I had a septo/rhinoplasty done by Dr. Heller a couple months ago, and the results are amazing! I highly recommend!

Dr. Heller is an amazing plastic surgeron, very gifted and talented. I’ve seen for basic things like injections, to more advanced cosmetic procedures. He explains your results and his bedside manner is top notch. I’m two weeks post-op and I’m very pleased with how things have turned out. Would highly recommend Allure Plastic Surgery.

My first appointment was today. Everyone was wearing masks due to covid which was great to see. My wait time was minimal, was seen right away. Will report back depending on if I follow through.

Absolutely horrific experience over the phone with the office manager- Jackie. An associate gave me incorrect medical information and when I made this known to Jackie she became very defensive and started verbally attacking me and was yelling at me. She said they would not take me on as a patient and hung up on me. It's really quite astonishing that these types of individuals are allowed to manage an office. Her unprofessionalism, I can only imagine, is a reflection of this office and the capabilities within. In reading prior reviews, it seems as though my experience is consistent with the staff and their attitudes and how they treat people.
It's interesting how even now, a representative from the office, Nicollette is defending their actions.

From Start to Finish, Dr. Heller was very professional. This was my first time getting injections done, and I’m happy I did! A lot of compliments and a boost of self confidence since coming here.

I get my Juvederm done here and I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. The doctor is very gentle, personable. Answered all my questions and told me what to expect. Would recommend this practice!

Dr Heller is kind, professional and really cares about his patients. However, the overall experience at this location is a nightmare. The front desk receptionists could certainly use a lesson in basic civility. From the way they throw paperwork in your face (literally across the desk) to barging inside the procedure room demanding payment as you are trying to wipe blood off the site and barely move due to anesthesia, it felt like a never ending nightmare. You’d think this was back of an alley in the third world, not modern day Midtown Manhattan. Dr. Heller, you are only part of a whole. The rest of this practice must rise to meet your standards—as do your patients through patronage and reflected prices. Have seen many walk out of there following similar experiences. You lost me, but you are too good to let admin sully your brand further!

Recently I Went to allure plastic surgery in manhattan and got my breast done from Dr. Heller.originally I was nervous until arriving at the office. The staff was beyond welcoming as well as comforting. The doctor was outstanding. Any future procedures, I’ll be going to Heller.

Dr. Heller is extremely professional and very talented in his approach to cosmetic surgery. He has such a wonderful calmness about him that puts you at ease before the procedure. His office is stunning, clean and relaxing.

Dr. Heller’s staff are so helpful and accommodating and, also, put you at ease. I made sure to choose the best doctor in NYC, and, I was right about my choice. I am excited about using his services, again, in the future.

I had Botox done for the first time in my chin by dr Heller and it came out amazing I had a very wrinkly and narrow chin and with just one syringe it completely smoothened out the entire area and it looks greats! Would definitely recommend him and will definitely be going back for more!

OMG! So I had a bad tummy tuck done somewhere else, then one day walking down in East 61 Street I saw Allure Plastic Surgery, called and made an appointment to see Dr Heeler, from the first day I met this Dr I knew in my heart he was gonna do exactly what I would like to be done to my body, so first I had lipo a bbl and he corrected my botched tummy tuck, my body looks AMAZING, then I came back a few months after that to fixed a dog ears and lipo on my back and all I can say to anyone in having any procedure done Allure Plastic Surgery is the place to go to if you want to get the results you’re looking for, this place also have the most AMAZING staff you can find on planet earth, thanks, thanks, thanks a million to Dr Heeler and the wonderful staff at Allure Plastic surgery.
