Amazing service, came for a galentines date. We were greeted with champagne before and after our wonderful massages. Highly recommend getting the reflexology added on! Definitely will be returning!:)

This is my go-to for skincare since Hilton Hotel staff recommended them to me. Their acne facial worked wonders for my skin, Elizabeth who did my facial last time was super knowledgeable! The results were incredible, and I couldn't be happier. It’s been 2 years, and my skin doesn’t even need foundation anymore! I recommend them to anyone struggling with acne.

My teenage daughter had her first teen facial here, and it was such a positive experience. The staff was gentle and understanding, making her feel comfortable throughout. The place is super clean, scheduling was easy and everyone was very welcoming

Best home spa experience ever, loved the services, and the girls are amazing. We had massages and manicures, and we loved it all. The massage therapist was incredibly skillful and did a very relaxing session, the oil and scents were paradise! The manicure was very neat as well. Awesome service. Definitely will use again!

U had such a great experience! I went with my close friend and we were pampered as soon as we arrived. We received the Spa escape package and it was truly amazing! So relaxing and refreshing. I also received tips on how to take care of my skin and how to de-stress. I will definitely come back again!

I walked in with no appointment and they had availability within the hour. I got a deep tissue massage and it was wonderful. I feel such a difference. The receptionist and masseuse were both very friendly and accommodating. The prices are very reasonable and I felt I got great value for money. I absolutely recommend this place.

I had a great experience at this spa! I walked in and the facility was clean and smelled great! They took my coat immediately and offered me a refreshment. I didn’t wait longer than ten minutes, I made an appointment. My masseuse Glinda was excellent! I had a deep tissue massage. She asked me what parts of my body need more attention and adjusted the massage to my request. I would recommend this place.

I recently visited this spa and did an entire day trip out of it. I got a Massage, facial, and Mani/Pedi. I would have to say the staff, front desk, and everyone was very friendly and knew what they were doing. Very professional and I enjoyed every part of it.including the complimentary drinks (teas, mimosa's, champagne, and water.) The only thing that I would change is during the facial, you do hear everything happening in the lobby and in the hair salon and I think that the lobby & hair salon should've been separated esp.since we come out in robes and have to go to another seating area that is right in the lobby area. It does get a little weird but other than that! Amazing service and treatments! Highly recommend:)

I planned my sister-in-laws bachelorette party here. We did a spa day with 14 girls and each girl selected two treatments of their choice. ALL FOURTEEN GIRLS STARTED AT THE SAME TIME! It was amazing. They even let some of the girls switch their service choices last minute. They also had a private area for us to sit where we were allowed to bring platters of food. I brought wraps and fruit and rosé. They were great.

This spa is wonderful! Clean, organized and the staff is so friendly and efficient. The massage and facial with Christine was perfect.

What a lovely place! I went for an infrared detox body wrap and a pedicure and it was so worth it. Also had a mimosa of course ;-) I did spend quite some time in there but it was worth it. Pedicure was done by Angie and she was super nice, did a great job. Glenda started with me on the wrap and Nelly helped me halfway, both being wonderful and making me feel comfortable. The ladies at the reception were great. Elizabeth and the other one I didn’t ask for the name but very nice and welcoming too. I really love that they provide q robe for everyone, which makes it feel more special. I know I will be back and if I can get some girls to join me that would be great. Keep up the good vibes ladies!

I took my wife for a couples massage on Valentines Day to Allure Day Spa. It was the best thing we did today. Massage therapists Glenda and and Michelle are very professional. My wife had aromatherapy and I had deep tissue. Brielle at front desk was very nice. They offered us champagne. Spa is very relaxing. Looks like they just finish renovation and everything looks cool and clean. My wife already wants to schedule another appointment but we had to go for dinner. We definitely coming back.

Margarita and Laura gave both me and my daughter Swedish massage and it was phenomenal! We also received complimentary champagne after our massage which was a nice touch! Thank you Allure Day Spa for a relaxing day at the spa!

We celebrated my daughters 11 year old birthday with 4 of her closest friends. It couldn’t have gone any better. It was so organized from the moment we walked in. The girls were whisked away to put on their robes, offered chocolates and sparking apple cider and then each girl was started with their nails, hair, or makeup. There were so many smiles and joy and the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. The girls will remember this forever and we will for sure recommend and return next time we are in NYC. My Mother and 2 Sister's came to Allure Day Spa for an early Mother's Day Celebration. ¹ This was my first visit to Allure Day Spa. My experience was excellent. Nellie did my pedicure and foot massage and I enjoyed every minute. I didn't want it to end. I definitely want to come back for the detoxifying mud wrap. Everyone was very sweet. Loved the mimosas.

Top notch spa! I had the detox wrap and massage. Martha did my wrap, she explained every step to me, made sure everything was to my liking and was very personable. Laura was my masseuse. She made sure to ask about any medical conditions beforehand and made sure the amount of pressure was to my liking. She was gentle and gave a great massage. All of the staff here from the moment we walked in the door were extremely friendly and helpful. The mimosas were delicious. I will definitely be back!

My favorite is my 90 minute weekly massage with Michelle…she is the BEST, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I come in feeling like a rock and leave feeling like mush!

I got a facial here a couple of months ago, and I absolutely loved it! The customer service is incredible. And the interior is so cozy, calming and relaxing, and it's such a nice way to take a break from the outside world and recharge. It's like going on a mini vacation. Definitely would highly recommend this spa to any who wants to treat themselves!

Visited on a Tuesday morning. Establishment is very clean and very organized. I had the Relaxation Package (60min Swedish Massage + 30min facial). My masseuse Michelle was wonderful. The champagne was a nice touch. The relaxation music was divine. I didn't feel rushed at all. They work to accommodate you as best they can. Appreciate their service standard and all the wonderful services they provide for both women & men! Enjoy:)

Highly recommend! My husband surprised me with a couples spa day, we just had a baby so it was much needed. There was a scheduling conflict when we arrived but Brielle worked it out and made sure we were taken care of, the mimosas were 10/10. The massage was heavenly, we both walked out with our lives changed. The mani-pedi technicians were amazing and so genuine with conversation. Yulith (?) and Nellie made our day. Not to mention my manicure lasted almost two weeks, it normally peels after one day. All this to say we left feeling brand new and refreshed. Thank you everyone here for taking such good care of us!

I came her with my daughters for my birthday. The staff were so sweet and accommodating to my daughters. We were all treated like princess. We will definitely come back and spend the day here.

Great massage! But terrible mani pedi and customer service.
I was feeling super relaxed after my massage and it all went downhill from there, and I left in a crappier mood than when I walked in, after spending more than $400 and 4 hrs!
My first nail technician was asked to switch to another customer while she was in middle of my pedicure. She left me without a massage and an obnoxious lady took over who was almost screaming at me for reminding her what I had asked for originally. She pulled off too much skin, used her sharp nails to take off excess paint and was not apologetic. I left with painful bleeding cuticles, and most of the paint immediately chipped off. Some lady from the front desk and other staff constantly kept interrupting and the whole environment was chaotic and stressful.
To end it, the front desk staff was so unfriendly and were not really interested to take any feedback. So I left and decided to not come back again, what a shame since the massage was good.

I was pleasantly surprised, and taken to this absolutely amazing Spa for a day. It was totally unexpected. Initially I was a bit hesitant, because I didn't like the idea of it. I was so happy I stayed. Martha did my facial, and my Brazilian wax. She was so nice and professional. I felt completely comfortable with her, and she did an amazing job on both. Sarah was my masseuse, and yesterday was her second day there. How lucky could I be she was awesome. I felt like a million bucks leaving. She has such great aura and she's super sweet. They're so lucky to have her. Fanny also did amazing on my make up. I don't live here, but I will definitely be coming back when in New York again!

I went here for a girls day with a few of my friends, and our experience couldn’t have been better. Everyone in the spa/salon was welcoming and friendly. The two front desk ladies were so accommodating when we were there, and helpful and patient when I had called w questions. Daisy did my massage and it was amazing, not to forget the mimosas. The customer service and quality of this spa was nothing but wonderful, would recommend this place to anyone!

Overall experience was good, but I felt like for what I was looking for (no drinking champagne or anything like that), I could have gone somewhere much much cheaper for the same result. I felt like they did an all right job, but for $170 for 2 ppl I could have gotten a lot more elsewhere since I wasnt looking for bells and whistles. Everyone was very professional, communicated well and kind. The work was sort of sloppy however, which was disappointing cause we expected better. Felt like a midrange tier sort of spa.

First time at this salon. The salon is bright and clean. Covid protocols in place and followed. The staff was friendly and professional. Very pleased with the results.pleace was wonderful. I'll be back next month for my root touch up!

Amazing spa! I have been going to Allure since I moved into the City in 1999. Every service is impeccable! I often receive compliments on my manicure and pedicure. Kathy is my go to professional at Allure. However, when she is not available I have worked with others and everyone there is an A+. It is worth a bit extra for the quality you can see in their work. Fanny is the professional I use for my hair.

Purchased a package from this place to my wife, she had an amazing time. The staff were very professional and courteous. They all wore masks, which made her feel very safe and secure during her time at this place. We highly recommend this place and will definitely come back for another visit.

I needed a massage because of the back pain I've had. I told Margarita the employee who works there where I was having pain and problems, she was so welcoming and loving. After the massage I started to feel relaxed and loose. The back pain I've been having went away after that massage. I would 100% recommend this place! They are so professional and safe by following the Covid 19 guidelines. Everyone wears a mask.
