured my skin back from having masknes (acnes from wearing masks during the pandemic) to a flawless glow. She is thoughtful, meticulous, and gentle when working on my face, and her shoulder and neck massages are so great and relieving. She is consistently thorough in each session. Her treatment recommendations are spot on. I get Hydrafacial regularly, Microneedling in the winter months, and an occasional chemical peel. I'm trying Fotona laser soon! My skin has never looked better. I always look forward to seeing her and getting pampered. I cannot recommend Megumi enough!

The facial room is clean and cozy. I enjoy the quiet, calming environment a lot.

I had an amazing experience here and it was all thanks to Sofia and her staffs. They were welcoming and attentive when I arrived. Sofia is very passionate about the services she provided, and provided helpful tips regarding my skin concerns (currently experiencing active acne).

I had the Fotona 4D Active Acne + Scar facial and highly recommend it if you want to try something different to handling active acne and acne pigments. No squeezing and popping acnes, this facial treatment uses laser to treat it instead. The laser would leave a warm prickly/tingling sensation on my skin. After the laser, I had a mask and moisturizer to help cool my skin. When I finished, I noticed my acne wasn't as inflamed and the swelling went down.

Other places where I would get facials at, I would leave with some redness and evidence of having a facial. That was not the case here as Sofia made sure I would leave with a glowing healthy skin. I highly recommend this place and the treatment!

I started working as an RN 6 months ago and have been having back and body pain and want to get more into self care. I went to Anso Med Spa for a massage and it definitely helped! It’s relieving how much better my body & back feels. The spa itself is very clean and staff are professional, so nice, and truly care about your needs. I can’t wait to go back!

I've been doing laser hair removal with Sofia and I'm seeing great results. I have very sensitive skin due to hormonal changes, and Sofia always make sure to add extra care into every step of the treatment. She even follows up the next days to check on me!
I've been knowing Sofia for many years when her beauty SPA center was still a dream. I saw her working very hard throughout the years and you can tell she is has so much passion for her job. She's very knowledgeable, provides great advice and she invest in continuous education to provide the best service possible to her clients.

I have been getting facials with Ann Sofia since before the pandemic. I returned last weekend with recently diagnosed rosacea hoping for some magic facial that wouldn’t make me turn red. They had products specifically for rosacea and did gentle exfoliating that didn’t irritate my sensitive skin. When I looked in the mirror after the treatment I most definitely expected to be beat red and to My surprise saw glowing clear skin. I purchased a packaged that will get me through the year! I wouldn’t go anywhere else to get a facial with rosacea. They are great!

This is a review for the hydrafacial deluxe treatment. It was a great experience, Sofia was explaining every step. She invested in the latest technology, and the quality of products and treatment are so professional. Even the sheets were temperatured to suit the level of comfort. During resting times, you get a wonderful lymphatic massage for face, neck, and back. I highly recommend her services and will be back.

I had a great experience with my husband at here! The relaxing facial treatment made my skin so soft and clear! I was suffering from acne breakouts for months but, after 3 days from the treatment it completely cured!

I have facials often and splurge when I travel staying at 5-star resorts. I’ve spent a fortune at places like Christine Chin, JTAV in the quest for a great facial that keeps my aging skin healthy. An important element of the facial is effective and thorough extractions. Anso did not disappoint. My facial with Sofia left my skin looking as great as any of those top spas. I brought my almost 17-yr old son who had typical teenage acne and I wanted him to start taking care of his skin. She gave us both extractions that made our skin so clean. My skin looked great leaving and continued looking great after. My son’s skin looked a bit red when leaving — he had a good amount of acne — but cleared up overnight and looked better than it has in some time. She even sent him him with spot treatment to try. We also added massages and the masseuse we had specialized in deep tissue. I wish I had booked a longer one! We will be back soon!

I first brought my best friend for a hydrofacial - she had such a beautiful skin afterwards, so clean and glowing. I then decided to have deep cleansing myself and was very much satisfied with the results!:)

Beware of Ann+Sofia Beauty Concept and stay away especially if you are a person of color. They do not know how to treat darker skin. Their star esthetician actually said “ dark skin is tougher and thick so she can be rougher". This should’ve been my first red flag.

It took me so long to write this because I am still in disbelief about how my skin was treated and the damage done by spa.

I came to this spa on three separate occasions for facials. The dates of service for the acne facial were December 6th, 2019; January 10th, 2020; and then for the last time on February 14th, 2020.

During all my visits Jade was extremely rough with my skin and tried to extract my cystic acne which she should never have done in the first place. She would make scars where acne wasn't even present. I would leave the spa looking like I lost a street brawl. During my first visit, she convinced me that I was supposed to look like this. She told me that my skin will scar, but then the skin underneath would be okay afterwards. It was not. I have spent almost two thousands dollars on dermatology and with a qualified esthetician to fix the damage that Ann+Sophia did.

I went to a dermatologist after the last facial Jade Chen gave me on February 14th and she actually encouraged me to report the Ann+Sofia Beauty Concept. She informed me that they were damaging my skin barrier and that during facials my skin should not scar and burn to this extent, especially after a week.

I write all this to say, Jade and Ann+Sofia Beauty Concept is not a place you should go if you care about the longevity and health of your skin. You should NEVER step foot in the spa if you are a person of color. There are much better places, trust me.

Sophia is professional and has a lot of amazing insights. I’ve had the laser treatment (3sessions so far) and I’ve seen incredible improvements. I highly recommend Sophia!

You never know what to expect when you try out a new spa, particularly when you purchase off of Groupon. I went into this appointment feeling awful and not expecting much, however I couldn’t have been more wrong. The interior of the building is lovely, of course, but the facial and extractions I received from Sophia left me thinking, okay this is really what is meant about “self-care”. I purchased the water facial and Sophia did an amazing job on my skin. The extractions were wonderful and my skin is still glowing. I was so happy and impressed that before i left I purchase three more facials for both me and family members.
Bottom line: it’s been a hard few years for all of us. Treat yourself well and come to Anne and Sophia for a facial. I know I will be adding them to my monthly beauty routine.

Such a relaxing facial! The lymphatic massage was my favorite part. My skin was definitely glowing afterwards. I was worried about breaking out because I opted to add on Dermaplanning- four days post facial and no breakouts! Will absolutely go to Ann+Sofia again

I found Ann + Sophia a couple years ago on a Gilt special and have been hooked ever since. They are no-nonsense, very thorough, calming, and give an amazing facial every time. They are also very current on new procedures and technologies. I would highly recommend Ann + Sophia.

I recently purchased a Groupon to give facials a shot again after I had 1 previous so-so experience, and I'm glad I did! Very relaxing and clean space. Had such a nice experience I brought 2 more facials! Really worth the pamper, even though I think they are quite reasonable priced.

I’m very pleased with the results of my facial. Sofia suggested I add on deplaning. It has brighten up my skin and remove sun spots on my cheekbones! She also added an eye treatment which got rid of the dark circles. I look younger and that was my goal. So I am very, very happy with the results.

Finally a real deep tissue massage that was deep. I requested firm pressure and the massage therapist delivered. She got every knot out and broke all the tissue down. I also got a great offering for my first time visit. I will be coming again to try their other services.

I purchased a Groupon. I’m an not typically impressed by facials but this was the best facial I have ever gotten. Jade was supposed to be doing my facial but another woman actually did it. I was not disappointed! There was a slight language Barrier but she was saw very professional and super nice. I liked it so much that I purchased 3 more before leaving and I live in another state. Speaking of it is very easy to get to off of the path train. Just a 5 min walk.

I always get nervous going somewhere new for a facial especially with extractions but my skin felt and looked amazing after the hydra facial. The esthetician examined my skin thoroughly. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because although the facial itself was amazing, there was a little bit of unprofessionalism my esthetician had marks on her neck and it didn’t give off a great look, a little makeup never hurt nobody.
Will definitely be back, hoping for a more rounded out professional experience.
