American Eagle Store

I wanted to find a sweater to wear because it’s chilly. I was told they don’t carry the 2xl items in store. If you offer a size, you should carry it in your stores. Fat people need clothes, too.

The staff are largely friendly and there is a large variety in the store. What I don't understand is why they have registers in the lower level (where the men's wear is) if they're just going to send people upstairs to pay.

The register downstairs was staffed, but even though there was someone working behind the register they weren't checking people out. I honestly don't get it.

Nothing against the brand but I just don't see myself shopping at this store in the future.

I have never been to a better AM/Aerie store! Every employee we encountered was friendly and genuinely wanted to make our experience great. We went back 3 times and each time they were so helpful. They also price-matched the prices that were online which was awesome. Keep up the good work guys!

Great experience in this store! The sales manager was super helpful in helping me find the right jeans for me and in ensuring I was signed up to receive the optimal discounts and sale offers available. Would definitely visit again!

There was a great variety in styles and sizes at the store. It’s so much better than going to an AE in the mall! However, not all the staff are welcoming and helpful. I was purchasing a few items and the cashier didn’t ask me if I had an account or if I would like to use my points. I asked her if I could put in my email and she rolled her eyes at me and complained to her friend that she had already completed the purchase. I didn’t know what to do as she didn’t even respond to me, so I said never mind and walked away unsatisfied. I was extremely disappointed by the amount of disrespect this woman had.

Very good selection, friendly staff and actually always good offers. Due to the location, of course very full depending on the season, then you can switch to one of the other branches. The jeans are unreservedly recommended: comfortable, inexpensive and good quality.
