My former cheap massage place has gone downhill, decided to try this place. Astonishing. I've had a ton of PT and bodywork, and Max is better than many high-end professionals I've worked with. I'll be back.

Love this place, my husband go there all the time. Everyone is lovely, I love more the foot massages and my husband love the full body ones

Not a great experience. Lady walked on me, elbowed me majority of the massage even when I told her to stop. Burped three times on me while massaging me. Most of the massage was a rub. Worse massage ever. This is my second time here. What a disappointing experience. Not coming back.

This is my go-to local Chinese massage place. When I’m at home, I come here at least 1-2 times per week for either full body, or reflexology, or sometimes both. The massage staff does change every so often, but there’s always somebody excellent and the prices are great.

I usually go to the All Seasons on 8th and they are very good. I tried this one today, on a very stressful day, and the guy basically rubbed lotion on me for an hour. I kept asking him to focus on my upper back, he kept rubbing my lower back and the upper half of my butt. I asked him to increase the pressure, he was very confused and didn’t. This went on for 20 minutes. When it was time for my foot massage, it felt like a child was rubbing my toes. I asked him to increase the pressure, again, he sounded very confused and didn’t. I was getting annoyed and basically stared into space for 25 minutes while he held my feet. Finally the last 5 minutes felt like he saw how irritated I was getting and put some pressure into the whole thing. I rarely give bad reviews but I asked and asked for more pressure, nothing. Paid, tipped, because I didn’t want to be an awful human, but left so upset and more stressed out than when I came in.

You make an appointment, confirm an appointment, show up to an appointment, and then they will make you wait 40 mins before you start your appointment because “there is no room”.
Also it smells terrible.

Had a phenomenal massage here (30 minutes back 30 minutes reflexology). My masseuse (Lisa) worked out kinks that I didn't even know existed. It's not very fancy, a little noisy, etc, as mentioned by previous reviewers, but when I'm getting an incredible massage that's a second priority. Cash only.

I get foot rubs here, often as it is conveniently located and mostly decent massage therapists…, The foot rub area is right up front and very comfortable, but too bright and loud. Often people choose to have conversations there and it is not relaxing and they do nothing to control it.

Despite this place being a spa like environment it is quite noisy. They speak to each other in elevated voices. One is allowed to use cell phones also. One time there was a woman on the phone speaking loudly and everyone looked at her. The people working there did NOTHING. They might as well just turn off the relaxing music.

Great massage, I usually go to a massage girl, but I needed a massage urgently. It was great.

Got a full body massage today. It felt so rushed during the massage because he heard people coming in. He even sneakily try to end 15 mins earlier! I kept track of time and I had to say something. By the time I got to the front to pay he was already working on the next customer with the foot massage. It was so clear that they were rushing my massage to get to the next customer, it’s not relaxing being rushed. Go to another spot! Do not waste your money here. VERY Sneaky! Make sure you track the time you started getting the massage! They will try to end earlier even when you have to pay for how many minutes you get!

The massage was fantastic but ended 5 minutes early. The person at the front desk was rude & very unfriendly.

I went in for an hour long foot message after walking miles as a tourist in NYC. The gentleman was able to work out all of the kinks and soreness. It was AMAZING! Highly recommend it.

Very poor experience. I made a reservation online and waited 30 minutes upon arrival. The massage therapist was coughing plenty and made me extremely uncomfortable. He did not wear a uniform or look professional but rather a tattered shirt. He used a lot of pressure and I had to ask multiple times to go a bit softer. I was hoping he was just trying to get the knots out of my back but it seemed he was just bruising me, yes bruising! I was unable to sit/lay down properly for 4-5 days. I thought the foot massage would be better but let me know why he spent 5 minutes on JUST my big toe.

I am also not sure how but throughout my massage I heard a baby crying, maybe it was the upstairs neighbors but it was definitely not relaxing.

I received a card where if you write a good review you get a free service which is what I believe a lot of these reviews have done.

I would avoid at all cost if you want a more professional experience pay the extra money and visit a proper spa, I wish I did.

I’ve been there three times now, really enjoyed Kevin (who I have had twice). He has a gift for touch and for me the pressure is just right.

I didn’t enjoy the person I had today but I’m not going to put his name because maybe the next person would enjoy him. I felt like his pressure was too hard, even after he asked if it was too hard he occasionally went to too much pressure for me, and I found the stretching unnecessarily… Extreme. I’m not sure I’m finding the right word.

I always assume (perhaps unfairly) that there’s a language barrier and that I can’t fine-tune it much real time.

The facilities are clean. They offer the card where if you get 10 massages, it’s the 11th is free

They used way too much force on my spine even though I repeatedly told him to go lighter. My spine is bruised and I am very worried that this will grow into a more serious injury.

Friendly, no-frills spot for massages. I really appreciate being able to make an appt online instead of calling. Attentive service and the massage was fantastic!

I have NEVER had a bad massage or experience here and I’ve gone at least 6 times. It’s semi utilitarian which I’m fine with. They work so hard to address trigger points, knots, tension. They have overhead bars to support an shiatsu- depending on your provider and personal needs/ preference.

Massages are good. It’s way too noisy in the back to be able to relax and there is no soap in the bathroom. Will force you to tip 20% which is ok but not when you weren’t able to enjoy your massage because there was someone right outside talking very loudly or doing laundry.

Will have to find a new place.

I was hopeful started off okay. I could tell my masseuse was very inexperienced. He put his elbow into my spine so hard triggering my sciatica so bad. I’m in the worst pain I’ve ever experienced in life. I wish I had just gone with a foot rub.

Definitely making a trip to the hospital after this.

Love this place. Best Massage/Value in NYC! Very friendly staff, and they are AWESOME at bodywork. I hesitate to write this as I don't want others to find out, but they're great and deserve to be recognized.

Simply the best foot massage I've ever gotten. I had on very comfortable shoes but not being used to all this walking my feet still were in pain. We happen to find this place after walking the Museum of Natural history and man what a blessing the whole family got foot massages and everyone loved it. I highly recommend this place.

Massage was good but with nine being terrible they should’ve offered a discount and apologized but they didn’t. I have never left a massage so disappointed. I would never return or suggest this place to anyone.
