Great car wash at a reasonable price for Manhattan, and one off the few left in manhattan. Jennifer at the register is always friends and helpful.

First time I came here. I asked to wash the car and clean the interior.and the result was like this! Some devil stained the seat, but no one admitted it.

Best 24 hr car wash. Pictures was hacked location is updating there location. Amazing staff. Great prices. I go 6days a week for black car service. Always super clean work.

I come here all the time. The Manager is very friendly, and polite. The staff are very nice and make the effort to make your car look spotless.

This place seems ok, but nothing special. They have basically zero competition in the area. The staff is friendly, but $27 for a wash/vacuum that’s ok at best?

$15 for an exterior wash at night to get the salt off the car and prevent rust sounds great to me. The two guys prepping and drying by hand did a very thorough job. Glad this is in Manhattan!

I've been in Manhattan and been to many car washes for a long time. FINALLY I got the best car wash in the city. Great location, best service and reasonable price compare to their awesome service. STRONGLY recommend alpha.

Just left work, and where I Parked at unfortunately, had birds! So, I popped up at this Car Wash, and the young fella, and his partner, pretty much got ALL of the Bird Ish off of the my car. Very Thorough, and conviently is right off of the west side Hwy! Recommend this place

Terrific friendly service. Our 1 year old Grandson got sick in the car and we brought the car in for full service interior and exterior cleaning. Staff did an amazing job and the cost was very reasonable.

I’ve been looking for a decent car wash in Manhattan and finally found it. The guys working here are humble and go the extra mile. With the “VIP” package that’s not much more expensive, you get a thorough interior vacuuming in addition to your spotless exterior. If you have rubber floor mats, they’ll pull them out before the vacuuming and give those their own wash. Really impressed with the service and location right off the West Side Hwy.

Looks like they have shut down.a shame. They were not the best but it is hard to be too picky given they were the only car wash in lower Manhattan

Don't even bother going to this place because you'll have to take it right away to another one. Paid for a super wash and they barely cleaned or washed anything. What a scam!

Extremely satisfied with their service. They saved me a lot of time and paid careful attention at no extra charge despite my “demands”

I went here for the first time and got a buff/polish/wax for a full sized suv. I paid $165, and what i found was that this place is solid, they take their time and dont miss anything. It took about 3 hours but the car looks like its off the show room floor.

This place is just ok because every time I'm there I have to ask them to open the trunk and wipe around. Also feel lucky if they use clean towels to wipe your windows (forget the spray, just dry out from water)

This is the worst car wash in the whole New York. Your car will not be clean you will find a lot of spots on your car they hairbrush did not touch the mission brush did not touch the tower did not touch and you can see from this as they are dirty. And the damage people's car a lot. They have a worst customer service and you will get insulted if you complain about those problems.

Got the Full service with armor all on the tires for $25. They barely wiped down the car after it came out of the wash, leaving the car super filthy. They also almost forgot to put the armor all on the tires, and only did so once I reminded them. It seems like, at this place, if you want your car to be fully cleaned, you’ll have to grab a towel and do it yourself. I won’t be going back to this place again.

They did a great job on my highlander, which was spoiled by 2 kids. Both interior and exterior look like brand new. They are deserved the top rating.

Not bad, a tick above the local competition, although also not cheap. They do a marginally better job at vacuuming the inside than comparable places. If you're in a pinch and need to have your car cleaned on the island, I would recommend these guys. They're a bit of a challenge to get to if tunnel traffic is bad.

Efficient and gets the job done right. Decent pricing too. If you want that new car shine this is where to go.

I got the VIP wash, they gave me somebody elses floormats on accident. I went back to the car wash to return the wrong ones and retrieve mine, but they were already given to someone else. I asked to speak to a manager but nobody was there.they gave me a card with a number that goes straight to voicemail. If anyone from this place reads reviews please give me a working contact number so I can resolve this issue.

After waiting 45 minutes to have my vehicle detailed, I was turned away for service.

I arrived apparently just 45 minutes before the next “shift” begun and the staff mentioned I’d have similar service during the next shift, but the that they were going home. The next shift told me that they do not detail “after hours” even though this is listed at a 24 hour facility.

Poor communication and frankly, a waste of my time.

What a horrible car wash! Could care less about helping me from the beginning. They charged $25 for full service. The car was still literally filthy afterwards. Go someplace else. I should have complained but literally just wanted to get out of there. Horrible place.

Great, efficient, fun, and easy. Loved the stay in car wash experience. Also loved the additional free vacuuming at the end. Nicely done, make one closer to my house.

I used to go to this place all the time and they were great! Recently every time I go and ask for vacuum, wash and wipe down the inside of the car it’s always an issue. I always tip well and get charged the VIP, which is all armor all and tell them I don’t care if it’s just the windex just wipe the inside of the car, and don’t mind paying the extra, it’s always an issue. This LAST TIME I went I asked for the usual and they said that VIP wasn’t allowed right now tomorrow? What? ! Your open but not offering your services? So I said fine and bought a wipe down myself! When I got the car back and went to park and wipe down the areas, the backseat was not even vacuumed! That I payed for that service and the front was! NEVER going here again. Rip off!
